Wesley pov

We made it to the other packs territory.  It was dark and the scent was fading near the border of the territory. This is the path that was taken. 

"We will rest here for the night."  I spoke to the pack.  We would need sleep before we found out what happened to these pups.  We needed our strength to deal with these animals.

"Max, Victor…...let's the other pack know we have arrived now."

"Right away, Alpha."

Off they went to notify the alpha that we arrived and where our camp will be set up at.

They all worked together to set up camp for the night.

Any other time we would enjoy a camp out but with pups being kidnapped there was no fun here.

"No that everything is set up, get some sleep.  We all need our strength, we don't know what we may be facing tomorrow. "

With that note I turned in as everyone headed to their tents for the night.


Sydney pov

I walked as fast as I could follow this blue light hoping it was leading me to the right place.

Just then an ear piercing howl rang through the forest.  I stopped dead in my tracks.

I better hurry if that was the man….he is tracking me down.

I started run/limping trying to get there faster.  Just then the light hits water and a boulder.

This must be a mistake, where is the entrance at.   I see nothing!  Maybe just maybe, it's in the water near the boulder.  I held the locket tight and took myself slowly through the water.

AARROOOO!

The howling got closer.  I had to get there quickly.  I pushed myself as much as I could.   I look up at the boulder, there was a ledge.  I pulled myself  to it.

I look back to the shoreline….there he was staring at me!

I looked away.  I needed to find my way in.  I slowly moved around it and nothing.  I felt nothing.

I heard a splash.  I was running out of time.  I held the locket again.  Nothing.  Then I touched the boulder with my other hand just as he grabbed my leg and we fell.  We didn't fall in the water though, we fell forward until we hit ground. 

He looked at me just as confused as I am.

"Where are we?" He finally spoke.

"I think we found the entrance to the fae world."

"What?  I thought they died out."

"No, just hidden.  Let me see if I can send you back."

"You're going to stay?"

"Yes, I need to."

"What is your name?"

"Sydney.  What's yours?"

He seemed to ponder this for a moment.

"My name is Greyson, a Lycan."

Wind whipped around me and sent shivers to my core.

"So, why are we here Sydney?"

My body reacted with just the simple pleasure of him saying my name.

"I'm here to get information."

"What kind of information?"

He moved closer to me as my body came alive reacting to the closeness.

I contemplated what I should say.  I didn't know him even if my body felt compelled to be near him.

"Ummm…"

Before I could say anything he cut me off.

"I know you don't know me yet."

He walked closer to me and when he touched my arm.  I felt it, the electricity shooting through my body radiating from his touch.

"I will help you get what you need.  You will trust me to tell me when you're ready."

He lifted my chin so our eyes met.

"You will be mine and you will trust me!"

I looked at him in shock and aww as he said those words to me.

He kissed my forehead lightly.

"Where to?"

I touched the locket but nothing happened. 

I tried seeing if it would come to life to message my mom but nothing happened. 

"I guess just walk down the path and hope town's that way."

We started walking and didn't say much just looking at these weird surroundings. 

It was getting dark and I knew we would have to camp somewhere for the night.  Seemed he was thinking the same thing.

"Sydney, over there!"

I looked up and found a little cave.

"Perfect….is it safe inside?"

"One way to find out."

He started undressing, in front of me. 

I turned away.  "What are you doing?"

He chuckled, "I am gonna check it out.  I didn't bring extra clothes."

He shifted into his wolf form.  He was almost as tall as me in wolf form.  He walked to me and stared me in the eyes, then bowed his head as he went inside to search for any danger. 

I picked up his clothes and waited to hear from him.

He came out of the cave and shifted back.

"We are clear.  We can sleep here tonight."

I walked over to him.  "Here's your clothes so you can cover up."

He laughed and it made me wet just by that.

"Baby girl, your welcome to look whenever you want!"

"I'm going to go to sleep."

I went to a corner and tried to get partly comfortable.   I looked and he was dressed and was resting on the opposite site of the cave.

I closed my eyes and drifted off.

Grayson pov

She barely had any clothes and didn't bring her bag with her.  This girl is bringing me trouble already. 

I laid across from her just watching her sleep.

Just then I heard some noise.  I was listening to see where it was coming from.

It was Sydney!  She's so cold she's shivering. 

She's  gonna hate me in the morning but she needs this.

I undressed myself putting my clothes in a pile then shifted into my massive Lycan wolf.

Crack Crack Crack.  My bones broke into that of my wolf.

I walked over to Sydney shivering and laid myself carefully over her to keep her warm through the night.

I could hear her breathing my scent in and touching my fur as she fell fully asleep.  

After that I was able to sleep peacefully.
