Epilogue
Grayson pov
I spent countless hours tracking down exactly what happened that day. Everyone had blacked out all at once, there was confusion everywhere. There had to be clues somewhere that was over looked at the time.
I spent months gathering everything together, I had a wall of all the clues and the note she wrote as her final good bye was right at the center of it all. That was the biggest clue of them all.
Then there was that vampire that she swore was a good vampire. Like that would ever happen, a good vampire. I don't know what his game is but he might be involved in all this. I am unsure because in the chaos of everyone waking up he disappeared.
I need to find him to see if he has any clues to what happened that day. The one vampire that may have the biggest clue and no way to find him. Every vampire I have contacted has not seen him since he came here. This can't be a coincidence that he has also disappeared at the same time.
DID HE TAKE HER?
My anger was getting the best of me as I was forcing myself to find my soul mate. I may have marked her but she was too far away to feel her. I had all the Alpha's keep an eye out for any sign of her and I knew one day I would find her and bring her home to me.
Lucifer pov
My precious Sydney had passed out from our fast travelling I had to do. I needed to go far enough away that he couldn't sense her, since he had marked what was MINE. I never thought I would be able to find her------my dhampyr.
I took her to my family home. We went to Ireland while they were in the United States. There was no clue left of where we went or what we were doing so I had no worries that he would look for her here.
However, I needed to find someone who could remove this mate bond. Once removed we could go anywhere and I could turn her and she will be stuck to me for all eternity as my dhampyr, my queen.
I must contact the dark ladies.......only they will know how to break a bond such like this.
In came my Thrall when he heard I had arrived.
"Master"
"Thrall, you need to find the dark ladies for me and summon them here!"
"Yes." He bowed his head and left right away.
They would be here and then nothing would stand in his way to be with Sydney.
