Chapter twenty eight

Astrid's pov
I watched Lucas and his friend leave the cafe. He hit me in my crotch area and it hurts that's why he could escape. "Hey man, let's go",Kelly said and pulled me up.

Everyone has stopped recording, I know this news will be the news of the week. I need to teach that boy Lucas a lesson. My wolf wanted to take over but I controlled it. And I wasn't bluffing when I said I will take Emma away from him.

I'm getting mad at Emma. She has been treating me anyhow and I will get to her soon whether she likes it or not. I need to make my family proud, I need to become powerful so that we can overpower the blackwood pack.

"Are you okay?" Kelly asked and I nodded. "And you?" I asked him and he shrugged. He has few scratches here and there but he was trained for this so I guess he is okay.

We walked down the hallway down to the field. "What do we do? It's like Lucas has won Emma's heart. I thought they were enemies. What changed?" Kelly asked me.

" I don't know, I thought they were enemies too but all of a sudden. They became friends and Emma stopped talking to me",I said with a frown.

" What do we do? We have to plan now that we know she is his mate. The earlier the better, remember that the price is just to have sex with her and claim her as yours",Kelly said.

" She is making this hard for me. She even left with him today. I think she has fallen for him",I muttered and dragged my hand in my hair.

"We need to do something fast. What if they have sex? Your father will have our heads and we will be doomed",he said in a shaky voice. I shook my head as a sign of disagreement.

"Emma is not that kind of girl. She is not someone that will give herself freely just like that",I countered. " You don't know that, Lucas will also have his plans",he argued.

" Kelly, this girl in question is his mate. He can never hurt her. I need to find a plan to get closer to Emma",I said. " We need to think of something, Prince. I don't think this girl likes you anymore",he said.

" I will try to make her like me. It will be easier for me if she does but if after I have done everything and she doesn't like me then I will have to go the hard way. I will force my way with her",I explained and he nodded.

" What do we do now? Can't we make her hate Lucas? We can plan something, we can set Lucas up and make him look like a bad person",he said and I nodded. " Good idea, we will do something about that tomorrow",I agreed.

We were both quiet for a long time, my head was calculating on what to do because I know I must not call my dad now. He will curse me out and I don't want that. "Prince, I think I have an idea", Kelly said all of a sudden.

" What is it?" I asked. " There's this girl in my class, she said she is Emma's cousin",he stated and I sighed. "And? What am I supposed to do with that information? " I raised a curious brow.

" We can get to know alot about Emma from her. Like where she lives and her favorite food. The things she likes and all",he said and I thought about it. " Do you think she will talk to me? I mean the cousin",I asked Kelly and he nodded.

" She will, her cousin Zoe is a flirt. She flirts with every guy she sees and she is ready for them if they are ready for her",he said and I smiled. " Good idea, I will know where she lives from Zoe",I said. " Yes, you can have a conversation with her privately when you go see her",he suggested.

" Okay, let's go see Zoe then",I said and we walked back to the school building. I followed Kelly as we walked into a class. He walked towards a girl with black hair and green eyes. She is pretty, I must admit. She is the type of girl I will have for a fling but I can't do that because she is related to Emma.

"Hi pretty",Kelly said with a smirk and she blushed. "Don't flatter me,kelly",she said with a grin. She looked at me from head to toe and she smirked. "Who is he?"She asked Kelly. Kelly smiled and pulled me closer to her. "This is my twin brother Astrid",he introduced me to him, lying about how we are related but we claim to be twins to everyone.

"Twins huh? But you guys are not identical twins. Anyways, that's fine. Hi handsome",she winked at me and I smiled. Kelly walked away to give us some privacy. "Hi pretty, how are you doing?"I asked.

" I'm good to see you. You are so handsome, are you single?" She asked with a smirk and I nodded. "And are you single?" I asked and she chuckled. "I'm available for you though",she winked and I raised a curious brow. She is truly a flirt, totally different from her cousin.

We had a conversation here and there. It was nothing special and it was finally closing time. "Where are you heading to?" She asked. "I'm going no where, do you have anywhere in mind?" I asked with a smirk.

" We can go to my house to just Netflix and chill. My cousins are not at home",she replied and I smiled. A victory smile, I will get to know Emma's house today. "Alright, that's cool",I said and she smiled.

We both walked out of the school building. " I will be following her home", I said to Kelly through mindlink. " Okay alpha. I will find my way",he replied. I opened the passenger's door for Zoe and she entered. She gave me the house address which I inserted into the GPS.

"Do you go to gym? I love your muscles. You know, I like muscular guys",she said and I chuckled. " You are one of a kind, Zoe",I said and she smiled. The ride to the house was not far, it was less than five minutes. When we got to the house, I packed in front of it.

" Mom where are you at?" Zoe said over the phone. "Okay I will be there soon",she added and dropped her phone on her lap. "I'm sorry but I have to go. My mom is in town and I have to see her",she said and I pouted pretending am sad to see her leave.

"We can meet up some other time right?" I said and she nodded. "Okay bye, I will see you later",she said and alighted from the car. She walked few steps away from my car and entered another car. I guess it's an Uber.

I alighted from the car and I walked closer to the house. I heard some sounds when I stopped at the door. Someone is definitely inside the house and I hope it is Emma. I opened the door gently and peeked when I saw inside.

"Hey Emma",I said with a smile as I walked inside. She was shocked to see me and her phone fell from her hands. "What are you doing here?"She yelled at me nervously. " Emma please calm down. I just want to talk please. I'm not here to hurt you",I tried to assure her.

" How did you know this place?! How did you find me? Why are you stalking me? What did you want from me?"she cried and I sighed.
