Dark Plans
''Wait, what?'' Barry found it difficult to believe Larry.
Larry nodded.
''Are you sure, or you are just assuming so because she creeps you out?'' Harry looked at Larry skeptically as he asked.
''I asked her.'' Larry was sure of himself.
''And she directly told you that she was from Persia?'' Harry asked.
Larry nodded again.
''If she was bold enough to say that she is from Persia, then just maybe she is harmless, right?'' Barry hoped.
''Or she is using that as a decoy. She knows that her agreeing that she is from Persia would make us gullible to the fact that she was sent here.'' Larry was acting as if he knew something that his brothers did not, but the truth of the matter was that his spirit did not just agree with Sent's Spirit from day one.
If only the Princes knew that her name was not even Macy as she had claimed, and that even Roger who claimed to be from Magus, was a full blooded Persian working in the Prince's court.
''Okay then, since we are in this space in the first place, I think that all hands should be on deck. I'm going to Persia tomorrow.'' Harry confirmed.
''Alone? Oh my days, I wish McGuire was around to help us figure out all this madness. Who must have given him Prisms poison?'' Barry whined.
''Keep an eye on him. I think something fishy is brewing around us. Something we don't know about.'' Harry left the room at that time, and as soon as he suddenly opened the door, he saw Macy at the door.
''Oh, my Prince.'' Macy bowed.
''I came to ask after my mistress. Is she in her room? I think she is, since you are stepping out of it.'' Macy AKA Sent, who had been eavesdropping the conversation that was going on in Margaret's room, pretended not to bother about the Prince, and tried to make her way into Margaret's room while Prince Harry watched her keenly.
Well, the first Prince Of Vandersar was not a man of many words, so he stomached whatever thought he had about Macy, and continued on his way out of Margaret's room.
When Macy entered Margaret's room, she could feel the energy that oozed out of the other two Princes. They tried to curb their emotions towards her while she was there, but the fact that they had all been blowing hot and negative about Macy just before she entered the room, made the energy in the room dense towards Macy.
But trust Macy to keep up a show as well. She did as if she didn't know what was going on.
''Mistress...'' Macy greeted Margaret with innocence and went about doing the chore that she claimed to have entered the room for.
As soon as Macy was done with Margaret's room and left, she headed straight to look for Roger.
''They are closing in on me. I heard the Princes talking about me earlier today.'' Macy, who had now embodied her real personality as Sent, made sure to tell Roger just how urgently they needed to take action.
Roger just stared at Sent as she was talking.
''What did you expect? How many times have I tried to bring your attention to Larry. I see the way he looks at you, I can tell that he does not like you and all you ever did after I told you about him was brush it off. I decided to let you be since you think I'm not smart enough to point things out to you.'' Roger was unhappy, yet he was fulfilled that all that he had ever been telling Sent about the Prince Larry suspecting her was eventually unfolding.
Sent rolled her eyes.
''This is not the time to point fingers. Do you realize that we are stuck here? We can't just get up and run away if not we will reveal a lot, and these worthless Princes will have the audacity to go after Bane with full force. I suggest that we look for a way out.'' Sent was becoming fragile.
''Let's just run away. We can walk out of the palace at night and disappear forever. At least nobody would be able to trace us back to Prince Bane. They would just assume as much as they can, but that will be all that they will ever do, assume.'' Roger suggested.
Sent shook her head.
''We have one last chance to make an impact here, and I think we should go for it.'' Sent said.
Roger looked at Sent critically. She had started again. He had made a suggestion, and she quickly tossed it out of the window as if he didn't matter.
Roger would have walked out on Sent, but on the other hand, he thought, let him even hear what plan Sent had up her sleeve.
''Okay. Tell me. What do you have in mind?'' Roger asked.
Sent looked around, the she leaned into Roger and with a voice lowered to the barest volume, she said; ''We can kill McGuire while he is in this stae.''
Roger was stuck to the ground because he felt that things had taken another turn. The young man had never killed anyone in his life, so suggesting that they killed McGuire was difficult for him to come to terms with.
''Kill McGuire?'' Roger uncomfortably said.
Sent did not say anything, instead she stared at Roger, waiting for him to digest her suggestion.
''That's a little too far, don't you think? I know that you have been in the business of helping the Prince out in making decisions that always led to his win, but have you ever actually killed for him? Well, ask for me, I have never killed anybody before.'' Roger was already trying to back out.
Sent looked at Roger ridiculously. She had helped Prince Bane to conquer different kingdoms that had different strong warlords and armies, and Roger dared to think that none of those decisions had anything to do with her committing murder.
Sent soon realized that Roger was a weakling who had nothing to do with the guts that she had. She decided that as far as McGuire was concerned, he had to die, and she would kill him by herself.
