Who is the she wolf?

CHAPTER EIGHTEEN
AVRIL
"Five minutes mom", I shouted.
"Okay guys, don't keep us waiting. We will be in our room", my mom said and left.
I and Ariel exchanged glances and burst out in laughter.
"What were you going to say?" I asked Ariel.
"I'd just tell you later, for now, let's hurry and join mom and dad before they suspect we are up to something", Ariel said and dragged my hand as he started walking towards the door.
I followed him unsatisfied with his decision...
We knocked thrice on my parent's door upon getting there.
"Come in", my mom said.
We opened the door and walked inside, my mom and dad sat on the bed while Jumai sat on a couch in the room.
Ariel and I took our sit beside Jumai.
Dad exhaled deeply and cleared his throat before speaking up.
"Today should be one of the happiest days of our lives as our own, our first daughter's result came out. She's now a first-class graduate", the dad announced happily.
"It's a lie!" Ariel and I chorused.
We both turned to Jumai and hugged her excitedly.
"How come you didn't say a word to us and your results are out?" I asked Jumai who smiled at me without responding.
"We all will be attending her graduation next tomorrow Saturday and her home party will be held here in this mansion next week Sunday". Dad continued.
We all were smiling excitedly. I turned to Jumai and hugged her again.
"Congratulations dear sis", I said.
"Congratulations Jumai", Ariel added.
"Come give mom and dad a hug, you deserve better", dad said spreading his arms widely.
Jumai walked up to mom and dad and hugged them one after another.
"Thank you so much mom, and thank you so much dad", Jumai thanked mom and dad smiling.
"My daughter you deserve more, you have made us proud", mom said.
"So when are you planning on starting your nursing school and your free clinic and pharmaceutical?" Dad asked.
"As soon as a possible dad, I just need to fix some things", Jumai replied.
"Wait! You also want to open a nursing school?" I asked excitedly.
Jumai turned to me with a smile. "Yes, for the less privileged who also want to help in saving lives like me. Although it wouldn't be completely free but affordable and I'll also run scholarship programs for those who may not also be able to afford anything at all. I remembered how my late parents, may their souls rest in peace struggled in the past to send me to school before they got a job with Tyson's group of companies, I thought I'd never be able to achieve my dreams of becoming a nurse and a psychologist. Thanks to mom and dad who made my dreams come through as I have almost reached all my dreams as a kid".
"I am ready to support you to any level of education of your choice", my dad said.
"I already acquired two certificates with your help, what will I do without you?" Jumai said and hugged mom and dad again.
"Once you're ready just let us know, we are ready to give you all the support you need to start whatever it is you want to start. Even though you want to build a tower to reach the heavens", my dad said sarcastically and we all laughed.
"Family hug", mom said and we all rushed to her embrace.
Jumai really made us proud...

I was too excited to ask Ariel about what he wanted to say to me and retired to bed immediately after the meeting with mom and dad.
Ariel and I didn't stop congratulating Jumai, we hugged her continuously and even followed her to her room. We would have stayed there the whole night if not for mom and dad that came and asked us out of her room asking her to allow us to have some rest.
CHRIS
I stood by my window watching the moon, today is the full moon and all the werewolves will go out to receive strength.
I didn't want to go anywhere, I wasn't even in my right frame of mind but I haven't learnt how to control myself fully on the full moon. Although I was trying I didn't have an Alpha to put me through.
I didn't bother to look for one either, I hated the fact that I was bitten without my consent but I still didn't hate the werewolves. I just do not care about them or their activities, I only hated the characters of those that killed and bit innocent people.
I knew that there were good werewolves who do not deserve to be killed unjustly.
'I would go to Avril', I thought.
I would peep at her through the window as usual, I did that always before we started dating, now that we no longer see each other, I'd just run to her house and peep at her through the window.
I picked up my black hoodie and wore it on with the black trouser and shirt I already have on.
I picked up my phone and wallet, placed them neatly in my pocket and hurried out of my room.
"Where are you headed to? Your parents had warned me strictly not to allow you to leave the house on the days of the full moon, they called earlier to remind us", the gatekeeper said stopping me from leaving the house.
I struck him one deadly look, I was angry. Although I blamed myself for not leaving through the window as usual.
"I will be back, I need to see someone urgently you have no right to lock me in here!" I barked.
"Sir please I am sorry, it isn't my fault you can call your parents to ask permission from them", he replied in a low tone.
I was angry and tried not to transfer my anger to the security guard. Truly it wasn't his fault he was only following orders from my parents.
I brought out my phone from my pocket and dialled my mom's number.
"Mom what is the meaning of this?!" I barked at her noticing she picked up the call.
"Meaning of what?" She asked back.
"You asked the security to lock me in like a criminal, for what?" I fired at her.
"Chris you know it's not true, you are not a criminal and will never be", she said.
"So why this?" I asked lowering my voice.
"We are only trying to protect you, going out on the full moon knowing whose son you are is dangerous. The werewolves may decide to take their revenge on you".
I scoffed at her statement.
"Protection you say, killing werewolves was the only thing you and mom found reasonable and valuable you decided to drag me into your mess, I can't even live my life freely knowing there are angry werewolves out there whose family or packs you killed looking for me".
"Chris you don't have to sound like........."
I didn't let her finish, I hung up and walked inside angrily, I will just have to use my plan b.

I got to Avril's house and stood outside her window staring at it eagerly.
Her windows were shut and the curtains were closed.
I was disappointed, I stood there for some time expecting Avril to go to her window even though it was only for a second but there was no sign of Avril.
Something ran past me with the speed of light, I immediately ran after it chasing it fervently.
The creature wasn't clear to me as it was dark and I could barely see it but I didn't give up. I chased after it swiftly.
The creature was very fast but I didn't stop, I kept on chasing it.
It crashed to the ground with a big thud... I rushed to it and pulled it up.
'a warewolf?' I thought.
"You are a warewolf right? Did you bite me? Have you been biting other teenagers? Why are you ruining our lives?!" I barked at it angrily.
The warewolf didn't reply, its hair covered its face.
My hand slipped from its hand and it started running deeper into the forest, I ran after it swiftly.
After a short chase, I caught up with it and held it by the arm.
"Are you the alpha who bit me?" I asked calmly.
"Please answer me, I am begging you, I came in peace please, I want you to teach me. Teach me, master, teach me what you know, I want to be a perfect warewolf I want to bring peace between the human race and the werewolves. I want to learn how to control myself, how to control my anger, I want to learn everything I need to know as a warewolf", I added.
The warewolf seemed like a female, I pulled her arm roughly and turned her to face mine. Her hair covered her face and I moved them backwards using my palm. I peered into her face studying it keenly.
"Do I know you?" I asked, the face looking awfully familiar.
She shook her head and groaned in a low tone.
"Avril?" I called in a very low tone as cold shivers ran down my spine... She slipped from my hands and ran into the bush.
