Chapter twenty-three: Code Phrase

Chapter twenty-three: Code Phrase

Jessica

"Ready, Pumpkin?" I nodded, my fingers playing with his wet hair.

He slowly lowered me onto him and I gasped as the sudden pressure. He clenched his jaw, I leaned my head back against the tile as the familiar pain returned.

"You have to relax, I will be gentle." I nodded, letting my muscles unwind and feeling him push himself further.

"You are so fucking tight for me, Pumpkin." He mumbled.

I let out a groan as he began thrusting slowly, my legs wrapped around his waist. I grabbed a handful of his hair in my hand as I loudly moaned.

"Oh my gosh, Jeffrey."

His hips bucked very forcefully, catching me off guard and his fingers dug into my skin as he pressed his forehead against mine.

"You know that is not my name, Pumpkin." He growled and harshly sucked on my neck.

"Please, fuck me hard, daddy."

He grunted and the pace of his thrusts began to quicken, matching my racing heartbeat. He readjusted his hands from my thighs to my ass and his thrusts grew sloppier by the second, my breasts were bouncing and I could feel my back hurting with every hit my shoulder blades took against the wall. It was unbelievably thrilling, having sex with him in his shower was an amazing start to my Saturday morning.

"I am going to cum." He mumbled and carefully pulled out before releasing all over my legs. I sighed with relief once he set me down, my legs wobbly. I let the water rush down my skin, getting rid of all dirt and his ejaculation. I smiled at him, looking at his chest and placing my finger on the two swallows on his collarbone.

"Two Resting Eagles." He grabbed my hands and held them gently on his own.

"Two Resting Eagles." He echoed my words and leaned to press a chaste kiss on my lips.

Later in the afternoon, he has an unexpected business call. He kissed my forehead before leaving me on the couch and heading into his office. I sighed even though there was nothing I could really do.

He told me that he had something special planned tonight. I was very excited and a little nervous to find out what he came up with.

I glanced up at the tv, where it stood on the mantle and many books and photos surrounded it on sleek shelves. I stood up and walked over, my eyes scanning all of the items he had on display. I discovered a photo of his sister that I originally assumed was his girlfriend but seeing them side-by-side revealed they both looked very similar.

More pictures of him and his family were scattered about. A lot of books resting on the shelves which I had never heard of before but I did notice Romeo and Juliet book near the tv. My eyes lightened and I ran my fingers down the spine, he had a lovely copy of it.

"What are you looking at?" His voice sounded behind me, I jumped at the unexpected noise and turned to face him.

"Oh, I was just looking at your books. You have a lovely copy of Romeo and Juliet." He smiled as he walked closer to me.

"What light through the yonder window breaks? This is the east and Jessica is the sun." I blushed and looked down at my feet.

"I don't think that's how it goes." He placed his index finger under my chin and lifted my head up to meet his gaze.

"But the author should have written it that way."

His eyes were crystal clear, his lips were pressed together, no smirk, no frown, just simply set. There was slightly stubble growing above his lip and on his chin but it suited him nicely. Sometimes, it was so hard to even look at him because he was so unbelievably perfect and it seemed as though there were no flaw in him, no matter how long or how close you looked. Jeffrey Craig was the epitome of perfection.

"You are staring, Princess."

"S…sorry." I whispered, I noticed the corner of his mouth twitch upward ever-so-slightly.

"Innocences looks good on you."

My heart skipped a beat and my lips parted, expecting words to come out but I couldn't make any noise. I didn't know why, but Jeffrey always has a certain affect on me and I couldn't explain it. One minute I am confident in what I am doing, the next I am stumbling over my thoughts and my feelings are running around like wild horses. He was always on my mind, no matter if I were with him or not. Jeffrey had control over me and he probably didn't even know it.

His phone rang in his pocket and he closed his eyes as if he were mentally cursing whoever was calling him. He pulled it out of his pocket and rolled his eyes at the caller ID. He excused himself for a moment before responding.

"Hello, Sam?" I could hear the Irish accent through the speaker but I couldn't make out what he was saying.

"Dude, no. I already have plans."

