Chapter 53

"Can I talk to Zarius Walterson, miss?" I asked a receptionist in the Moonstone building. Actually, this place is really secured. I can't get in if I'm not with Dash.
"Do you have an appointment ma'am?" He asked, even focusing his attention on the phone.
I looked at Dash who was just quietly by my side.
"W-no ..."
"Sorry maam, if you don't have an appointment with Sir Walterson it would take one week and it depends on how important you are to say to him." My two shoulders dropped at what he said, what else can I expect?
"Ah s-thank you ..."
"You can log in, just in case I can call you." I just nodded and wrote in the log in book. Even though I knew it was impossible.
I sluggishly turned to Dash when I finished writing.
"Looks like we're going to have a hard time ..." I softly promised him.
"Its okay, don't you really want me to talk to him?" He suggested that before but I refused, I should be the one to find a way to talk to him.
"Not anymore ..." I also shook my head, suddenly I looked at the entrance, I couldn't help but boil my blood. It was Kim, he's talking to the media nicely. You thought nothing was wrong, how could he be Zarius' uncle if he behaved like that?

Suddenly our eyes met, I saw the shock in his eyes the moment he saw me. I just think coldly of him, I shouldn't be angry because I also decided to leave his nephew but what did he do just to get me out of Zar's life?
It doesn't matter if he is Zar's uncle, I wonder if he only did that to me.
"What's the matter?" I turned to Dash's question.

This is the first time Dash hugged me, because he doesn't want a dramatic moment. So it's heartwarming, everytime that I'm with him, I feel safe feeling like nothing can hurt me when I'm with him.
