Chapter 46 Baby Announcement

I just silently stared at Zeke, as it was busy with storytelling while driving back to our house. I swallowed steadily because of the inhumanity I could hear while he was just laughing. I can't believe since we left everything has been planned. They just waited for us to take longer here to carry out that stupid plan, which I also won't deny you I believe.
They are very good cowards. For almost two weeks I believed I had done something wrong so that's how the wind blew on Zeke and me.
Somehow I breathed a sigh of relief because the woman with Zeke was Lou's half sister, so it turned out to be familiar to me. I also feel guilty because I saw the woman cry before, they insisted on telling me that the woman was just nervous.
"Niks, are you listening?" I winced as I bit my tongue.
It was only then that I noticed that we were already at home and I even noticed Lucas and Kierra tweaking in the very yard. After the proposal earlier, the others were already here at home while Zeke and I talked about the plan they had made.
"What's that again?" I stared at him as he breastfed.
He removed his seatbelt and pushed me. He gently stroked my cheek then hugged me tightly.
"Everything that happened was really just a plan. Believe me, that fight and I won't pay attention to you, that's just part of the plan," he said gently as I repeatedly nodded.
"How many times have you said that, I believe, because there is a video. I-I just can't believe it, you know, you even conspired with them," I whispered then he kissed me. "Let's go upstairs? So you can rest, you look exhausted," he whispered as I whispered.
We went out at the same time and it was noticeable that Kierra and Lucas stopped the tweak, it barely waved at me that I just stared. Even though we weren't inside, I could smell the food, I'm sure Aunt Ezra prepared it because she had an argument with Aunt Summer earlier just to cook. Keus greeted us with a laugh when he saw Zeke.
"You okay? We're great?" its question that I just stared at.
"Funny," I whispered.
When we got in everyone opened up to me, some sitting while others were back and forth from the kitchen. I just smiled at the others then turned right into the room, I was still holding Zeke's hand that I was pulling into the room.
When I closed it, Zeke kissed me quickly on the lips, as if my skin was very thirsty and I couldn't control it anymore. It weakly supports me as I lie down on the bed as the lips spontaneously descend to my neck, still down to my chest. I feel a strange heat now but I can't. Not now.
"Zeke, Stop," I hold back as he should be going below me.
"I'm sorry," he whispered then kissed me on the forehead.
He went to the bathroom without warning so I was left in bed, this is the chance for me to tell him two things that I would have wanted to say before but I was stunned at that time. But I was immediately nervous because I didn't notice that I wasn't carrying any bags. So I immediately stood up and did not say goodbye to Zeke.
I could clearly see the others looking at me and uncle calling but I chose to ignore them and go to Zeke's car. There I found my bag. I took it immediately and then walked up to the house while busy looking to see if the pts were still there. But that's just how my grip flew when I collided with something.
"Oh my god, I'm sorry honey, I'm really sorr—"
"It's okay auntie," I replied slightly paused because we both touched the thing I was going to show Zeke.
We both stared but Aunt Ezra was unmoved by the sight of the object in our hand. She immediately stood up while staring at the pt she was holding. I looked at her in shock and just swallowed because she looked at me.
"Auntie," I said softly as she raised her eyes.
"Is this yours?" its question made me even more nervous because of its voice.
No one was around because we were still on the terrace, Martin's earphone was plugged into his ear and he was behind us. Auntie slowly approached me and caressed my cheek.
"Don't worry, I won't get mad at you. Just answer my question, is this yours?" she asked, still waving her hand.
Even before I could answer there was something kissing my forehead and based on the smell of it I was even more nervous.
"What's going on here?" uncle asked.
"Nothing, we're just talking about—"
"A-Annika, Mom, what are you doing here?" Zeke opened up to us.
Aunt Ezra smiled and shook her head and then pushed me. "Annika, will get to have an announcement to us. Well, I'll go inside. I'll wait for you honey," he said then tapped uncle.
But instead of giving me the pt he handed it to his son. Zeke looked at it innocently, still slightly staring at it.
"Announcement? About what? Have you set a wedding date yet?" Uncle asked as I asked immediately.
I didn't pay attention to uncle who was facing me, I paid more attention to Zeke's reaction who was behind uncle now. He stared at the pt he was holding and almost glued it to his eye.
"Uncle? What do the two lines mean?" It was related to uncle so it came face to face with him.
I don't know if I'm going to laugh or be embarrassed because I thought he knew what meant, I wanted to sink into my position because uncle seemed to know that right away. His eyes widened which I could almost rarely see in her reactions.
"Annika? Are you..." instead of continuing the question he lowered his gaze to my stomach.
"Y-Yes, I'm pregnant," I whispered bravely and avoided looking at the two men important in my life.
It was as if my fear and nervousness were gone now, everything was comfortable for me despite what happened today.
"You're going to be g-grandpa?" Z-Zeke's weak question caused me to look at them.
They were both staring at each other still smiling. It's just to hang out holding hands and obviously greeting each other.
"And you're going to be a father," uncle said softly, widening Zeke's smile even more.
I didn't know what to do especially when they looked at me, I thought it would make me angry, because it was too early.
"Good job, Zeke," uncle smiled, closing his eyes to me.
I immediately felt the familiar hug, its kiss on my forehead and caressing my stomach, I wanted the workn. I really want.
"Really? Are you pregnant?" this question still haunts me.
Instead of answering, I nodded even more. It left hugging me and then staring into my eyes. It was only then that I was stunned because I could clearly see its shiny eyes and the liquids that were preceded by a drop.

he said smiling at me.
"But maybe, I won't be able to continue the pregnancy Zeke here, I need to go home to the Philippines," I inserted in the one I wanted to say.
His forehead furrowed and its grip on me loosened slightly. "Why? I can let my uncle know to continue your pregnancy, don't you want it?"
I shook my head and hugged him. "I'm sorry, I always wanted to tell you in your case, that's your plan. I'm sorry Zeke, but I accepted their offer. They have been offering me for a long time but I just accepted now, I don't know anymore there is a pal— "
"Sshhh! I won't stop you, I know it's your dream. I'll support you with your books. I'll go to your booksigning, Mrs. Author." Wink to kiss it on my cheek cause me to laugh.
"Line up, Engineer," I whispered as he laughed.
I couldn't believe he agreed, I thought I would have a hard time convincing him. Almost everything I thought was the opposite of what was happening.
"After I work here, I'll take care of you and our baby, I'll take you home. I'll just fix up our eldest son's room in the house, then we'll buy his things together, then— why are you laughing, I'm serious, Niks. " Its cramping in my stomach.
"Chill okay? Before you do that, join me tomorrow for the check-up. Your tendency to plan, Zeke's Adventure shouldn't be the title, Zeke the Great Planner, it should," I teased as he just breastfed.
