"Remember where we first met, Miss?" asked Elijah.
Beatrice looked at Elijah and remembered where she saw him.
"I know it. Your the woman that applied for a job in this company without requirements?"
"Yes. That's me." Elijah answered as she grabbed Harris's neck and her breast landed on Harris' face. Let him drool.
So that voucher thing explains everything and he is sure that Mrs. Acosta, who is all in denial, is an accomplice. Why did she not know who Elijah was when she went to his wedding?

It seems that he was the one who was fooled by them.
"And do you remember when you worked overtime and called the company phone and answered and said something? So don't wonder why I did this, Miss. Because I had no plans to give you my husband ." Elijah said.
"You what?"
"Do I need to say it again? I know you heard me say that this man is my husband." Elijah said, clearly annoyed.
"I didn't know," Beatrice replied.
"Of course. You don't know because you just pounce without searching." Elijah said, rolling her eyes.

"But I'm pregnant and your husband is the father of the baby."
Beatrice still doesn't stop reasoning that she knows she won't win.
"Your handsome boss, the Miss, is infertile. He can't get a woman pregnant. Look at me. I'm so sexy even though we've been married for a long time. Harris was shocked to hear. Beatrice was even more pleased with what she heard.

It should be women who have the rights that men are chasing, not them. After Beatrice left, Elijah came loose from being held in Harris's lap. He was annoyed by it. It's good that he has a secretary to explain this. Harris leaned against the swivel as he looked at her.
"What? Don't you like my new look? Do I look hot?" Elijah said in a flirtatious tone.
"Shut up! Don't use that tone on me because you were gone for two days so I missed you by..."
"That's a punishment for you, bastards. Because you made me angry. Who would be happy if a woman answered the call? And she would say that you took a shower because you sweated from doing so much. And add to that that she was setting on your lap naked. I was supposed to bring a document to you that day because Mrs. Acosta ordered me to. And that's what I saw." Elijah said.

"No. Lucy taught me. You know our cooking tastes are different." answered Elijah.
"Come here, sweetheart," Harris said.
Elijah noticed that his husband's eyes sparkled. Maybe it has a plan.
"Why?" he asked.
"Nothing. We'll just talk." Harris replied and winked at him.
"You should be shy. We are here inside your office."
"What are you thinking? I didn't tell you that we were going to do something. Where have you been for two days?"
Elijah approached Harris.
"To nanny Mathilde."
"She said that she called again when she knew where you are. But I keep on waiting but she didn't call again." Harris said.
"I'm already there when you called, I was already there. She thought I was saying goodbye to you. She even told me that we need to talk and clear things up. And nanny Mathilde was pregnant." Elijah said.
"Really? Who's the father?" asked Harris.
"It's Enrico Bustamante. Our neighbor. And he is twenty years old. Nanny was hiding so that Enrico wouldn't see her but he still followed. So she had no choice but to go home to them and tell her parents that she was pregnant. So yes, at first the nanny's parents didn't want it because there was a big age gap between them but Enrico insisted that he loved the nanny very much. And then we also went to Enrico's parents and guess what, they accepted nanny completely heart and didn't question anything." Elijah said.
"Yeah. We cannot question whose people are so in love. No matter how many times you argue that they can't because the woman or man is too old because they feel that way." Harris said.
"Yes."
"You know, sweetheart. I just wanted to ask how you felt during those times when you kept a secret from me. Maybe you were laughing. I was setting here doing work while you were working here also secretly. How's the experience?" Harris said.

"You're bored. She's like a mother to us and a devoted employee and you're just doing that? For sure she won't forgive you." Elijah said.

Elijah chuckled. She desires to tease Harris.
"Mrs. Acosta is a good person; she will certainly pardon you."
"I certainly hope so, and I want to express my gratitude for making the effort to cook for me and send me food even though I was unaware of your identity. Harris added, "Now that I know you are sweet, I'm even more in love with you."

Elijah grinned in response.

"I also adore you."

Harris added, "And if you're lonely at home because Lucy is always in class, you can work here. Just carry on with what you were doing. I can make you an exclusive assistant."

"What about AndreHarris retorted, "We can put him on the board of directors and promote him to a higher position.



Because I believe I haven't had a girlfriend because I've been busy with work, Andre said, "I want that. But for now. Can I have a break? Ma'am Elijah is here if you order something."

Elijah simply grinned at how close Harris and Andre are, almost like brothers.

Harris questioned, "Are you only having trouble finding a woman to be a girlfriend?"

"Exactly."




"Why don't you go looking? Are you running out of good looks why a woman doesn't hit you?"
"I don't know," answered Andre.
"But Elijah has friends who are single and beautiful, maybe you'll like something among them," Harris said.
Elijah frowned.
"Not using my friends to give away," Elijah said.
"I'm kind and loving. That's why your friend is safe with me." Andre said.
"No man is nice. Everyone has a disability."
Andre laughs.
"There are no good men, so what do you say, sir?"
Harris retorted, "I don't know about you two."
"Is that okay, sweetheart? I'm just over there at Mrs. Acosta's, and I want to be with her."

"Sure."

So Andre grumbles because he is unable to relax and find a girlfriend.

"Before I get annoyed with you. Just stop there. You're like a child who is walking around there. If you want, you can take a leave." Harris said.

Andre yelled, "Yes!"

Andre was warned not to behave that way because she would no longer find him attractive.

"What else will they look for in others if I'm here? I have a lot of savings in the bank so they won't die." Andre answered and laughed.

"Damn you!"

She bid him farewell, saying, "I'm going out for a while, sweetheart."

Harris gave him a worried look.

"Come back soon, Ma'am. You might run away again." Andre said, jokingly.

"I simply need to see Mrs. Acosta," she replied.
"Okay."
So Elijah was walking out.
Harris, on the other hand, was relieved because he and Elijah did not fight. So now he can sleep soundly at night.
"How does it feel to have such a beautiful wife?" Andre asked.
"Of course. Overwhelming," replied Harris.
"Very lucky. So avoid the temptation," said Harris.
"If you can talk is like you're perfect," he says.
"That's why I didn't commit first. Because I don't want to hurt the girl I love." Andre said.
"So you're afraid of commitment?" Harris asked.
"It's not. It's just that it makes me nervous," answered Andre.
"If you love someone, you are willing to gamble. So don't be nervous."
Elijah and all the employees are already walking. Looked at him and greeting while smiling big. Maybe they already know everything. That she was the wife of their boss or they mock her because the news about Beatrice's pregnancy spread already.
He walked into his workplace. When he appeared, those who were with him worked quietly.
They all said, "Hello, ma'am."

"But because you are Sir Harris's wife," the man explained, adding that she didn't know the name.

"There's nothing wrong with that; I'll still work here; we're both employees, so don't call me ma'am," Elijah smiled.

"Where is Beatrice?" she asked.

"Resigned. She made up a story, got herself pregnant, and spread the rumor that Sir Harris is the father. What a shame. Elijah also laughed.

"He's ashamed of what he did to you, which is why he's considering treating you to snacks so you won't be mad at him forever," Elijah explained.

"Yes."
