Jumai's trap.
CHAPTER THIRTY EIGHT
AVRIL
A soft knock was heard on the door, interrupting the romantic moment we were having. Chris rushed to the door to see who it was.. "Nanny Suzy?" He called in a soft tone.
"Your food is ready", I heard her say and I stood up adjusting my clothes.
Chris shut the door and returned to the room planting we kisses on my lips and neck.. "What did she say", I asked.
"She said we could continue", he lied and I punched him lightly on the chest pushing him gently away from me.
"That's a lie, she said lunch is ready", I replied and Chris chuckled.
"She didn't even say lunch, she said good meaning that you didn't hear her", Chris defended.
"You just told me", I said and started heading towards the door. Chris stood up and followed after reluctantly.
"Wait are you going downstairs looking like this?" I asked Chris on realizing he doesn't have his short on.
"Nevermind that, they all always see me like this, you'd get used to it soon".
"Chris", I called gently turning to face him. "You haven't told me anything about David Thompson since then", I said.
"Let's eat lunch first", He replied patting my shoulder, he brushed his shoulder against mine and walked ahead of me, after standing for a few minutes I followed after hurriedly so I could catch up with the pace.

"You took the whole day to return home, we finally sent to the groceries together right?" Jumai asked sarcastically, she stood in front of the door akimbo.
"I... I'm sorry", I stuttered.
"No, no Avril, you're not sorry", she replied and I bowed my head.
"Anyways let's leave that aside I have a surprise for you", she quickly added with a smile.
"What kind of surprise is that?" I asked unsure whether or not to believe her, Jumai was filled with so much pranks and mischiefs.
"Let's go to my room I'll show you there", she replied.
Jumai walked behind me closing my eyes with both hands, she led me to her room, we counted our steps carefully.
"Do not open your eyes Hun", she kept saying making me more nervous and curious.
Jumai made me sit on a chair in her room and before I could realize what was going on she had tied my hand and legs to the chair.
"Jumai you know how much I hate being tied up like this, you know how much I hate getting suffocated", I shouted at her. "Jumai please untie me, let me go we'd talk about this", I pleaded in a soft tone.
"Hmmmm", she sighed and took her sit on her bed. "How about I blind fold you?" She asked smiling and flinging a piece of cloth in the air.
"I beg you in the name of God, Jumai do not do this please", I pleaded but she wasn't listening.
"Why? Isn't this pay back time?" She asked.
Jumai stood up from the bed and walked up to her door, she wanted to make sure the whole door was properly locked.
"Jumai, Jumai what are you doing?" I asked but she didn't give a reply, she just walked over to her window and started shutting them one after the other. She walked over to her switch and turned of the lights including the AC.
"I am going to suffocate and you know it", I said in other to remind her incase she has forgotten that I wasn't too good with a dark and non ventilated environment. "I am already sweating it's too dark and I can't see".
"Shut up, be calm so you can learn. I'm here as well right? Don't worry nothing bad is going to happen to you, I can't bring harm to you", she replied.
I couldn't see a thing even though my eyes was wide open, I didn't like whatever trick it was Jumai was playing on me.
"Jumai please stop this already it's no longer funny", I pleaded but Jumai laughed instead. I knew she wasn't going to release me and I also knew I could not stay there, I wouldn't survive it. I started struggling with the chair, it was a wooden chair so I couldn't break it even if I tried.
I was struggling so hard to loosen the ropes she had used to tie me, I started using my teeth and nails, but the rope was way too strong than my teeth or fingers.
"Jumai please let me go", I kept on pleading and struggling.
Just then I saw a dim light, Jumai had put on the touch light. She walked up to me and raised my head resting it at the extreme of the chair, she tied a rope around my chest, obviously so I would no longer use my teeth to bite the rope.
"Don't hurt your teeth dear", she said and patted my back.
Jumai went ahead and placed the torch light were it would point directly into my eyes.
"Jumai whatever it is you are doing you have to stop it", I pleaded.
Jumai sat on her bed watching me keenly, she had no facial expression I could read, so I really couldn't guess what was going on through her mind.
The wolf in me started struggling, it wanted to come out yet this wasn't the right time. Now I was struggling with the wolf inside of me and no longer a way to free myself.
I knew I was done for if Jumai finds out I'm a werewolf, she wouldn't hesitate to tell it to my parents. Although Jumai had no interest in the werewolf business I knew she hated werewolves with so much passion. Of course why not? When they killed her family.
"Are you going to sit there and watch me die?" I asked Jumai who was seated comfortably on her bed and watching me keenly.
I knew Jumai would hate me once she found out I was now a werewolf, I didn't want her to realize I was a werewolf now so I was using everything in me to fight back the force in which it was using to manifest.
"What are you struggling with? Come on dear, go ahead and show me your best you can do this, afterall I'm just training you", Jumai said, she thought she could buy me with that.
"Jumai you are only punishing me, this is in no way a training. I'm going to die, I feel so hot inside and out, I can rarely breath and......"
"And nothing Avril, go ahead keep struggling you will make it, you can do it".
I knew I would kill Jumai if I would turn into a werewolf, I knew I wouldn't spare her life and there was no way she could escape. If she survives it she'd hate me for life even after my parents had killed me, she would never forgive me for being a werewolf.
I shut my eyes breathing heavily, I was tired of fighting... I was tired of everything. I just decide to let thing happen as they wished to, i didnt want to care anymore.
