Chapter 56 34th

"Mama's come in," I said weakly, then placed the books on the center table.
Gale just turned to me and then quickly ran towards me. He frowned as he stared at the books.
"School again? You have to rest ma, then you say your eyes hurt," he said and I raised an eyebrow.
"Are you scolding me?" I asked as his face gradually calmed down then smiled broadly.
He shook it and then took the books and handed them to me. "Bye ma! Take care yourself," he said laughing as I laughed.
I took his hand and then met his snout to kiss. Zaffiro and I looked at each other, shaking slightly. "Don't scold them, especially grandparents," I said as he still laughed.
I just woke up and decided to leave. Almost everyone was in the mansion and on vacation, as they had no children studying other than Vernon. I carefully backed the car to the traffic cars only carrying them. I was stunned by the next car that looked like it came from Martin and his son leaning out the window. The surroundings were clear and I was able to leave the mansion freely, the place where for three years I had been helped to get out of the dark. Three people were convinced that everything would be fine too, and I can say it was true.
I'm doing well right now. With their help uncle, to convince myself to do again the things I used to do. My profession. I approached the school where I started again and was wholeheartedly accepted. It's not easy every night asking myself if my life still has a destination, how can I raise our child properly, I look for myself almost every day. It's just fun because I balance my time with work, with writing and with my child. I feel tired, but I just hear Gale's voice, I'm okay. I am grateful for having him. He always makes me smile and laugh. He used to sing whenever I was tired and sad. He's totally like his father.
Like the students, I was inside the school for six hours, I just let the nine -year -olds kiss. The kids I teach are in third grade, I don't even know how I'm able to keep up with them especially, I knew in myself back then that I didn't want to hold a section.
"Good afternoon, Mr. Pastolero," the children greeted enthusiastically, causing me to turn around at the door.
"Good afternoon too. Ma'am Roux's student is very good," Pat said with a manly smile in her voice.
I don't even know if I'll laugh or be happy because of the perfect ones in his life. When I was pregnant with Gale, she left the Philippines and came back two years ago.
"There's a meeting later. The kids will be sent home early," he let out a sigh.
"Why? Another meeting?"
"Yes. Reading the grades again," he said laughing as I nodded.
"Do you have a date later?" I asked a simple question while looking for the white board marker.
I didn't look back at it but I could clearly see his smile in the mirror in front of me. It was looking at the ceiling then I sounded down the marker, so it turned to me.
"It's thrilling," he whispered as I raised my eyes and then both laughed.
Blushedits face and then I was hit hard on the arm then left the room. I was just shaken because of his actions. He didn't say a word either. Tsk.
"Teacher? Can I still submit the project? It's only now that they made money, mama," a girl asked while holding the long folder. Smile I picked up the long folder they project for Lulae and water forms. Somehow, I understand her situation. She does her best.
"It's okay, Erika. This is all you need, you can sit down now," I said softly and she smiled.
"Thank you!" I smiled.
Consideration is a must. Especially with students I know struggle with various things. They are different, if some follow, others fall behind and need to be focused on and sometimes need to give in. As a teacher, I opened my mind with that. Being considered someone situation. Not all are privileged in something.
"After you make your artwork, just put it on my desk, obviously? If it's not finished it's okay, pass it on anyway. It's better to have something started than a blank. Did you understand?" I asked after pointing out what they needed to do. Their last activity in Art.
"Yes!" they all answered then I left the room and stood in the hallway.
From my vantage point, I could freely see the children playing in the wide square. Since it's Friday so they're just playing. After five hours we went home as well. Pat left first, because I knew he was going somewhere. Instead of going straight to the mansion I meant to go to the nearby grocery store to buy food for the kids.
Since most of us already have families, it is inevitable that there will be more noise because of the children. Food stocks in the refrigerator are also running out faster, which makes Kierra even more troubled because she is the one who often buys food. I can say it has gotten better now.
Howsoever. In the past three years there have been many events we did not expect to happen to others. That came to the point that almost all of us no longer spoke.
But today is February 22. His 34th birthday. I just want to congratulate myself for being strong without him. It's different when you learn to love yourself. Gradually you will receive everything, which is really only up to there.
As soon as I got what I needed I climbed in the direction to the mansion. I was just driving so carefully that I was forced to study again. In the middle of the traffic I could clearly see how happily a family in the other car was laughing with their child.
When I got to the mansion there were even more cars. I just want to get depressed because I still have to turn around to park my car. The sky was dark, the air was also cold when I got out of the car. I could clearly see how Martin came out with some of the little kids who followed him. I did not notice my son. When I got inside I wasn't wrong. They are complete. Sevein is no longer sitting because there are young peopleg lying on the sofa.
"Gale?" I asked as I laid my bag down on the center table.
"I saw him earlier upstairs, singing while walking. Maybe at the end," Lucas replied as I nodded.
I hurried to the end they said. In a bedroom. When I turned right in the hallway I could already hear Gale's voice. He didn't seem to close the door properly because he heard her song. I finally stopped when I got to the bedroom, where Gale was again lying on the bed while lightly patting his neighbor and then singing over and over.
"Happy birthday, papa. Happy birthday papa, open your eyes and make a one wish... Happy birthday papa."
