Hesitating slowly, Kris all but hesitates to leave only to sigh before nodding, opting to leave before she made things worse than she already did, giving her friend the space that she needed.

“I’m sorry” was all I heard as I moved to put my clothes back on, not sure if I’d ever be ready to face Kris again or at least right this second as I moved to grab my phone. With phone in hand I move to pull up my text messages, my eyes searching for the one I wanted to text.

Ella: Can I sleep with you tonight?

Once sure that was what I wanted to say, I moved to hit the send key, tears still threatening to fall at the events that had just transpired. Waiting for the ding when finally I get my answer.

Reece: Sure you can Agapi Mou, is everything okay?

Biting my lip, I’m unsure of how to tell him that Kris just took full advantage of me without him or the others getting mad at her for while Kris had overstepped her boundary, she was still my best friend and deep down I knew I could forgive her, just not now.

Ella: Yeah…

A few seconds later and another ding later, Reece finally replies again.

Reece: You sure? You're not lying to me are you?

Biting my lip, I knew I totally was the only problem was I just wasn’t sure how to exactly tell him what just happened.

Ella: I’m sure… Just wanted to snuggle up next to you was all.. Kinda like a slumber party :)

Hoping he wouldn’t ask anymore questions I all but held my breath until finally he gave me the answer I was hoping for.

Reece: *sighs* Fine, you can spend the night with me in my room, but after tonight you tell me what’s bothering you, understood?

Resisting the urge to smile I quickly move to reply back.

Ella: Sure, of course

Now smiling, I all but wipe away the few remaining tears I had left before moving to grab the stupid outfit for sure it had led to inappropriate things between me and Kris, I was secretly beginning to hope it led to different results with Reece and the others as I finally move to finish my shopping, Kris nowhere to be seen as I do.
