Unfinished business

Peru loads his stuff in the bag. Everything he would need. Albert was gone now, everything was now his. The gold, the money only them knew about would be just his. He just have to go far away from here into a place no one knew him and stay for there, start another life. There was no way she would come for him. When he’s out of the city. A night bus would take him to his destinations. So he doesn’t have to bother that much. He won’t be seen in this city ever again.
With the small bag and briefcase in his hands, he opened the door of his room, about to leave the house.
He halted.
Moving backward, but his hands gripped tightly to the bag and briefcase. The girl In front of him. In a hoodie, the only thing he could see was the black eyes. And long claws and dark skin. Was she?
How did she find him?
“Anyone out there?”
“They are all dead.”
“What? You killed them.”
“I did.”

“Spear me! Please.” He whimpered.
“I never meant to hurt you.”
“Why didn’t you spare him then, your best friend. You killed all of them, what for, money, power, fame. It was really difficult finding you. You hide so well. I knew I would come that’s why you prepared this much.”
“I don’t know, just let me go.”

“I did beg too, the four years old I say the same thing. But what did you do?”
“It wasn’t me, I had nothing to do with that. I promise. I’ll do anything you want if you just let me go.”
“Anything I want? I want your life.”
“No, please.” He whimpers as he was running back into his room. He opened his drawer and brought out a gun. Loading it with a bullet, then he turned to her with it.
Directing the gun at her face.
“Well, I still have the upper hand,” he smirked
He cocked the gun ready to shoot.

“You should be begging for mercy now, little Maeve. Just like your father did. Do you remember that night?”
She clutched her fist tightly and her knuckles turns white.
“You bastard!” She growls.
He laughed and pulled the trigger, he shot her with the gun. But nothing happened she was still marching towards him. Frightening he pulled the trigger again. At her chest.
This time the bullet stops in front of her. And she holds it with her fingers.
Then he knew he was already dead. It was over!

There was no way he could something like this. He fell on his knees begging for his life.
“I’m not gonna kill but make you miserable for life, you’ll find death and won’t see. You’ll live longer In misery. Worse than everyone else.”
“Just kill me. Just end me now.” He grabbed the gun he had dropped and pulled a trigger through his skull.
Nothing happened.

“Told ya. Now, wait for it. I’ve had enough feed anyway and killing you would be a waste, death is too good for you.”
She dabbed out his both eyes off with her fingers. She took his right hand and shop it off him. And then his left leg and destroyed it.
He cried, yelling and shouting.
She scoffed. And stood up. Taking the bag and briefcase he was holding a while ago.
“I’ll take you out of the city, to the place you plan on going and live miserably there.”
He gagged. The blood surrounds him.
