CHAPTER 27
She didn’t talk much to his parents and the next thing she was leaving the hall using the same exit Talia had used. Immediately he stood up and went to his mother.
“What’s happening?”
“I think something huge is about to happen and we should alert the guests.”
“What do you mean?”
Neal explained the whole story to his mother and father and saw that look in his father’s eyes.
“Father, do you know something?”
“It’s complicated but we need to do something. Make sure your friends are enjoying and then you find an excuse and follow us.”
“I will do that. Be careful,” he told them.
He didn’t want to lose anyone especially on his birthday. His parents left and he called Jasper for some help.

She couldn’t believe that after so many preparations a little girl would try to mess up things for her. She was going to get rid of her one way or the other. She had a very important mission to do.
She asked around and she was told that the person she was looking for was in one of the rooms. What was she doing when the others were in the hall?
She went to that room, opened it and found her standing with her back facing her. What, was she really?
She was going to kill her and shave her head off and take that hair with her.
“Excuse me, I’m kind of lost. Do you mind helping me,” she said trying to lure her and Talia turned around and they were facing each other.
“I didn’t expect that you will really show but I guess you are one crazy woman,” Talia said to her.
“You knew I would come? What are those beads you gave Neal?”
“Something of mine. Do they bother you?”
“You do and I will get rid of everything that bothers me today.”
“Too bad you can’t do anything to me. So, tell me exactly what you are so interested in ruining my family’s life?”
She laughed when she hears that question.
“They ruined me, first,” she said.
“How, I don’t understand?”
“I loved him so much and yet he chose her over me.”
“Why didn’t you say anything to him?”
“How could I? I’m just someone who is replaceable. I am someone who doesn’t give up.”
“Is that why you took your time so that you may do what you want to do today and make him yours?”
“You seem to know everything little girl. Too bad I don’t like you so I will have to kill you,” she said and lifted her hands.
She had been practicing sorcery for the past decade so that she could kill all of them without anyone noticing anything but Talia was a big trouble. She had to eliminate her first before anyone else.
She had practiced spider web sorcery, an ability to use the web threads to attack anything she wanted. She threw the threads at Talia who just stood without moving and she smiled but Talia caught the threads with her own hands and there was no blood at all.
“What are you?” she asked her now fearing the power in he.
“Your worst nightmare,” Talia replied and she pulled the threads to her along with her.
She coughed out blood but she wasn’t going to surrender so soon. She tried another trick but Talia managed to block her no matter what she did. She finally got exhausted and Talia with one single move lifted her high up in the air. She was floating in the air and she was afraid of heights so she was screaming.
“Before you think of killing others you should ask yourself if it was you, how you would feel. I for one don’t feel good. You came after all trying to kill the people I love, so I will make you have a taste of your own medicine,” Talia said to her and she suddenly began to fall from where she was and she screamed hard as she could.
But why wasn’t anyone coming at all?
“It’s a good thing you asked that question. How can they possibly hear you?” Talia said laughing
“Please just let me go, I will never do it again.”
“I will let you go as soon as you confess and apologize to them,” Talia said and she opened the door with her other hand.
She admitted defeat. This young girl was more powerful; she should have practiced whatever she did than what she wasted herself on for the past decade. She watched as the man she loved walked in with a very disappointed look, the woman he hated so much and the husband of Talia.
“I will confess,” she told Talia who was still holding her mid-way in the air and just like that Talia dropped her to the floor.
“It hurts!” she cried out as she hit the floor.
“Like I care, now confess before I try another trick,” Talia warned her and she began to confess everything.
