Chapter 31 Silas?

My body trembled violently as I stepped outside the car, if it wasn't for Silvio's arm around my waist, I knew I was definitely going to kiss the ground. My feet failed to keep me in pace as I felt soreness between my thighs. The weird sensation was too overwhelming to bear.
I glared at him as he smirked down at me.
"I didn't knew two fingers could make you so..." His eyes trailed down my face as they landed on my lips before he again held my gaze. "Vulnerable."
The greys of his pupils dilated followed by tightening of his arm around me. No matter how beautiful he looked, he was a devil who just knew how to get things done his way. He was no human, his heart was too much corrupted to belong to a human. I saw the intense hunger in his eyes, and he didn't felt ashamed a bit.
I gulped.
Maybe, I was wrong to assume he had any weakness.
"Let's go...before I decide to bend you over the next surface." I immediately nodded, averting my gaze to front. His was too fierce to hold. I couldn't trust myself if I fell for his lustful looks. The time I had spend with him had cleared few things, how his body tensed when he needed me, the twitching of his jaw when I disobey him, the flicker of darkness in his eyes when I challange him.
His arm instinctively plastered, as we moved further. There were no one outside and by the looks and broken walls, I knew it was backside of the building. Since it was my first time here, I didn't knew where we were supposed to go. The only thing I knew was he was with me.
Not a word left our mouths as we stepped inside the back door. The sudden lights pierced my vision as we walked further. It looked like a narrow hallway, I could faintly hear music playing in distant, down the hallway there was another door towards which we were heading.
"Stay by my side." Silvio whispered huskily in my ear as we stood in front of the door. It looked closed. He placed his hands on my shoulders as he turned me towards him. His eyes looked through me like he was trying to figure me out.
"One wrong move and I'll make your life a living hell." Wasn't I living it already?
He was fucking threatening me with his words and eyes. He wanted me to a behaved little girl in his presence, as he had said already.
I nodded.
He looked at me for a moment as he let go of me before grabbing my hand.
I looked at our joined hands as he intertwined our fingers.
"You're my woman."
Wh-
The doors opened, the blasting music drummed in my ears. The dark hall looked crowded with people with sparkling lights lightening the corners. Silvio pulled me in with him. I felt sudden chill running down my spine as cold air-conditioned air travelled down my body. It was too much to spot at first-bars, poles, couches, women, men. Despite them, smell of sex and liquor danced around every corner, the waffling excitement in air could be heard through music as people hollered and whistled and danced their faces off.
So he wanted to take me to a stripper club?
I hadn't expected anymore from him either.
My brows furrowed in disgust as I saw a man almost naked, dancing on bar table wearing boxers. His tummy was following his movements as it jiggled right-left. His dark beared was wet, with liquor in his hands. Others were gathered around him like they were in Beyonce's contest.
I felt tug as Silvio glared down at me.
What?
People were too busy to notice any of us. Two guards followed behind us out of nowhere, walking on either side of us. Not exploding in main area, Silvio pulled me with him from the side. Some who saw him, instantly bowed with feared eyes.
The power he held.
We walked down the stairs, trailed by two more guards. Silvio's long strides made it impossible for me to cope up with him. Stairs again led us to another hallway, I could now hear music above us. Taking a sharp left corner, he stopped.
His eyes raked over me for a moment as he pushed the doors open.
Red lights with black background greeted me. My eyes automatically landed on large circular couch, with glass table in middle surrounded by sparkling bottles of liquor. A pole in middle, with almost naked woman clinging to it, I could literally see her ass through those stringed lingerie and see-through bra. A feathered mask covering her eyes as she swayed her hips rhythmically with soft music playing in corner. It wasn't too loud nor too smooth to ignore.
I forgot to mention, but there was this another thing too I had precisely noticed about man holding me captive. The tightening of his arm around me whenever he felt tensed.
And ladies and gentlemen, his arms tightened around me once more, I winced.
The atmosphere had suddenly become chilled, bone-thrilling scary. I was about to ask Silvio about where were we when my eyes landed on certain people sitting on couches.
