Serena"
"Serena!"
As Alonzo's face appeared in front of me, my eyes widened. He switched his seat near me and I didn't notice. I don't want to sit next to him because I was trying to avoid some rumors about Alonzo and me, that I was a servant's daughter, but since my father told his family that Alonzo was the man he wanted to marry me, Alonzo was more close to me. I don't mind because Alonzo was dear to me as well, but there was a part of me that didn't want this.
"Serena's thoughts were diverted by someone, mother! "Try calling her again," Alonzo had advised, and I wanted to hit my forehead. I saw that if there was an absence today, our instructor was starting to summon us. My body was there, but my mind sprang out of nowhere.
"don't fool me, your mind was just a few steps away from us." Elena, be quiet. I'm not interested in hearing your viewpoint,
I stated this while still staring at Killian, who was standing just outside our room, observing me. It was the first time he had been so near to me while watching me. People may believe I was on the lookout now, and they would think I was a renegade or something dangerous since I shook my head. I'm curious as to how all of these folks would respond if they discovered who I really am.
The time had passed, and all I could think about was Killian, and why had the electrifying sensation I had had the previous time I touched him vanished? We were on our way, and my head was outside the carriage. Because they were too preoccupied to celebrate inside the palace, I can see that the people outside were doing so. I enjoyed seeing their delighted smiles, and there were many lovely goods on sale, such as clothing, beauty products, and many other stuff that people might use.
"Would you like to go there?" I was taken aback by what Killian said; it was the first time he had asked me that question. I was usually the one who pressed him for permission to go out there, and he always said no.
"What if I said yes?" says the narrator. "Do you mind if I leave?" Killian smirked.
"Let's just say I've evolved since that accident. In addition, thanks to my extended rest, I have a lot of energy. I'm more capable of looking after you than I am. Just don't do anything that makes me regret allowing you to be here."
As soon as Killian opens the carriage door, I nod my head, and a wide smile comes on my lips.
As I walked down the filthy street of the filthy market, I felt as if I were floating in mid-air. This is my first visit to a location like this. Despite the fact that this location was not particularly attractive, I believe it to be the most beautiful location I have ever visited. I heard my other guard was opposing Killian's actions, but I couldn't care less as long as I was content. I want to savor this moment because who knows, this may be the one and last time Killian will allow me to enter this space.
I observed several lovely and exquisite stop toys, hair ribbons, and various types of cuisine that I believe I had never tasted before. So I take Killian's hand and compel him to buy those goods for me because I don't have any money.
Killian only shook his head, reminding me that I shouldn't consume something I'm unfamiliar with. Despite the fact that I may become unwell, I continue to persist.
I tilt my head as he examines our hands, and I immediately recall the electricity, which has now vanished...
Kyzer”
We returned to the palace after our tour of the filthy market, and I left Serena in Joshaque. I simply shook my head since he wouldn't stop fighting over what I'd done; I assume Killian had never approved to Serena going to such a location. But my twin and I were not alike. Our shift began after he had been out for how many days in the prison as a result of the punishment he received for what Serena had done the previous time. After that, he could have developed a phobia.
I needed to begin gathering evidence to present to uncle Colton. If a large celebration was held in the castle, I would launch the attack that I had planned. Serena's birthday, it turned out, would be celebrated with a big party this year. This is the most ideal moment. I'm sure everyone within the palace would be preoccupied with discovering who was preparing a conflict.
But first, I want to make certain that Uncle Colton is on my side. If ever needed, his battalion would be invaluable. Since I'm already here, I'd want to offer a suggestion.
I'm sure the alpha has something useful hidden somewhere that I could discover and offer to uncle Colton in order to get his full cooperation.
Outside it was already dark, and most of the lights within the palace were turned on, but I'm confident that my present went unnoticed. I arrived at the library. I'm hoping there was at least some proof left behind.
I open the door quietly, but am taken aback when the elderly lady emerges in front of me.
"You're still startled by my face, huh?" I merely smiled as the old lady stated.
"I'm just bored," I said, "and I'd like to read something about history."
"Sure, you can; as I previously stated, I will assist you if there is anything you require from the library." If you didn't already know, I have a soft spot for your father since he saved my daughter when she was a tiny kid. So, what are your reading preferences?"
I cast my gaze around the room and was astounded by the abundance of books. When I informed the old lady what book I wanted to read, she offered to assist me. However, once the old woman had left, I began looking for the book.
I've been looking for anything for an hour and haven't found anything; it appears that someone else came in before.
I returned home, to Uncle Colton's house, in a difficult manner.
"What have you been up to?" I've been anticipating your arrival."
"Just wandering around," I sighed.
Uncle Colton tossed something at me and shrugged.
"Can you tell me what this is?" I'm curious.
"Ever since you arrived, I've been conducting my investigation, and I discovered this, the Luna's diary, yes, the Alpha's wife, in which it is stated that my brother was killed because he discovered the secret that the Alpha had been hiding for how many years,"
When I close my eyes, I recall what my mother had always told me: there was a way out of this prison.
"You are correct; I should not have served that alpha who murdered my family." And I have a terrific notion how to strengthen us," says the author.
"You're the first Zeta," says the narrator. I believed you were capable of defeating the alpha?"
I stated.
"Yes, but it would be much better if the beta was on our side." "I am the first Zeta of this clan, and I have never lost a battle."
"Is that your idea?" I ask, smirking.
Uncle Colton smiled and nodded.
"Yes, but first you had to marry the beta's daughter to ensure that there would be on our side; a family connection was far better than a contract"
