There Is No Smoke Without Fire

Three days earlier, Prince Harry was tricked by Prince Bane. Prince Bane claimed to have let Prince Harry leave the Persian Palace, stating that he had heard Prince Harry's agitation about wanting to sign a treaty to be removed from the eight kingdoms and that he would send for Prince Harry again when a decision has been made, little did Prince Harry know that Prince Bane had other plans.

Dark plans at that.

When Prince Harry left the Persian Palace, thinking that he had succeeded in at least making his intention known to Prince Bane, he was attacked on his way back.

In the middle of the journey back to Magus, Prince Harry was kidnapped and taken away by unknown bandits.

He was kept in the Persian Palace, and retained in a fancy room there. Prince Bane made sure not to arrest the Prince Of Magus, but to prevent him from returning to Magus to plan more ways to remove Magus from the eight kingdoms.

Prince Harry was kept there and fed like the Prince that he was, but he no longer had his freedom nor a means to communicate with his brothers that he had been apprehended.

On the occasion that Prince Bane visited Prince Harry on one of the days that he had spent under arrest in Persia, Prince Harry vowed that his brothers would come looking for him after a while.

''Well, isn't that what I want? I want them all to come looking for you so that I can also give them somewhere to live in the Persian Palace. All three of you, since you are so ambitious, why don't you come and work for me? Use your ambition to take Persia to greater heights. If Persia succeeds, the eight kingdoms succeed as well, sounds like a plan to me.'' Prince Bane felt on top of the world as he spoke to Prince Harry, in his mind, he had made a drastic move that will forever crumble the dreams of the three princes breaking out of the eight kingdoms.

Prince Harry was stuck. At that point, he could not rely on his tenacity to defeat Bane, and so the young Prince had slowly started to lose hope. In fact, he wished he could inform his brothers not to come looking for him. Prince Harry had slowly started to fall into depression.

One day, the most unexpected event happened in Persia, one that had Prince Bane confused and running helter skelter in the palace.

Prince Bane could not believe what he was reading. It was a letter from Magus by the two Princes, Barry and Larry. The letter stated that they had found out about Sent, and had her under arrest with plans to kill her in less than one week if they did not see Prince Harry in Magus.

The Princes, Barry and Larry, did not even know that their brother, Harry had been arrested, all they knew was that something had gone wronf because they had not seen him for the past five days. What on earth would he be doing in Persia for five days if something bad had not happened.

''They have found out about Sent!'' Xavier was always the person to deliver any form of news from outside to Prince Bane. All information passed through Xavier before it ever got to the ears of the Prince.

Prince Bane was at the edge. Just when he thought he had the Princes under his whim, they found a way out of it.

''Bane, that lady would never get married to you in the first place, and you know it. Let her go. Let them do whatever they want to do with her, she is a foreigner, and you know that your union with her will never be smiled upon by the people of Persia. There is no need protecting her. Let her go.'' Xavier's eyes were determined as he looked at his nephew, hoping that for once, Bane would make a decision that will end up favoring Persia in a drastic way.

''Uncle Xavier, thet would be terrible of me. That lady that the so-called people of Persia will not smile at if I get married to her, is the same lady that has toiled and put up with a lot just to make sure that I rised above my enemies. What then would they see me as if I just casually allow her die in Magus? I can't do that.'' Prince Bane shook his head and made his uncle understand that Sent was returning to Persia.

''I'm sorry to burst your bubble, Uncle Xavier, but Sent is the woman I will eventually get married to, whether the kingdom likes it or not.''

Xavier chuckled.

''You little boy. I have told you from the onset that Sent has something up her sleeves. Rumor has it from Magus that she has a boyfriend over there. As soon as it was revelaed in Magus that the notorious girlfriend of Prince Bane had infiltrated into the Vandersar Palace to cause chaos, the rumors started.'' Xavier was trying to reveal what he heard about Sent but he was quickly shut down.

''Uncle Xavier...'' Prince Bane started to shake his head at once as soon as he saw that his uncle was tarnishing Sent's image.

''What do you expect from the people of Magus? They would not have anything nice to say about a woman that has almost destroyed their kingdom. What did you expect them to say? That Sent is a very nice woman and that she should be safely returned to Persia since all she was trying to do was help her beloved boyfriend to win? Of course, they would say hateful things about her.'' Prince Bane dismissed his uncle's claims at once.

''Nephew...'' Xavier flashed a wary smile at his stubborn nephew.

''There is no smoke without fire. There is nothing I have not heard about Sent, honestly. You tell me, why is she so good at carrying out evil? Sent has done so much more eveil than you, a Prince can ever think of. As a woman, don't you think there is a back story to it? Let her stay in Magus, and if the Vandersar Princes want to kill her, then let them do it.
