Chapter 18

Cassie was standing between Steven and Ryker, she was not ready for all this but both were looking at her for some explanation. She raised her hands in the air and took a deep breath. “Can we meet after my class,”

Steven responded “What?”

Ryker responded at the same time. “Seriously?”

Cassie looked at both and nodded. “Guys I can’t skip classes please understand my scholarship could be at risk.”

Ryker and Steven didn’t respond so he said. “After my class meet me at the main gate.” then she walked back into the class because the lecture was about to begin.

Ryker was angry not because Cassie kissed someone else and he was feeling jealous. Ryker just can’t afford Cassie to fall for another guy and not him. He wanted to take the revenge of his one-week suspension by humiliating Cassie in the whole Elite. He turned to Steven. “Cass is mine so get the hell outta my way.”

Steven squinted. “Relax let Cassie talk and then we’ll decide who is going to get the hell out of whose way.”

As Ryker was ready to push him away, his eyes fell on Dean Mitchell, and he immediately stopped what he was doing and went away. Even though Steven went to his practice court, his thoughts continued to be preoccupied with Cassie.

Cassie's mind kept going back to her Google search that all partners should have mutual consent, but the reality was that she didn't know if they were interested in being with her in this condition or not. Her mind diverted multiple times as she was during the class. Then, in order to concentrate on the lecture, she shook her head. After a few minutes, Cassie's thoughts once more reached a point where she needed to decide how much to share with them and what to share with them about her situation. A little over an hour later, all three of them gathered at the main gate.

Cassie asked. “Where you guys can talk without making any scene?”

Ryker suggested. “I think it would be best to go to some cafe.”

Ryker and Cassie looked at Steven so he shot up his shoulders. “Fine by me.”

All three went to a cafe near Elite, Cassie took deep breaths and then cleared her throat. “Okay, so it has been established that I kiss you both. But trust me I had no intention to harm anyone of you.”

Ryker asked. “Who did you kiss first?”

Cassie makes a tight line on her lips. “First I need both of you to answer my two questions.”

Both nodded. Cassie looked at both and asked. “Did any of you feel even for a second that I wasn’t involved in a kiss?”

Steven immediately responded. “Nope, not for a second.”

Ryker was lost in his thoughts because he did not kiss her to be her lover. However, the moment their lips touched, he completely got lost in it, and he did not want to part his lips from her. Even while they were involved in a passionate lip lock, he completely forgot that he had entered this situation to exact revenge on her.

When Ryker didn’t respond, Cassie tilted her head towards him and he came out of his trance. “Yeah.”

Cassie’s mouth dropped down in shock. “When Ryker?”

Ryker squinted and then he realized his response was confused so he corrected. “I mean no I never felt like that.”

Cassie sighed. “Alright, my second question is did any of you feel for a second that our kiss was unnecessary or do you think that we shouldn’t kiss?”

Ryker responded in an annoying tone. “No, would you please stop asking stupid questions and answer me who did you kiss first?”

Cassie raised her brow. “If you think I am talking useless you can leave.”

Steven held her hand. “I think our kiss was the most perfect and it was an eye-opener for me to have you in my life.”

Ryker wanted to get back in his game so he cracked his neck and changed his demeanor. “I am sorry I am just eager to know who you like more?”

Cassie looked at Ryker. “And the answer to your question is none of you I kissed first.”

Both asked at once. “You kissed three guys?”

Cassie squeezed her eyes and Steven asked. “Who that third guy is?”

Ryker asked. “Does he know about this situation?”

Cassie shook her head. “I can’t tell his name.”

Steven asked. “Why?”

Cassie responded. “Because he is the sensitive one between all of you.”

Ryker snapped his fingers and pointed at her. “It’s that loser, Daniel. Right?”

Cassie turned to Ryker. “Hey, don’t you dare to call him a loser.”

Ryker raised his hands in the air as gave in. “I had no intention to insult him but it’s him. Right?”

Cassie refrained from answering and once again took a deep breath. “Okay the situation is I am confused but I feel the same for all of you and if any of you are feeling like quitting so you guys can but I am telling you it will break my heart because, to be honest, I don’t want any of you to leave me like this.”

Ryker immediately responded. “I am not leaving you for anyone and I will fight for you until you will be mine.”

Cassie exhaled. “I am not a trophy to win Ryker. Just try to understand this.”

Steven asked. “So you want all three guys in your life at once. Right?”

Before Cassie responded Ryker intervened. “Please don’t ask me to have group sex.”

Steven giggled and looked at Cassie. “Didn’t you tell him?”

Ryker looked at Cassie. “Don’t tell me you have sex with this jerk?”

Steven clenched his jaw. “Cassie is a virgin.”

Ryker got the shock of his life Because he had never envisioned a girl in her 19th year who was still a virgin. Now that he was aware that Cassie's first sex would be a source of torment for her for the rest of her life, he began to feel more driven to exact his retribution. He had a plan to humiliate her by breaking her heart but now he had an opportunity to break her soul.