Dante's signature white shirt with his dark slacks, his eyes looking at Silvio, a hint of worrisome in his eyes. Miranda right beside him, she looked as breathtaking as I remember. She offered me small unnoticeable smile. If I would've been in my comfort zone, I would've reciprocated her reaction but other unfamiliar figures sitting there were making me doubt my arrival.
Two men sat on other of the couch, one with awfully pale blonde hairs, I could literally see the peeking tattoos decorated on his neck and arms as his shirt was folded upto his elbows. His eyes held deadly glint, one could easily mistook it for a weapon. And the other one nearly took my breath away, not with just his looks but something else too.
There's this thing I was unable to describe, this feeling, this familiarity. His hazel-chestnut eyes were glistening with light felling over them, his brown curls fell softly over his forehead, hiding the crease of doubt over his forehead.
He looked handsome in that dark grey suit and black button down with striking grey tie. I wasn't naive enough to not recognise him. His eyes held a shocked glint, a tinge of surprise, and the twitch in his hands told me he had recognised me too.
What was he doing here?
Was this a joke? Did Silvio knew I had met him somewhere?
I felt my feet moving along Silvio's when I finally noticed a figure standing in front of us.
"Holá! Son." His short white hairs braided his age perfectly. His chiseled jaw and high-cheek bones made me rethink his age. The man looked younger than displayed.
Silvio scoffed moving past him. I looked pitifully at man as his hand remained lingering in air. I would've been died due to embarrassment.
"Start this fucking bullshit." Silvio grunted, his arms losened around me only to pull me with him as he sat on couch. Miranda gave me a 'everything will be alright' look, and I nearly scoffed inwardly.
How was it supposedly to be okay when it involved Silvio?
And how it was going to be okay when I could feel pair of eyes on me?
What was his name again?
Silas! Yes! Silas Anderson!
I couldn't afford to look at him, I was as shocked as him but only difference between us was our reactions. He looked nothing like bubbly man I had seen few days ago, nor his eyes held the warmth anymore. Oh God! Why was this happening to me?
Then, I realised.
I had met him once, then why was I panicking like he was my ex-boyfriend who was about to see me with my brand new sugar daddy. Maybe he had already forget my name, another possibility of him not recognising me held severe chances because he was looking at me.
The couch no more seemed comfortable, I shifted, trying to hide behind Silvio's square-muscular shoulder. His arm was wrapped around my waist like a steel grip, I was thankful for once. His legs slightly widened, as his other hand spread back on couch, his pose looked intimidating, adding texture to his domineering aura. He wasn't looking at me any.ore, his eyes was busy digging daggers in Silas's soul. Silvio's narrowed eyes showed his hatred for man sitting across like crystal clear water, he didn't even felt the need to hide it. The deep cut along his cheek added terrifying danger to his look.
He looked ethereal. Ready to murder.
Said man had his hands on his knees, his back straightened, adding length to his height. Silas looked tensed, for unknown reason, his jaw looked clenched. His eyes boring same daggers in Silvio's soul. Both seemed to hold serious grudged against each other. Whatever the reason was, I didn't wished to know.
The man with pale blonde hairs cleared his throat, gathering attention of both of beasts.
"It's a friendly meeting, no threats," he looked at Dante, his eyes moved towards Silvio immediately. "No killing."
Silvio gritted his teeth.
"I know the rules, Severin." Silvio grunted. His eyes glistening with unsaid words.
Silas seemed to gather himself as he sighed before leaning back.
"Do you now, Silvio? If you know all the rules, then why is an unknown woman among us?" Silas asked, his voice nothing like sweet honey like I remembered, rather something poisonous dripped down his words. Silvio didn't reacted.
Silas took it as chance to open his mouth again as his eyes swept over to me for a second.
"You know very well what happens to outsiders, don't you?" Silas smirked, the shock long gone. His words seemed like he was trying to add fuel in Silvio's rage. And the fact that this commotion was because of me, didn't helped either.
