Plans to take away the warewolf blood from Avril's.

CHAPTER NINE
CHRIS
The alarm clock's continuous ringing forced me out of my bed.
"Saturdays are supposed to be meant for resting, even God rested on Saturday", I murmured.
I yawned loudly rubbing my eyes gently.
I picked up my phone and unlocked it. I smiled at Avril's picture which was gorgeously displayed on my wallpaper. Then I quickly remembered, Avril and I haven't seen each other for days, and she hasn't talked to me either. It seemed like she was avoiding me.
I decided to send her a good morning text which she didn't reply. after I waited for a very long time and didn't get a reply I took in a very deep breath. I decided that it was either she was still asleep or she was busy.
I needed to practice with my friends, I called them over so we would use my studio for the practice.
I stood up and walked to my bathroom to have a shower and brush my teeth.
After having a cold morning bath I walked out of my bathroom, my white towel tied neatly around my waist. I wanted to dress up quickly and set up my studio before my friend's arrival.
The band was something else that gave me so much joy and I wouldn't trade them for anything else, well except now that I have Avril although I wouldn't let them come between each other.
I quickly wore a blue shirt a black shorts, I combed my hair forward. I took one last look in the mirror I liked what I saw.
The ever-handsome Chris.
I walked out of my room towards my studio.
"Bring my breakfast to the studio", I said to my cook on getting to the sitting room.
She was fixing the dining.

AVRIL
I rushed to Ariel's room ignoring everything else I was doing. I knocked on his door repeatedly before he finally gave a weak response.
"Who is there?"
"It's me Avril", I whispered.
I heard his footsteps towards the door and waited patiently for him to open it.
He opened the door slightly and popped his head out of the room.
"Good morning Avril, what brings you to my room at such an hour?" He asked rubbing his eyes and yawning loudly.
I smiled broadly rubbing my hands together.
"Can we talk? Please".
He opened the door wider and shifted to a corner. I walked in excitedly while he continued to rub his eyes.
Ariel shut the door afterwards...
"What do you want to talk about?" He asked yawning more loudly this time.
"Do you have basketball practice today?" I asked him.
"Not really, we practised the whole of yesterday", he replied making me smile more.
"I have an idea of how to become a human once again, you are the only one to help me since you are a science student", I said.
Ariel stared at me for some time, he had this look on his face like I was an alien.
"What?" I asked him.
"Weird! Just go ahead and tell me the plan", he replied.
"You already have a doubt", I said judging by the way he sounded.
"Go ahead, I am only stressed", he replied and took his sit on the bed, I sat beside him.
"You will help me take away the warewolf blood from mine, there must be a way to go about it right?" I asked Ariel peering into his face.
He scratched his head for some time before giving a reply.
"I do not want you to get your hopes high, but I'd make research and mix chemicals that may be able to take away the warewolf blood from yours", he replied nonchalantly.
"You don't seem interested in this conversation", I said getting annoyed.
"Because I don't want you to think that this is going to work Avril. Think about it, if it was possible why didn't another werewolf who was bitten against their wis........"
"It's fine, I didn't come here for you to talk me out of this, I really thought you were going to help me but I was wrong! I only made a mistake by coming to you", I stood up angrily and made to leave but Ariel held me back.
"Avril, Avril, calm down I didn't say I wasn't going to help you. I just wanted you to know so you won't be disappointed", he said pulling my hands.
I hesitated for a while, struck one evil glance at Ariel then sat beside him with my face squeezed.
"I am ready to do anything for you Avril. Anything! As long as it makes you happy", Ariel said squeezing my hands.
I smiled and hugged him, I hoped that it worked. I didn't want to be a warewolf, I didn't want to be a monster.

Ariel and I started making research on how to take away the warewolf blood and become human again. The articles we read weren't helpful at all as none of the authors made any clear points.
Ariel called Tyson, Tyson raised our hopes as he said it would be possible but very difficult. He also told Ariel that if he was able to get the solution he also was interested.
Ariel and I moved to his lab, Ariel had a lab in the house where he did practicals.
He mixed different chemicals and made me test them, some made me wide, some weakened me, and some turned me into a complete warewolf.
Ariel was having a very difficult time, especially turning me back into a human after I must have transformed into a full warewolf.
He had to find something to give me to neutralize the power of the chemicals I took.
We were in an entirely different world. although we were having a hard time, we were still having fun.
One of the chemicals gave me red spots and I almost broke into a fight with Ariel. After many trials, he was able to find something to neutralize the power of the chemicals.
I was really grateful I had such a supportive brother. What would I have done without Ariel?
Ariel and I were exhausted and sat down on a couch in the lab laughing heartily at our stupid actions.
"Maybe we should buy a baby wolf or find other animals to use for our experiments", I said breathing heavily.
"Then the baby warewolf turns out to be a human werewolf.... oops", Ariel said and we both laughed.
"I hope you don't turn me into a cat or even a bat, then I'd fly away and never return", I teased in a male tone making Ariel and I laugh some more.
Ariel held my hand squeezing them in his.
"I will never do anything to hurt you Avril, nothing to hurt you on purpose".
"It isn't even on Purpose when you mix chemicals not knowing what the reactions will be when I use them".
"If you become a cat or a bat, I will drink the same chemicals and chase after you, wherever you go I also should go, we should be together all the time".
I smiled broadly and rested my head on his shoulder. I knew Ariel meant every word he said, Ariel loved me so much and I loved him as well. Jumai wasn't left out, we both loved her equally.
Ariel and I didn't want to tell Jumai about my identity because she was a very emotional person, who knows she might break down or even fall sick while I was still alive.
Sometimes Ariel and I would joke about killing me instead of going through all this stress. It was a joke but sometimes I'd think that it was the best option, monsters like me aren't supposed to live.
"So shall we continue to rest or resume our......."
I didn't even let Ariel finish, I took the words from his mouth.
"We shall continue to rest please I am not fit for any testings and changing yet", I said and we both laughed.
"You aren't ready for testings and changing, but you came up with this crazy idea yourself", Ariel teased and I laughed.
"Okay just try this one last chemical", Ariel said placing his hands on my mouth, pretending to be holding a glass cup to my mouth.
"Uhmm.. are you sure about this?" I asked him hesitating for a while.
"Sure! This won't hurt I promise", Ariel said and I smiled.
"Okay then let's see", I said and opened my mouth.
Ariel pretended to turn some contents into my mouth. I licked my lips pretending it had a sweet taste.
An idea came to my head and I fell to the floor and started coughing loudly.
Ariel rushed to me and was rubbing my back sweetly.
"Are you okay?" He asked with so much fear in his voice.
I burst out in a loud approach of laughter, Ariel poked me and returned to his seat.
"I am sorry", I said still laughing.
"No you're not", he replied and joined me, we were both laughing heartily when we heard a loud knock on the door.
Ariel and I exchanged glances...
"Did you lock the door?" I asked him.
"Did I?" He replied wide-eyed.
