Chapter 27

PROLOGUE
Life is always full of surprises. But sometimes I don"t understand if the carry is fun or sad. I was raised by my mother and father in a simple life, we're not totally rich nor poor. But still, I am very thankful and at the same time very proud that I have them.
I continued walking, I was here in the park of our village walking. Even though it's late at night, I'm here meditating. I dont know, but it's always giving me a chill and good mood everytime I looked up the stars and walking along the way. This is my night routine after I go to bed and sleep. I didn't feel any frightened or scaring feelings every night that I am here, maybe I'm used to it and this Village is secured and the guards on guard are trustworthy.
I looked up at the sky and observed how bright the stars were at night. I couldn't describe my feelings right now, its always awe-inspiring that can also take my breath away and it is like a picture-postcard.
I raised my hand and pretended to have a tinetrace drawn on each star. I was just a kid, Astronaut will always be my dream up until now. Because I want to see stars closely, as well as the galaxy. If it's even far away, it's very beautiful, what more if it's close, right?
I sighed heavily then decided myself to turn back so that I could go home, because I couldn't count how long I was standing and watching the sky. I'm confident I'm safe here, I do it almost every night, and I'm not afraid to be alone. Infact, I always love to be alone. It's more relaxing if it's just you because there's no disturbance, and I don't believe in ghost too anyway. That's in our imagination only, ghost doesn't exist.
I will pass about ten more houses before I reach our house.
"What the fuck ?!"
I stopped walking when I saw a man standing in front of a large house. I was only a few feet away from him, but he wouldn't notice me because it was dark where I was. I also winced at what I heard, I could hear his swearing, his cellphone was in his other ear and I think he was talking to someone.
I bit my lip, I was thinking if I will walk again or stay first until he leaves? I will pass him.
It looks like he looks like he's leaving because he's holding the door handle of his car while holding the phone.
Why did I even care if he saw me ?! Agh! So in the end I decided to stay while looking at him. I can't see his face very well because he's in side view from saken. But I can see how tall his nose is, he's also tall, if we stick together I think I'm only up to his chest or shoulders.
"Yeah fucker, I'm on my way .... Seriously ?! Ugh tsk! Okay okay!" Then he put down his cellphone. I even saw him looking around, I was nervous because he felt like maybe someone was looking at him.
God! What will I do now ?!
When he looked at my behavior, it was too late for me to hide in the plant next to me. It still has a stitch in case I hide there.
I bit my lip, when I caught him frowned and scanning me whole. Is he listening to me? Eh dark here!
"Who are you?" I heard him asked.
God Laraya Yslavien! Should I just run or walk ?!
So even with my knees shaking I walked slowly. Okay, Laraya, just walk quietly and just ignore him.

I just look straight ahead and I'm not looking at him so I can't see his face.
I was about to pass when I felt him hold my arm so I stopped walking. I don't know but I seemed to feel electricity, so I looked at him to see if he felt that too. But wrong move Laraya! I caught him intently looking at me! B-why is a to handsome ?! Is he really just my neighbor ?! Why do I only know now, and why did I only see him now?
Lord, my heart is beating faster too.
"I'm asking, who are you?" He repeated, I heard his voice even closer. My God his baritone voice, it gives me chills down to my spine!
But don't send her to Laraya's voice! Remember he's a guy! And Daddy said dont talk to stranger!
So I violently took his hand away because I was already a little hurt by his holding. Tsk mamumula yon sure ako.
I also looked at him bravely.
"It's none of your business, I was just passing by before. You're not the owner of the pass so why would you ask me." I looked away because I could no longer bear the look he was giving me.

"Tsk." I looked at him again.
"It's already midnight and you're still outside, you know it's kinda dangerous especially in this kind of hour and lastly you're a girl." He said that while looking at me, I didn't even see any other emotion in his eyes.

"I'm not concerned, miss." My jaw dropped. Seriously ?! Eh just what ?!
"Okay you're not concerned ----" I couldn't continue what I was about to say when a woman suddenly came out of their main door and shouted.
"Sir Zarius! You seem to have found the key to your chair!" My forehead wrinkled. Zarius? That his name pala.
We both turned to the fine voice, I think a maid running towards the gate.
Zarius approached the maid so I finally had the opportunity to leave.
I didn't look at him anymore as I was walking home. I turned around once and saw that he was getting in his car.
When I heard that his car had left, I stopped again to watch his car leave.

"The name is handsome but ugly." I said the continued walking, I'm already tired so I need to go home.
When will we meet again? Did he still live here? Why don't I know?
