A Royal Stand Off

''Sent?'' Prince Bane was sure at that point that the familiar figure kneeling in front of him in the middle of the palace was none other than his girlfriend, and the woman who would soon be the Queen Of Persia, Sent.

Prince Bane ignored protocol and stepped out of the car, hurrying towards Sent to find out if he was being deceived somehow.

He had to have been deceived because even though the figure looked very much like Sent, the person was dressed so shabbily, and looked as if she had seen a ghost.

Sent's hair was dishevelled, and her clothes were torn in all the wrong places.

''Bane!'' Sent felt so ashamed of herself at that point, she could not even raise her head to look at Prince Bane.

''My goodness!''

Prince Bane quickly took off his coat and covered Sent's body.

The servant at the gate witnessed what just happened, and as soon as he confirmed that everything that Sent had said about her being the girlfriend of Prince Bane of Persia, he locked himself inside his small house and only looked through the window at the drama that had unfolded.

Fear gripped the servant to the core. What of if Sent pointed at him and told Prince Bane what he had done to her?

''Oh, Prince Harry! Look at the mess you have put me in.'' The servant cried as he watched Prince Bane cuddle Sent and console her while she wept dramatically.

''Who did this to you? What did they do to you?'' Prince Bane was beside himself.

Roger heard the commotion and looked outside only to see his Prince right there in the middle of the yard that belonged to the Vandersar Princes.

The man wished he could go out and be familiar with Prince Bane, but what would that cost him?

Yes, he could decide to dump everything and abandon the job as a butler in the Vandersar palace, but what will happen to him after?

Roger had been living in Magus long enough for him to have a small family which he kept away from him and his nuances. If he dared to run away from the Vandersar palace, he knew fervently that McGuire will do his research and find out about his family.

Roger shook his head.

The thought of it alone drove him crazy, he would never dare to show himself familiar to Prince Bane at that time.

''I'm going out to tell that stupid Prince to get out of this palace and never return. Who does he think he is?'' Larry, the most rascal of the three Princes was ready to go out to confront Prince Bane, but of course, his brothers held him back.

''Act like the Prince that you are, Larry.'' Barry's subtle voice echoed in the living room.

''Where is Margaret?'' Prince Harry wanted Margaret to walk outside with the Princes to meet Prince Bane so that he would not assume that they were afraid of him.

Mrgaret meekly came out of the room and stood in front of Prince Harry and his brothers.

''Well, consider this your first official duty as a Vandersar Princess. The Prince Of Persia is here to see us, so we must go out to see him.'' Prince Harry took Margaret's hand at one side, while Barry and Larry struggled to hold Margaret on the other side.

Eventually, Larry won because he was just too aggressive for a Prince.

''Both of you will eventually have to behave yourself, especially in front of Bane.''

Prince Harry set out majestically with his brothers and their wife, the Usylon girl.

As soon as Xavier spotted the Princes coming towards him, his facial expression changed from indifference to anger.

He hated the Princes with everything in him and could not wait until the day they would have to beg for mercy in Persia.

''What did you do to her?'' Prince Bane, as soon as he saw the Princes approaching him, thundered in front of them, asking what they had done to Sent.

Prince Harry looked around with an expression that made it look like he did not know what the Persian Prince was talking about.

''Do to who?'' Prince Harry asked.

''Don't pretend as if you don't know what I am talking about. First of all, how did you escape from my castle?'' Prince Bane had so many questions to ask.

Prince Harry scoffed.

'Have you done a total overhaul on your security guards? I walked right past them while they were sleeping.'' Prince Harry told a heavy lie, one that he did not even believe himself.

''So, did you come to sign the treaty?'' Prince Harry changed the topic in a bid to annoy the Persian Prince.

''What worthless treaty are you speaking of? What did you do to my girlfriend?'' Prince Bane barked at Prince Harry.

''Oh, the intruder is your girlfriend?'' Prince Harry turned around to look at his brothers, giving off an aura that made it clear that he was surprised at the big reveal.

''Yes.'' Prince Bane hummed.

''What was the girlfriend of the almighty Persian Prince doing in my palace as a maid?'' Prince Harry asked with ridicule in his tone.

Prince Bane adjusted his footing as he looked at Prince Harry with devilish eyes.

''You think you have something going here don't you? Is that not the fake Usynol?'' Prince Bane's attention eventually went to Margaret who had been standing in front of him the entire time but he had been too angry to notice her.

Prince Harry and his brothers shared a common humour at that point as they all started to look around the entire palace, searching for the fake Usynol that Prince Bane spoke of.

The three Princes looked about everywhere but at Margaret who was standing right in front of them.

Well, she was not a fake Usynol, so as far as the Vandersar Princes were concerened, Prince Bane was not referring to Margaret at all.