Outsider.
Ouch!
"Stop it, Silas." Severin pinched the bridge of hsi nose like he was trying to calm himself down, fed up with Silas's childish remarks.
Silas scoffed.
"The matter is serious, Silvio. It isn't time for bickering about who's outsider or not, the thing that matters is our throne, Italian throne." Severin gave a tensed look to Silvio.
"Why you need my help, Severin? I'm no longer the hier of the throne, don't you remember?" Silvio said emotionlessly. I couldn't understand a thing. He suddenly seemed different.
"Or ten years were enough to forget what you did back then?" His voice suddenly changed from emotionless to heavy, raw filled with underlying darkness. His eyes reflected his soul.
Severin sighed.
"It was a fucking mistake, Silvio. You know that," the pale blonde haired man seemed somehow tired. His voice held sorrow, unlike his look.
"It wasn't a mistake. It was my brother." Silvio gritted, I could feel his anger. What did that meant? As far as my mind could understand, I only could assume few things. Silas and Silvio had serious hatred towards each other, Silvio freaking Salvatore had a brother! And somehow Severin was connected to Silvio's brother.
Or probably.....he was dead.
My soul shuddered.
Severin sighed, his eyes looked pleadingly at Silvio like he was trying to get the man to his side. Tension seemed to be radiate off both of them. No one said a word, no one dares to interrupt both men, neither Silas tried to say anything nor Dante.
I felt extremely uncomfortable now and then whenever Silas's eyes found mine.
"You tried to kill my brother. I think now we are even." Severin shrugged his shoulders. I was about to shift when Silvio chuckled, believe me it wasn't for any pleasing purpose rather a bone-chilling darkness laid underneath.
He leaned forward, his arms instinctively flexed as he placed his elbows on his knees, his intimidating pose looked domineering. His eyes held Severin in captivating hold as he emotionlessly scoffed.
"Tried. He's still alive." His eyes flickered towards Silas and he continued. "And I won't stop till I have his fucking head smashed under my foot." Silvio wasn't this heartless, was he? It was like I never this side of him prior, he seemed completely different soul.
I joined pieces together. Silas was Severin's brother, and according to my judgement, Severin had killed Silvio's brother, making the sadistic bastard take revenge by killing Silas. As dreadful as it sounded, it was simply-
"Knock it off, boys. We have some shit to handle, you can play this revenge game later." He was still here? The man Silvio insulted was behind us. I looked over my shoulder as I noticed him grabbing a glass of drink.
"You're right, Ricard. We've got some serious business to handle." Severin looked at Ricard and then at Silvio. "Russians are after the Italian throne, and according to my resources, Spanish mafia's leader is dead, precisely someone murdered him." Silvio now get back to his initial position, his hand now rested on my naked thigh. I could feel tingles at the point of contact.
God have mercy!
"Ronaldinho Curzon? I wonder who killed that bastard." Sila spoke, his eyes glued towards Silvio. It almost looked like he was accusing Silvio of murdering the man. Silvio shrugged his shoulders.
"I had no beef with the man but," Now it was Silvio's turn to glare at Silas. "I knew some of his bastard partners." Was it just me or these both men were hiding something from rest and accusing each other silently. Something wasn't right with them.
Severin seemed to miss their non-existent talk and sighed. "Ronaldinho Curzon was man with connections, he had strong ties with Russians and Silclians, his death is causing turmoil in his century which means-"
"Russians will take over Spanish mafias, and probably try to avenge his death." Silvio grunted. "I still don't see why I'm relevant in all this. I'm not the one who killed him." There was unspoken words exchanging between Silvio and Silas.
Oh Lord!
"Michelle is married to Russian mob's daughter if you don't remember, boy. And your uncle had successfully pissed Russians off by having an affair with his wife's sister." Ricard said. I could only hear his voice now, he was drinking probably.
"It's his problem, not mine." Silvio shrugged. He rather looked calm. Who was this Michelle again?
I repeat, I couldn't understand a thing.
