Scanning the room I’m not completely sure what I hoped to gain by being here but a part of me knew that if I didn’t at least come here then I’d most likely miss my chance at seeing her. My obsession. My woman. My Ella.

A frown now gracing my lips as I watch the estate fill with lots of people. Many here for the silent auction while others were here for the food, drink and the occasional dance.

My hand now lifting my drink. My hand quick to lift the glass against my lips. Having seen Hannah earlier upon my arrival, which meant that she was here and on the hunt for someone specific. A piece of me hoping that she would be the distraction that I needed in order to find Ella.

Searching the room again do I briefly see Misha before he moves to walk away. Misha one of my most trusted men aside from Alexis. Men who were hired by my father. And while I might not have taken over my father’s empire completely, I knew that if I needed it, I had people at my disposal to help.

A smirk now rising along my face. Powerful men like Misha. As Misha was a force to be reckoned with. It’s also why I specially asked for him to begin with. Knowing that Misha would handle the tasks without failure.

Downing my drink do I move to explore the estate. The estate one of the biggest that I’ve currently seen and currently owned by that of the Knight Family. The same family who kept trying to take what was mine.

Growling softly, I continue with my explorations. My legs now taking me towards the area where the silent auction would begin within the estate. My eyes soon spotting pieces from famous artists to hand crafted jewelry to pottery and of course one of a kind tapestry.

Items that you could only ever dream of seeing were now here within that very room all while waiting for there next big owner. My eyes quick to see the most stunning piece of jewelry to ever be seen. A ring that cost millions. The pink star diamond.

The pink star diamond weighing exactly 59.6 carats and rated the fanciest vivid pink diamond ever to be seen by the Gemological Institute within America. A ring that would look lovely upon Ella’s finger.

My mind now curious as to whether or not Reece would place a bid upon the ring or not. My curiosity getting the better of me only to hear a commotion coming from outside. Guests from all over now moving to see what was happening.

The noise getting louder the closer I got. My body now bobbing and weaving throughout the crowd only to see it. Two women now landing within the huge giant pool outside.

Rage soon rising within me as I finally see who it was that fell straight into the open pool. Hannah and Ella. Hannah assumingly having shoved or pushed Ella into the pool to make it look like an accident. The two of them now struggling to surface as a voice moves to yell out.

“ELLA”

At the sound of the voice does the person in question move to swim for Ella. Ella currently underwater as she struggles with her gown. Another by stander moving to help Hannah as another moves to bring towels.

Reece still trying to help Ella who was now currently clinging to him as he moves to help her from the pool. Another by stander now bringing a towel for Ella in which Reece moves to wrap around her to keep her from freezing.

Reece quiet when asking her if she was fine. A small nod rising as Reece moves to glare daggers at Hannah. Hannah now trying to give him the best puppy dog look ever. A look that might have worked if he wasn’t so focused on Ella.

“Reece…” calls Hannah softly.

“Save it Hannah. Consider this your last and final warning. Stay away from me and stay away from Ella, including Dylan and Caleb. Touch us again and I’ll see to it that you never step close to a 10ft radius. Do I make myself clear?” snaps Reece as he moves to pick up Ella.

"Crystal…”

“Good. See to it that you do”

With that said, Reece moves to walk away. Ella now soaked to the bone. The crowd all murmuring as he does. Rage rising within me at what the bitch had done to Ella.

Hmm… looks like Hannah and I are going to have a nice little chat before the nights done, I think. My own body now moving to leave the scene. My mind now on Ella and only Ella.

It’s now 8 o’clock in the evening and I haven’t seen one trace of Dylan, Reece or Caleb. Having seen them that night before entering the Waterway Court that I couldn’t help but feel jealous when seeing them with that little blonde bitch.

I mean sure, I was 2 inches taller than her and had a body to die for but the way Dylan and his brothers all fawned over her made all the feelings I had for Dylan rise once again.

A piece of me wondering why I ever decided to end things with him was beyond me. My mind now scheming of all the different ways that I could get that bitch to leave. Nicholas coming to mind as he seems to be mighty interested in her for some apparent reason and if it meant helping him so be it. So long as it secured my spot back alongside Dylan.

A place that belonged to me and only me and I’d make sure to show them exactly what they missed during our time away. My feet now leading me towards the huge pool. My eyes soon scanning the area only to see it vacant or so I thought when I finally spot the little blonde bitch from two nights ago.

My eyes soon narrowing upon her as I move to approach her. Quick to school my emotions as I move to speak up.

“Hi. I’m Hannah. I do believe we met only briefly that night at the Waterway Court. That restaurant Dylan’s cousin owns. But truly, I am sorry because I never got a name and it be nice to know who I’m speaking with” I say as I move to offer up my hand.

The girl in question now looking at me. Her navy blue eyes behind a stunning black and blue lace mask. My eyes carefully taking in her appearance. The dress beautiful in its own right.

The girl now moving to speak up. “Hi. I’m Ella. It’s nice to meet you too” says Ella as she moves to take my hand. Both of us now holding the others hand as I move to lean in closer.

“You know… it’s not super nice to take what doesn’t belong to you. Dylan’s mine. Now and forever, so you best get use to seeing me around more.”

“And did you know that it’s rude to cheat on people. Especially if you love them. Face it, your just jealous that Dylan moved on and you haven’t.”

Shocked that she had the nerve to say that to me do I move to pull away. “Why you little bitch, how dare you say that to me.” With that said I move to slap her across the face. The two of us now fighting like two feral cats as we move to fight each other all while standing in heels and very long gowns.

My hands quick to grab her by the arms. The touch more of a reflex than anything. Both of us each trying to overpower the other until finally, we both move to topple into the pool.

Each of us creating a huge splash as we both try and surface. Having been closest to the deep end, that I knew how to stay afloat. Having been my schools top performer in swimming as well as the Captain of my swim team that I knew I had her beat.

Ella still fighting to stay above water. Her feet unable to touch the bottom. “REECE!” cries Ella as she begins to sink beneath the water.

Another voice soon joining ours. “ELLA” then before I even knew what was happening did I suddenly hear a splash. My eyes instantly on Reece as he moves to help the little bitch. The little bitch known as Ella.
