Starve The Persians
''I told you that Bane wanted to cheaply corner the Princes of the seven kingdoms to himself.'' McGuire had just returned from the town and had listened to town gossip especially since the seven Princes had returned from Persia to their various kingdoms.
Of course, tongues were wagging nonstop about the party that had been the talk of the twon across all the kingdoms mainly because Prince Bane had never done something like that before.
''I don't see anyone taking his side but he can carry on being nice, he's been too wicked for the past decade, he needs a change.'' Prince Harry rolled his eyes and sipped on some whiskey.
The other Princes laughed.
''After being wicked all his life, he sure does need some cleansing so I can agree to it that he should have thrown that party for them.'' Larry agreed.
''Why didn't he do the same for us? Maybe we would have changed our mind and agreed to remain under Persia, you know? He should have thrown a lavish party for three of us, with all the women in Persia serving...'' Larry was yapping away aimlessly before he remembered that Margaret was right there listening to him.
''Ahem!'' Margaret cleared her throat.
''Is that what it will take my husband to cheat on me?'' Margaret queried Larry.
''Oh no. My wife, I swear, I didn't know what I was saying, I just said it out of the blue. You know I can never be with any other woman but you, right? My wife.'' Larry walked briskly to Margaret and started to adorn her with kisses while his brothers rolled their eyes.
''Larry, you wanted to cheat on Margaret. You want to make her divorce us, right?'' Barry teased.
Larry shook his head adamantly.
''No. Of course not brother, how can I allow her divorec us. I was just joking since we were all taking jabs at the Persian Prince for his magnanomity.'' Larry started to explain, his voice turning to a tiny wease as he explained.
''On a serious note, how do we get Prince Bane to sign the treaty because I can see him deliberately dragging it to keep us from doing so.'' Margaret asked.
The Princes all turned to look at her, shocked beyond words that she could sound so serious. Margaret always appeared to be unassuming so it was considered a big deal that she sounded so bent on making Prince Bane sign the treaty.
''I have always had one suggestion up my sleeve, but I have also imagined that it might be too harsh on Persia. We are only trying to get at Prince Bane and not the entire people of Persia who have done nothing to us. So, I was thinking that cutting off Magus' allocation of food supply to Persia will go a long way in making our voice heard. I don't know what you all think. It's either Prince Bane signs the treaty, or the enture kingdom of Persia goes hungry.'' McGuire finally let it out as he had been holding that thought in for a long time.
There was silence as the Princes started to think of it that was a good idea.
''I mean, that is the best thing for us to do except that the entire kingdom of Persia will suffer.'' Prince Harry weighed the odds.
Barry nodded.
''That's what war is about. If we can make the Persians uncomfortable enough to start a movement forcing Prince Bane to sign the treaty and save them from hunger, wouldn't we have achieved our aim?'' Margaret, again, shcoked the Princes by how adamant she was.
Larry was the first to agree with Margaret.
''I think it is the best option we have. Just like my wife has said...''
''Our wife...'' Barry corrected angrily.
''Okay, okay. Sorry. Our wife has said it all. We have to starve them, anyone who does not want to starve should move into one of the eight kingdoms from Persia, but ask for us, we have to do what we have to do.'' Larry maintained Margaret's adamance.
Margaret had stated what she wanted, and her husbands who only knew how to pamper and cherish her, had to agree with her at once.
''Fine. Hunger it is for Persia then. We don't have a choice now, do we?'' Prince Harry took another shot of whiskey as he spoke, staring at Margaret, impressed at the way she stood up to the ocassion.
''I will go and inform the people in charge of the distribution at once. No more food going to Persia from the next batch. By the time they start to realise that there is a shortage of food, the entire Persia will swan into the Persian Palace and demand that Prince Bane does what we want.'' McGuire left the Princes yet again. The man was always up to one thing or the other. He was hardly at home.
When McGuire left, the Vandersar Princes all shifted their attention towards Margaret.
''Margaret, you have changed greatly from when we first saw you.''
''Margaret, your new disposition makes me want to make love to you all through the night.''
''Margaret, I have always imagined a strong woman as my wife and I only have the ones before us to thank for preserving you for us. You are so strong and elegant while at it.''
The Princes showered praises on their wife, Margaret Usylon while she just stood there witha smile on her face, enjoying the praises from her husbands. But there was something that was on Margaret's mind that she had not yet told her husbands.
Margaret had woken up one morning, feeling sick to the point of throwing up. She instantly knew what was wrong with her but because there was a lot going on in the kingdom, she held it back in a bid to reveal it as soon as the tide died down.
Well, it was time for Margaret to open up to her husbands that she was pregnant. Margaret wondered how the Princes would react. Who would claim to be the father? Will it be another set of triplets or would the three Princes father one child?