Jaffery pinched the bridge of his nose between his fingers and I could tell it was something he wasn't keen on doing but it seemed like he didn't have a choice.

"Okay, fine. I will meet you there at eight."

He hung up and I frowned, giving him a questioning look. He noticed my confused expression.

"Sam, is joining us tonight. I had it planned for just the two of us but he is a nosy one."

"Oh,"

I didn't really want Sam to join us on whatever date we had planned, I only met him once and I was too intoxicated that night to remember if we even talked much.

"I am sorry." His shoulder slumped.

"It is just….Sam is an important business partner with his magazine and everything. So keeping our relationship strong is vital." I nodded even though I was still a little bummed.

"I understand, we can always plan something else another time." I gave him a reassuring smile and he leaned down to press a kiss on my cheek.

"It won't be awful, he is a good lad and he is bringing his girlfriend. It will be like a double date."

"She is nice, I promise. It will be okay."

"If you ever feel uncomfortable and you want to leave, just say the code phrase." I cocked my head, furrowing my eyebrows.

"Code phrase?" He smirked.

"Two Resting Eagles, that is the code phrase."

Later in the evening, we got dressed for the double date.

"Why are you so nervous, Princess?" He asked, I shrugged.

"I don't know, Sam is just really successful with his magazine and all, it is kind of intimidating. I want to make a good impression."

"He already likes you."

"I have only met him once, though."

"You were both drinking quite heavily." He laughed.

"He gets along with pretty much anyone who can keep up with him."

"His girlfriend is intimidating." He gave me a look.

"Why?"

"Maybe because she is so beautiful and probably a professional model and I am so…. regular."

"You are not regular." He leaned over and grabbed my chin in his hand, making me look at him.

"You are the most stunning woman I have ever laid eyes on and no one can compete with you." I blushed and smiled.

"Plus, you have done a magazine cover. So that also makes you a model. If I am correct, it should be dispersed to the public on Monday." I gasped.

"You are kidding?" He shook his head.

"I am not joking, Princess."

"I am going to see my face in a magazine?" I breathed.

"Everyone is going to see you in a magazine."

"That's even more terrifying."

The car came to a stop in front of a fancy restaurant. We walked inside the restaurant and I couldn't help but feel so young compared to everyone here. The waitress approached us and smiled at Jeffrey before her eyes landed on me and her expression dropped. I mentally rolled my eyes.

"Do you have a reservation?" She asked and Jeffrey nodded.

"Craig, I have two more people joining me as well." She checked her laptop.

"It says you only made a reservation for two."

"And now I have two more people joining me." He said, getting visibly annoyed.

"How hard is it to add two more chairs to a table?" She blinked a few times and recollected before nodding.

"We will take care of that for you, sir. She left us.

"You scared her?" He shrugged.

"It is already bad enough that Sam is joining us, I don't need someone to tell me it is impossible to put two extra chairs at our table."

He ordered wine for us while waiting for Sam and his girlfriend.

"I don't know if it is a good idea if I drink tonight."

"It is okay, sweetheart. You don't have to drink, I am definitely going to need to though." He grinned.

The waiter approached our table with our drinks. I decided to drink but to my limit. The waiter was quite cute, probably around my age, he smiled at me as he poured me a glass of wine and Jeffrey instantly tensed beside me.

"Hey, pay attention to the wine and not to my lady." The guy visibly paled and scurried away.

"You don't have to frighten the poor guy." I took a sip from my glass and felt his hand on my thigh, squeezing my leg.

"He was staring at you for too long, you are mine alone."

Sam and his girlfriend showed up and he greeted them both with a hug. Both of them took their seats.

"Thanks for letting us join you, dude." Sam said and I saw Jeffrey slightly scoff beside me.

"It is no problem, I am always happy to hang out with my best friend." Jeffrey replied.

"How have you been?" Rose asked me, goodness, her accent was even perfect.

"Very well, how about you."

"Am good, trying to keep Sam out of trouble certainly takes up most of my time." She laughed.

Rose and I talked for a while and l got to know that she was only twenty-two years old and Sam is ten years older than her. I felt comfortable talking to her, I guess because she is in my age bracket.
