CHAPTER 31: CLUB HOWL
~ Harper’s POV ~

Another knock sounded on my door. I ran to answer it. It must be Kelly. I opened my door and Kelly stepped into my room. She looked so good! Her short brown hair had bouncy curls that she had partially pinned in the back. Her makeup was well applied bringing out her beautiful facial features. Her lips were bright red. Her black dress was short like mine. It had long sleeves and a low V shaped neckline that also showed off her cleavage. Her heels were black like her dress. I wouldn’t have known she had all that body hidden under her work uniform.
“Kelly, you look gorgeous!” I complimented her.
“I look gorgeous? look at you! Girl, you are going to turn every head in the house tonight.” she exclaimed.
“Not if I am walking beside you.” I said back to her.
“Are you ready to go down?” She asked me.
“Yes, I think so.” I was rearing and ready to go tonight... until now. I was so nervous. What would Gabriel think of how I was dressed? I started to sweat as we descended down the stairs. What if he doesn’t like how I look? What if I overdid it on my makeup? I took a deep breath and breathed it out slowly. Okay, okay. I can do this! I am confident! I am sexy! I am going to rock this dress! I felt a confidence boost.

Kelly and I were halfway down the last flight of stairs as the dining hall was just starting to come into view. Straight ahead of the stairs are the front doors of the pack house. Steadying myself I looked up. I took in a sharp breath as my eyes locked on Gabriel’s. He has got to be the sexiest man alive. He was wearing casual jeans that fit just right, combined with a blue t-shirt that put his muscles on display. His hair was perfect, tossed in that messy bad boy look that I can't get enough of. Kelly and I had finally made it to the landing. Gabriel’s silver eyes were trained on me. His sexy grin made my insides melt. He walked up to me and grabbed me by the waist placing his forehead against mine and whispered low so we were the only ones who could hear.
“Harper, you look damn sexy tonight. I don’t think I should take you out. I don’t want any other guys to see you like this.” He ran his hands from my waist, around to my back side, then slid them up my back pulling me closer into him.

He leaned down to my neck and breathed in my scent, growling lowly only so I could hear. Moisture gathered between my legs, all because of that sexy growl of his.
“Are you two ready to go? Or should we just step out and let you get it on right here in the dining hall?” Tanner asked.
“Tanner!... shush, don’t talk so loudly, that’s embarrassing!” I yelled at him.
“What? Gabe’s the alpha, he can do it anywhere he wants.” He replied back to me.

I looked at Gabriel. I was embarrassed at what Tanner was saying. Gabriel grinned at me and took my hand to lead me out the door and to the car.
“Just ignore him, that’s what I do.” Gabriel said to me. Bringing my hand up to his lips to kiss it. I was wrong, it wasn't a car. It was a freaking limo! Gabriel opened the door for me, and I leaned down to climb in, being careful not to reveal my backside to anyone. I had a seat in the limo, then everyone else piled in after me. Gabriel was to my right then and I slid over a little, allowing Kelly room on my left. Gabriel placed his arm around my shoulders and relaxed into the seat. Once the door was shut the party got started.

~ Gabriel’s POV~

The moment I saw Harper walking down the stairway. I stopped breathing. She was so fucking sexy. That damn dress! Those legs! Those eyes! Her BREASTS! Holy shit, I wanted to taste all of her.

How in the hell am I supposed to be next to her looking like this all night? She should be in my bed. I want her in my bed!
“We want her in our bed!” Mika exclaimed. His tongue was out, and he was clawing at the ground trying to gain control. I couldn’t even look at her. My dick was uncomfortably hard in my pants right now. I am going to have to keep her close to me tonight. I will have to keep Mika locked down. If I don’t, I will kill anyone who gets close to her. She is mine, I am keeping her. Walking to the limo, I tried to relax. But then she bent down to get in and I got a peek of her backside.
“That’s it! I'm done. Take her to your bed now!” Mika begged in my head.
“Mika you are making everything so much harder for me! Stop!”

I sat down in the limo and relaxed into the seat. I leaned my head back and closed my eyes. Breath in... breath out... breath in... breath out. My eyes shot open when Tanner shut the door to the limo and let out a long loud howl.
“Are you guys ready to party!?” He had poured some shots and lined them up.
“Hell yeah!” I yelled. I picked up a shot and knocked it back.
“That’s my boy!” Tanner exclaimed, taking another shot of his own. If I am going out, then I am letting loose. Harper’s sexy ass is going to keep me hard all night.

I placed my hand on her knee and slowly slid it up her inner thigh. Trying to be discreet, I looked at her and grinned. She glanced at me nervously and bit her lip. I winked at her, then picked up another shot and drank it down. Tanner took another, followed by Kai then Kelly. After Kelly took her shot Harper picked up a glass.
“Harper, what is your tolerance to alcohol?” I asked her.
“I’ll be fine. I haven't drunk much before, but I'll be responsible. Don't worry.” She kissed me on the cheek, and I let it go. Harper shot her drink and gagged. Everyone laughed making fun of her. She picked up another and shot it faster, shaking her head this time. I took a couple more shots before we made it to the club. I lost track of how many everyone else took. Tanner was obviously feeling good. I laughed at him.

We all got out of the limo and walked toward the entrance of the club. The line was long. Tanner and I both know the owner here. We could always get in with no problem. I pulled Harper by the hand and walked up to the entrance, passing a lot of people standing in line.

I heard people bitching behind us. I looked back and glared at them. Everyone behind us stepped back away from us. They are humans, they still don’t know we exist.
“Looks like that alpha in you even translates over to humans, Gabe” Kai said laughing. I looked at the bouncer. I didn’t have to say anything.
“Alpha Gabriel, it’s been a while. Welcome back to club howl. Make yourself comfortable in our private VIP section.” I nodded at him.

I stepped inside the music blasting, and lights were flashing. People were talking and dancing all over the place. We were noticed as soon as we walked in. Girls stared at me with their lust filled eyes. They didn’t faze me. The only legs I want wrapped around me are Harpers. There was a blonde girl in a tight red dress walking in front of me. She looked back and smiled.
“Follow me handsome.” She led us upstairs and into the VIP area of the club.

We took our place in the booth and a girl carrying a tray came straight over to us. She was dressed in a uniform that left nothing to the imagination. She took our drink orders. Harper just ordered what Kelly ordered because she didn’t have a clue what to get. The girls were having fun talking and laughing.
“Ok guys, shoot your drinks at the same time! 1, 2, 3!” Everyone took their shots together. I threw my head back and let the liquid sink down my throat.
