Where did she go?

Grayson pov

I was sitting at the table talking with my parents when I felt something tighten in my chest. I started rubbing my chest not understanding the feeling.

"What's wrong?" My father spoke.

"It's nothing just feel a tightness in my chest."

"Son that sounds more like what you feel from your mate."

"My mate."

SCREAM

I looked towards the door and ran to it. I knocked down Caleb not seeing him running to the door as well.

We both got up and ran out the door. I could see a vampire was holding Sydney unconscious. My anger rose as I shifted mid flight running after the creature. Caleb was closing behind but I ran faster. The vampire disappeared right in front of us from his speed.

I ran as far as I could following the scent of hers until I could no longer scent her. I stopped not knowing what direction she went.

I shifted back to human form and waited for Caleb to catch up. I kept trying to reach out but with her unconscious I knew I wouldn't be able to.

Caleb arrived as I tried to figure out where he might have gone.

"I lost her scent Caleb. We need to find her."

"What are your orders?"

"I don't know, I need her found."

"Maybe we should call in for support. Wesley has a connection to her maybe he is able to see something we can't."

I knodded my head.

"I will find you Sydney, just hang on for me."

We turned back into our wolves as we head back to the pack house.

Wesley pov

I felt pain, and fear........it wasn't coming from me.

I ran to Annabelle downstairs.

"Annabelle?"

"Yes."

"Are you in pain or scared?"

She looked at me confused.

"NNOO."

I thought for a second about why.

"SYDNEY." Annabelle spoke.

"I have to go to her. If I feel it here then it has to be bad."

"I want to go with you."

"No, you are safier here."

"I don't care, Sydney has been there for me. I need to make sure her and her baby are fine."

Just then my mother came in the room.

"You need to go to Sydney now!"

"I know mother, I am leaving."

"No both of you must go.......Annabelle you must contact your mother. She may be able to help you on your journey to help Sydney."

"Okay.....I will do that."

Annabelle ran up the stairs to pack quickly and call her mother.

"Mother what do you know?"

"She is being held by vampires and witches. Witches from Annabelle clan, the only way to stop the clan is to replace the leader which Annabelle needs her mother and aunt to do so. She is protected by the ring but the vampire can still cut her up."

"Is that all?"

"That is all I can see. Be safe son!"

"I will mother."

Annabelle came back down the stairs with two suitcases.

"We are ready to go now." Annabelle spoke.

"Okay, let's go."

I took the suitcases from her and headed to the car. I loaded them in and got in the car as Annabelle got in already.

I started the car and started heading towards where Grayson told me his pack lies.

"Call your mother Annabelle she needs to be here to help us."

Annabelle picked up her phone.

"Anna?"

"Yes mother."

"Come get us. We need to help you, it will take all three of us to stop her."

"Thank you mother."

She ended the call.

Go get my mother before we go to Sydney's house.

We arrived back at the pack house and I transformed back into a human and we put shor

I was so angry and knew nothing on how to find her.

My parents stood at the door, I could see the concern on there faces.

I put my head down and then I heard a car screech to a stop.

I turned around, my lycan on edge.

Out of the car steps Wesley. He walks to the other side and opens the door and Annabelle, her mother and aunt all get out.

I was surprised since I hadn't called him yet.

"Wesley."

"Grayson......We will find her!"

I started to cry as he pulled me in for a bro hug.

I pulled away wiping my tears.

"How did you know?"

"I felt her.....her pain and fear. Then my mother had a vision and we rushed here."

"What did she see?"

I knew not to second guess her vision.

"She saw and vampire and a witch working together......"

"The witch is from my coven, she bacame the head witch after they thought I died. We need to all be there to take her down." Annabelle spoke while motioning to her mother and aunt.

"Let's go inside and figure out our next move." Caleb spoke.

I knodded my head and we all went inisde.

"This is my mother and father." I spoke as they were waiting inside for us. "This is Wesley, Annabelle, her mother, and her aunt." I said pointing to them.

"Now I am not sure what plan we can come up with. I could only smell her scent to the edge of the territory. He was too fast for us to catch him. She was passed out so I couldn't mindlink her and not sure if she would be able to respond due to her state. Plus the ring."

"The ring only protects her from outside magical forces so your mindlink wouldn't interfere, however if they remove the ring from her realizing it's magically.....we will have another problem on our hands." Annabelle mother spoke.

"What ring?" My father spoke.

"Sydney where's a ring to protect the baby from a curse that was on her people many years ago, killing any baby before it was brought to full term."

My mother gasped.

I placed my hands on my head in frustration.

"What do we do?"

"You all need to leave this room. We need to make contact and find her location. Grayson I need a belonging of her's that she has a big connection to."

I knodded my head and turned to go upstairs. I walked upstairs to her room looking to see what I could find. I then looked at her mother's jewelry box......it was the necklace that she found her mother with. She wore it always so hopefully this works.

I headed back down the stairs to see if this would work. Everyone gathered in the kitchen so the witches had the livingroom to do what they needed to do.

"Sydney wore this necklace always. It's how she found her mother."

Annabelle mother took it from me touching the top of the stone.

"I hope it is strong enough to use." Annabelle aunt spoke.

She headed back and I walked to the kitchen as I waited to see what would happen.

They had candles burning as they had her necklace in the middle with a map and they were chanting but it seemed like something was wrong.

"Annabelle, can you come assist me please." Annabelle mother spoke.

She headed into the livingroom the stood in the formation of the trinity symbol.

They started chanting, as they were chanting her necklace rose, the candles started flickering. There seemed to get thick in the room, the window started to break as the window blew around the three witches. The candles went out and the necklace dropped onto the map with the end pointing to a location.

We all went over and I looked at the map.

"That is where she is being held." Annabelle spoke confidently.

"That's a two day journey, if by car then three." Caleb spoke.

"I am assuming you must be there to defeat the witch?" I spoke to the witches.

"Yes we must go with you to claim the rightful place as the head hunter." Annabelle mother spoke.

"So three days......gather what you need for the trip. We will leave at first light."

They all knodded there heads and started preparing what we needed to leave.

"Mother, father please stay and look over the pack while we are gone."

"Of course we will, just bring your luna home."

"That I will do."

I left and went to my office to prepare our attack. Caleb was close behind me.

"This is the best route here, if we take this direction we might be able to shave off half a day going by car."

I knodded my head in agreement.

"I need you to contact the alpha over that territory, inform him what is going on but do not let him know where. I do not want him to intrude unless we need help."

"Yes Lycan it will be done."

"Why did they take her there and why are they working together."

"Not sure Lycan but we will get to her."

I knodded my head and he left the office to finish what he needed to. I was staring at my map and going over the plan that I didn't realize I was drifting off.
