Unlocking mysteries.

Honestly, the pathway that surrounded the vault, was filled with so much dust as a result of lack of proper maintenance.

"Should I just go back?" I heard myself asking myself.

Honestly, this was really a bad one for me, as thousands of weird and scary thoughts filled my mind.

What if this place is filled with crocodiles?

What if it was the gateway to hell?

A whole lot of fears were in my mind already, and at this point, doubt was already creeping in. I didn't know what to do, but the other part of me really want to know what was stored inside.

Well, I didn't have any other choice, other than to enter that room, and explore. No matter what might be inside there, I was definitely going to scale through.

Soon, I was already in that pathway that was surrounded with so much cobwebs. At first, I couldn't sight anything, but as I continued to move deeper, I started seeing things that sent shivers down to my spine.

Bones and skeletons of dead people were littered all over the floor. The second sight that I saw, almost made me to throw up. It was someone his neck was decapitated with a blunt razor blade.

Damn!

This was really horrific.

Moving to the left side of the room, I could see parts of people's bodies that had been arranged like they were going to be sold.

I was able to see a little bit, by the ray of sunlight that could be rarely noticed. At this point when I was about to go back, two things caught my attention.

One was a giant gold box that was at the middle of the room, was the next was two other doors that stood at the extreme.

To be honest, I just wanted to run back. One thing that made me continue moving, was the fact that I really needed to lay my hands on any evidence that I might use against Alpha Roman.

Soon, I made to move towards the giant box, but I saw two strange creatures that ran out of the box, and I screamed in fear.

"Ahhh!" I yelled and made to jump up, but I ended up falling down. It was then that I realized that they were rats.

Obviously, they had been feeding on the dead bodies of these people.

Finally, I made my way to the giant box, and I discovered that it had something that resembled a password on it.

Just as I sighed in frustration, I saw an old looking light bulb at the end of the room, and I immediately dashed towards it to try my luck. Luckily for me, it worked.

At this moment, I could see everything clearly.

I went back to the box, to know what was inside, and also think of a way to break it open. Just on a closer look, I discovered that the box wasn't locked.

Immediately I pushed it open, I sighed in anger. It wasn't even worth the time that I wasted on it. It was just filled with so many garbages, and that really annoyed me.

But on a second thought, I decided to try further, so as to know what was even inside the box. At first when I dipped my hands inside, I didn't get anything but Immediately I dipped my hands deeper, I grabbed some set of keys, and I sighed and closed the box in anger.

Out of curiosity, I decided to try the first room, but I noticed that it was more like a book library, that had a lot of books that was stored in it. I honestly was inquisitive to read the books, but I just couldn't because I couldn't understand the language.

After glancing through the room for the last time, checking if I would see anything that could glue me to that place, I didn't see anything attractive enough, so I headed back and decided to try the second room, but it was locked.

How was I going to have access to it when I didn't have the keys?

Well, a thought crossed my mind, and I decided to oblige immediately. I ran back to that big box, and started searching for the keys. There were many of them, but I decided to be patient enough, so that I would find the most suitable key.

I spent a longer amount of time, trying to open the door with all the keys, till I almost get discouraged. Finally, the second to the last key opened the room, and I entered inside.

Honestly, this particular room was very neat, but there was nothing inside it aside a light bulb and black paints. Nothing!

Inside this room, their were three different doors, and I equally had to make a decision about the first one that I wanted to enter. Well, I decided to open the middle room.

Unfortunately for me, their was nothing inside, so I tried the first room, and I finally saw something that looked tangible. It was just a small box, that needed six keys to unlock it.

It wasn't hard for me to locate the keys, because they were very different from the rest. The only problem was that it was hard to open.

I had to drag the key so hard that my thumb had to tear. Well, that was actually my last problem. I didn't care about the pain that I had to pass through, until I was able to find my solution.

Finally, I opened the box, and the first page urged me not to go further if I wasn't spiritually strong.

Well, who even cares?

I went ahead to keep reading the words in that book, and I gradually started hallucinating. There, it was talking about everything that I needed to know as an Alpha, and the book was a sacred one.

It was passed to Alpha Roman, by his ancestors, and he had to keep it sacred.

Just when I thought that I had seen it all, I suddenly heard a mysterious voice.
