{Two days before the date of birth of Serena}

I'm not sure why, but I could tell Kyzer was serious as I gazed into his eyes. My heart was racing at a breakneck pace.
All of a sudden, I'm nervous. I'm not sure if I was frightened anything would happen to my brother or if I was afraid Serena would disappear forever.
