Ethan's POV
After I dropped Isabella off at her father's house. I immediately continued my journey to the Storm Ridge Pack headquarters. I started to get a new agenda to attend the inauguration and handover of power to my brother Lucas. I will enter the Shadow Fang Pack area tomorrow night. That means Luna will also be there right when the celebration arrives. Lucas will be appointed as Beta in the Shadow Fang Pack replacing Mr. Rezso.
Actually, I recommended him as one of my political strategies including for resolving our personal problems. Although Lucas actually has the potential to become a leader. Although sometimes he doesn't really care about many crucial things. But I have to make him a beta. To find out more about his motives towards my wife. Maybe he did form a political strategy to overthrow my power as Alpha so that he would replace him as the sole heir because I don't have children and descendants yet.

"Travel?"

"Hey, Kurt ... Come on, wake up!"

"Kurt?" I shouted to wake him up.
"Huh what? Why? What's wrong?" He immediately jumped out of his sleep. Woke up in a state of confusion.
"Hmm .." Kurt exhaled.
"Come on!" I invited.
"Where?" He asked in confusion.
"Where are you going? Where else? If not, immediately get ready to leave for the Shadow Fang Pack area."
"Yeah..." With a still sluggish condition, because he was jolted awake, Kurt got up from his position and started to fix himself.
As for me, I also immediately got ready to be able to arrive at the Shadow Fang Pack area earlier.
It didn't take long for us to get ready. We were finally ready to leave right now. We started traveling to the Shadow Fang Pack area which was not far from here. When we arrived at the place, it turned out to be crowded here. Many wolves were going back and forth in this place. I saw from a distance a figure I knew waving his hand calling me to approach him. "Alpha, look, there's Mr. Rezso and your father-in-law waving their hands here."
"Oh yeah, let's go there soon!"
Kurt and I finally arrived in front of the wolf leaders. Even though many of them were older than me, I was still the highest leader here as the alpha. They greeted me respectfully. I also returned my greetings to all of them who were here. As a form of humility as a leader. I was immediately led to an important place at this event. Here we had a lot of discussions related to the federation. Many betas complained to me about the progress of the pack led by them.
I began to accommodate their aspirations and planned to hold a gathering in the future when the time was right. Here I saw that Lucas was not there. I began to feel like my heart was exercising remembering him. For some reason, I still felt unusual feelings for Lucas since the incident at my proposal event.
