The Plan

I sat there while I held Annabelle hands. I pulled her on top of my lap and held her in my arms, her head on my chest with my chin on top of her head. We sat there in comfortable silence just listening to each other breathe.

It wasn't long before Victor and Trevor were at the door.

KNOCK KNOCK

Annabelle sat up and started to move off me. I pulled her back on top of me.

"Come in Victor."

They walked in and Victor smiled at me as he saw the position we were in.

Trevor spoke next.

"So Victor says you have some things to discuss about the hunters."

"Yes, and its quite a pressing matter. Please have a seat."

He sat down on the head of the table while I sat across himm with Annabelle on my lap. Victor sat to my right ready to help when asked to.

"So we were just discussing in detail about the hunters camp and weapons, when Annabelle remember something very important. She has been with them captive for years now and in the begining of her time there she was in a cell deprived of anything really. When they released her from her cell they took her by surprised and injected her with a tracking device. She isn't sure how well it works or if its still active so we are going to assume it still works. If this theory is correct they are planning there assault to come here and raid your pack with there new weapons!"

"WHAT, when did you figure all this out? My pack is now in danger because of her?"

I growled loudly at him and my eyes turned black as I jumped to my feet and pushed Annabelle behind me.

"How dare you? I come to help you, have my pack members injured and chained up and this is how you speak to me and MY MATE!"

He looked between me and Annabelle and sighed.

Annabelle rubbed my back and then rested her head on my back which calmed me down.

"I meant no disrespect Alpha Wesley, I was just shocked and feared the safety of my pack."

I took a breath and spoke.

"I understand, I did not like to hear this either but we now know so we can use this to our advantage."

"How exactly will this be to our advantage?"

"They don't know that we know so that gives us an advantage."

"They are hoping we go out to attack and leave everyone here defenseless. However, that will not happen. First we will send the pregnant women and children away and anyone who can not fight will leave to my pack in the morning. I will have Victor escort them to the pack and send a couple more with them but not too many we need the most here for my plan to work! Next step if we can get help from other packs great if not we will have to do this on our own. So we can only scent them when they are really close so we will patrol like before but not as heavy duty. We will let them come in to pack lands and into the main territory. When our patrollers catch there scent they will alert us but make no move to stop them. Let them come in to the pack and into the middle of town. Meanwhile we will all camp out around the circle inside the houses and on top. They will be completely surrounded so when they come in it will already be too late for them and even if they try to use there taser or liquid bullets it will be too late for them. They will all be killed before they can even react. So from what I can conclude they should be here in a couple days from the tracking and planning. Now what do you think of my plan?"

"Hmmm.....You have actually really thought this out haven't you?"

"Yes, as soon as we figured everthing out we called for you to see if you thought we could get more support. Because the more support the more likely we will have a victory. Since they don't like me I thought you could reach out to them with the plan and get them on board so we could pull this off with as few deaths as possible."

"That's actually a good idea, especially since they don't like you. I will do a conference call with all the Alpha's and explain the situation. Do you mind if Victor comes in case you do need to come he can let you know plus it will be good having someone there to pass everything along to."

"Sure Victor can go and I can be informed what they decide and we can plan according to that."

"Sounds like a plan."

Trevor got up and smiled and us.

"Thanks again for letting me know everything. And congratulations on finding your mate, I'm happy for you guys."

"Thanks Trevor."

He bowed his head to us and turned and walked out the door."

I looked at Belle and was lost in her eyes.

COUGH

"If that's everything Alpha, then i'll retire for the night" said Victor.

"That's it Victor, I will call if I need you. Thanks again."

He bowed his head and walked out the door making sure to close it behind him.

"And now my sweet Belle."

I pulled her to me and smelled her intoxicating smell.

"Are we really going to do this?"

"Yes Belle but don't worry your sweet head, we will take care of everything."

She knodded her head and then looked down.

I lifted her chin and placed my lips on her neck, going up and down until I found the spot near the shoulder blade where I would mark her. Leaving a trail of kisses.

She let out a small moan and I lost it.

My eyes turned black, my nails extended and wolf was surfacing. I was fighting for dominance not sure how she would handle seeing my wolf since she's never seen one before.

I fought him and then I felt her hand on my arm.

"Let me meet your wolf Wesley."

My wolf fought harder as I was pushed to the back as he surfaced.

He looked Annabelle in the eyes with so much love.

"MATE"

"Yes, what is your name?

"My name is Zeus."

"Like the greek god?"

"Yes, my sweet Belle. When you see me in my true form you will understand why."

She looked at me and smiled.

"Will you show me your wolf form?"

"Yes would you like to see my wolf?"

"Yes."

"Then let's go...."

"Where to?"

"I can't shift here, I'll destroy everything."

She laughed not really believing what I said. I guided her out the packhouse and to the woods but not far since there was danger near by.

I stopped and looked at her.

"Now wait here and close your eyes."

She looked at me questioning me.

"Unless you want to see me naked."

She immediately closed to her eyes.

I stripped down and put my clothes near by. My bones started breaking as I went through the transition she opened her eyes near the end and saw me transform into my wolf.

Her jaw dropped, as she saw me transform into a huge black wolf. I was not a normal size wolf, I was as tall as a human and completely black except for one streak of white like a lightening bolt down my side.

She walked over to me cautiously, I sat down on my butt then layed down on my paws so she knew I was no threat to her and felt comfortable with her near me.

She got closer and sat down next to me as she stared at my wolf in amazement.

"You are really big as a wolf, and I love your white bolt."

I put my head up and knodded at her.

"Can I pet your fur?"

I knodded again.

She put her hand on my head and went down my body she did it slowly and my wolf was loving all her attention he didn't want her to stop. He was loving every minute with her.

She then laid down next to me. We layed there in the field just next to each other, breathing in each other's scent. My wolf was at ease being curled up next to my mate. My wolf and I never felt more at peace. Before I knew it she fell asleep on my wolf and that made my wolf relax too. We fell asleep with her laying on my wolf and everything was just right with me. I knew there was no doubt in my mind that she was my MATE. What ever Sydney was, Annabelle is my future and I don't want to go anywhere without her.
