Kyzer"
That's it. This is the day I've been looking forward to. I had already informed all of my subjects that we needed to prepare for the night's most anticipated event.
When the door to my room opened, the girl I married, I mean, my brother's name, emerged, and she was now standing on the side of the bed, staring at me while standing in front of the mirror, arranging my clothing.
"Killian, are you ready?" the woman inquired.
"Did you see that I was still fixing myself?" irritated me, I said.
The young lady sighed. tsk. As my wife, she needs to know where she stands. We both know we just married each other for a purpose, and her father knows it as well. Adriana's father desired the position of alpha of the pack because of mine and my uncle's desire for vengeance. He consented to this strategy because of this.
"Could you be nicer to me?" You know, we're already husband and wife. Stop acting as though I'm one of the ladies who looks up to you from afar. "I was now your wife."
I clenched my teeth and drew closer to her.
"I thought you knew why I married you, didn't you?" Woman, you were simply my wife on paper. If I had my way, I'd never marry you or anybody else because I think women are a pain in the neck, so don't try to convince me otherwise."
Adriana, like a good puppy, sighs and nods.
"I'll be waiting for you outside Killian, but I'm hoping that someday you'll see me as your wife, not just some random girl who chased you down when you were still a bachelor."
The woman quickly exited the room, leaving me alone. Nothing had occurred when I returned after adjusting my clothing.
"You shouldn't say that to the lady Kyzer. "You're a jerk."
I merely grunt before I respond, my wolf remarked.
"If Killian were in my shoes right now, he'd be in a lot more trouble than I am."
"Yeah right," my wolf chuckled, "because he would never agree to marry the woman."
"Stop slapping that thing on my face," I said, my fist tightened as I realized what I'd done.
"I just don't have a lot of options." "I was ready to face death after that."
I snuck out of the room after finishing my hair. I cocked my head to the side. It was fortunate that the wedding took place at midnight. It's a type of tradition that if the princess, prince, or even the alpha is married, it must be at midnight and under the full moon so that the deity from above can bless them. The moon would then be completely full. Tonight, we shall all change and become more powerful.
Even though we couldn't see the entire full moon, it was still a huge assistance. Though the alpha's side would turn as well, we had the benefit of being prepared. The opponent, on the other hand, was not.
Uncle Colton and the father of Adriana, the pack's beta, came before I could leave my new residence, where my so-called wife and I were.
"Are you prepared for the evening, Killian?" "Did your battalion make any preparations?" Uncle Colton replied, his gaze fixed on me. He was such a convincing imposter. On every given occasion, he never failed to address me by the name he was required to use.
"I've been looking forward to this day my whole life?" Why wouldn't I be prepared? What do you think of the two of you? What is the name of the man standing next to you, the most? "Are you willing to betray your alpha and take command of your pack?" I was attempting to read what was going on in the beta's head by staring at him. His eyes were full of enthusiasm, as far as I could tell, and he was hungry for a place or status in life.
"Why would I do something that could lead us to failure? "Killian, I was the one who stood to gain the most from this fight for all of us, so why would I do something that could lead us to failure?" According to the beta,
"You seem like you didn't trust your allies dear husband?"
Adriana mocked me as she stared at me carefully.
"Woman, you couldn't blame me." In my life, I'd seen a lot worse. I don't want to lose since this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. "I want everything to be just right.
After that, no one said anything, so I broke the ice by saying, "Let's go." We don’t want to be late, right?"

Serena "
When we arrived at the destination, my father and mother exited the carriage, leaving me with a hundred bodyguards while I awaited the groom's arrival. Before the ceremony could begin, the Alpha and the Luna needed to be in the main hall.
But I came to a halt when I heard the guards say the name Killian.
"What can we do for you, Zeta Killian?" "Good evening, Zeta Killian, what can we do for you?"
"Nothing, soldier; I just wanted to speak briefly with Princess Serena, if you don't mind."
"Am I allowed? "
I'm not sure why, but hearing his voice brought me to a complete stop. Something within me is sparking. There was electricity in my gut that I couldn't see.
I heard a tap on the little door of the carriage where I was sitting after a few while.
I inhaled deeply before unlocking the door, and there they were, the same golden eyes I had seen every day of my life. It's the same face that makes my heart race. Though I was perplexed as to why I was now feeling that way this past few weeks. It is now more intense than ever before.
I'm not sure why I miss hearing his voice. Wasn't it only a few days? What's the deal with his voice sounding a little different?
