Chapter Thirty four

Joan's pov
His name alone makes my heart warm inside. Astrid, there's something special about him. The way he looked at me as if he looked into my soul.

When we shook hands, the spark I felt. This is the first man I will be attracted to after my high school boyfriend (Alex) who left me for my best friend. They are married now.

I wish I can see Astrid again. His blue intense eyes, his brown hair, pink lip, tall and muscular body. His built like an athlete, my type of man.

"Joan!"I heard someone call my name and I jumped from my world of thoughts. "What are you thinking about?" Sarah my colleague asked.

"Nothing, I'm fine",I lied but deep down all I was thinking about is this Astrid guy. Why didn't he even stay at least I would have gotten his number or something.

"Okay, let's round up. We are closed for the day",she said and I nodded. I entered some information on my system and we left the fashion house.

I drove to the hospital to visit my mother and the news was still the same. She is still in coma which made me so sad. I do not want to lose my mother now.

I drove back home and entered the house. The girls were not back from school yet and Aunt Maria is not here. I went to freshen up and came back to the sitting room to watch TV.

After sometimes I heard a knock on the door. I went to open the door and Zoe gave me a hug. "Big sis",she said in her normal cheerful voice.

" How are you? And how was school today?" I asked her and she squealed. " School was fun and I have a friend coming over",she said and I frowned.

"Male or female?"I asked her and she pouted. "He is my friend and I really like him. He is so cute",she replied and I rolled my eyes.

"I told you no boys in my apartment, Zoe. I can't stand it if you have sex here",I said. "I promise that there won't be any funny business",she said and I raised a brow.

"Pinky promise?"she muttered with her mouth pouted. I giggled at her reaction. "What are you? Five?"I asked and she chuckled.

"Thank you, Joan. You are the best big sister ever",she kissed my cheek and ran to her room. I shook my head at her childishness. Where is Emma?

I took my phone and sent Emma a text asking her where she was. She replied and said she is with Lucas. I'm happy that she has found her happiness. I know she will grow to like Lucas.

"Joan please I have to go somewhere now",Zoe said as she rushed out of her room. "What's going on? Why are you in her rush?"I asked. "My mom asked me to come see her",she replied and rushed out.

I sighed and continued my movie. I heard a knock again and I groaned. I went to open the door and I was shocked to see the person standing in front of me.

"Astrid?" "Joan?" We both said in sync. "What are you doing here?" We said again at the same time. "This is my house",I said and he raised a curious brow.

"I thought this house belongs to Emma, Zoe's cousin",he said and I was more confused. "Are you the friend Zoe was talking about?"I asked and he nodded.

I urged him to come in and he sat on the couch. I sat beside him and looked into his eyes. "How old are you?"I asked and he sighed.

"I'm twenty and I attend Emma's school",he replied and I was sad. The first guy I have a crush on after so many years is younger than me.

I'm five years older than him. That's a lot of distance and it broke my heart. "Hey, are you okay? What's wrong?"he asked as he moved towards me.

My heart was beating faster as he moved closer. My body heating and I was feeling aroused all of a sudden. Why am I feeling this way towards him?

"I'm fine",i said and sighed that I managed not to stutter. "You are not, Joan. You are sad and I can feel it",I said and I was surprised. How?

"How?"I asked him and he didn't say anything. He stared at me like he did the first time we met. It's like he is staring into my soul. "How old are you?"He asked.

"Twenty five",I whispered and moved away from him. "Hey, I know you are attracted to me",he said and I was shocked.

"How? Who are you and do you read minds?" I asked him and he chuckled." I don't read mind but I feel it. I'm attracted to you too",he whispered and I almost moaned at the sound of his voice.

"Come here",he ordered and I obeyed like I'm under a spell. He pulled me to his laps and I could feel his eyes all over my body. I was so horny like I want to rip his clothes off.

It's been so long and I want him now. I don't care if we just met. "Kiss me",I whispered and he groaned. The moment my lips touched his, my whole world shut down.

It's like I fell into another world entirely. A new world of pleasure. He was so good at kissing, the more we kissed and I felt like I wanted to cum at that spot.

He pushed my back on the couch and towered over me. His eyeball was more like a black color but I don't care. I just want him inside of me.

"Astrid",I managed to say and broke the kiss. I tried to unbutton his shirt with my shaky hands. He smacked my hand away and tore his shirt.

I hurriedly put off my gown and he groaned when he saw that I was naked beneath it. My mouth watered when he pulled off his trousers, he is so big and hard.

"You are beautiful, Joan",he whispered and I moaned. He kissed my neck down to my chest. "Astrid",I moaned his name when he began to suck on my nipple.

"How do you want it, baby?"He whispered into my ear. "I want it hard",I managed to say. He kissed me down my body and when he got in between my legs.

I cried when he licked me, it's been so long and it felt so good. His tongue dived into my warm hole. I was in cloud nine with the pleasure I felt.

"Astrid",I cried his name when I came undone. "That's right baby",he smirked and I managed to catch my breath. The moment we wanted to continue, someone opened the door.

"What's going on here?" Emma yelled.
