Sinister yet beautiful

When I said that, I noticed a slight smirk curved on his face, he was staring at me admirably. I was expecting him to kiss me with his juicy Red lips, but to my surprise, he immediately stood up he left me on the ground. I was stunned at his actions, I couldn't utter a word, but my mouth was wide open. " You should have helped me at least, as a gentleman," I said. He stiffened at my words as he stopped walking, he turned to look at me, and it was clear that he was surprised at my words. " If you know who I am, I guess you will think twice before you mention the word gentleman," he said, his was more hoarse and his voice sounded slightly terrifying. I gulped hard, my heart was beating so fast, and I needed time to get a grip on myself. He started walking away, without bothering to ask where I came from or how I came about. I can't help fascinated by his long hair that managed to cascade down his back. " Am I in heaven?" I asked curiously like a baby who is curious to know about him, I know very well I'm not in heaven, but I just want to get him to talk. He stopped walking and turned to look at me, his gaze was stern and cold, I gulped, and I almost regretted saying that, but I was still curious about him. " Does this look like heaven or hell on earth" he stated more of a statement, I could see splitting hate and resentment in his eyes, but he immediately changed his expression, before he continued walking. I don't know why, but I can't help that feeling that this angel in front of me, has been through so much in life. So I decided to keep quiet because I didn't want to be on his bad side. He immediately stopped walking to look at me, " why are you following me?" He asked. "I... I don't have anywhere to go" I voice out with a trembling voice. " Then what made you think that my home is any less safe?" He asked his voice sounding more like he was amused by my actions. "I don't think so, but I just hope, so I hope that your house is safer because staying here in the forest without a family, without a pack... I'll end up a rogue wolf" my voice ended up trembling. Then a frog leapt on me, and I screamed and yelped, I didn't know when I had landed on Mr angel and I had already wrapped my hands around him. " I'm scared... please help me, please" I found myself begging. He ended up laughing so hard, his laughter sounded like music to my ears. I have always hated reptile frogs, they scare the creep out of me and make me feel restless. "Since you can jump on such a high place and you are scared of frogs of all creatures" he mocked in between breaths of laughter. I turned to look at him, and that's when I noticed how close I was to him, I could almost perceive his deep muscular scent, and his Blue eyes bored into mine. My heartbeat accelerated and my breath hitched. Whenever I look at those eyes, they remind me of oceans, they are so deep and beautiful. My cheeks heated up, so I immediately let go of him, not to heat the moment. I immediately adjusted my dress, while I adjusted my throat and I started walking away. I don't want to look at him right now, I almost cursed for embarrassing myself to this extent, what was I thinking to have thought about jumping on him like that? I continued walking, but then my eyes widened when I remembered that I didn't even know where to go, so I turned back to continue following him, I was shocked to see that he was already at a far distance From me. I immediately ran after him to catch up with him. " I thought you had found a home, I almost let out a sigh of relief, because I won't want you to stick up with me like a koala," he said to me. I drew in a deep, my heart was beating so fast, so I decided to keep a very safe distance from him, I kept looking down and the flash scene of how I was so close to him and how he had stared at me, the thought alone made my cheeks burned. " I can see you blush more often," he said, as he kept walking, I immediately closed my face because of the embarrassment. Then he stopped walking and turned to look at me. " Are you sure you want to go with me?" He asked, his gaze was deep and intensifying, it gave me goosebumps. " I know I'm being too clingy and all..." I trailed While fidgeting with my dress. "But unfortunately, I. I don't have anywhere else to go and I don't know where to go from here, my life is in danger if I let go of you" I added. His gaze softened, but unfortunately, he surprised me by yanking my hand and bringing me closer to his hard chest. "Look lady, I don't know who you are and I'll advise you to leave and find somewhere more secure because I would be a danger to you " he voiced out, his voice was so deep and masculine. He tried to sound good and domineering, but his eyes were saying a different thing, his eyes showed more about his insecurities and how he hated the way he had become. After long uncountable seconds, I can feel so much heat emanating from his body. With a frustrated sigh, he immediately let go of me and turned to leave. I stood there, I decided not to follow him. I didn't want to go with him since he didn't want me to follow him. But then I heard his voice resonate, and it elevated my spirit. "Why are you standing there? Did you now have second thoughts to go with me?".
