"I have an idea, why don't we make the majority carry the vote? That way no It would be balanced, there would be no form of cheating or partiality." One of the DIN I the hospital said.

"Hmmm! I think I agree with him, that would be a very good idea indeed, I don't think that there would be a problem by doing that." another DIN responded.

"Or should we do that during a meeting between DINS and the administrators?" One other DIN responded.

"No! We have already come to an agreement that this is going to be the last meeting we would hold concerning the nurse case." Another gang member responded.

"Hmmm! I completely agree with him, everything concerning the nurse case ends here, if not today then never, we must come to a conclusion on what to do about the matter today." One among the DINS said.

"So how do we go about it?" One of the DINS asked.

"I advise we go on a very short break in order to think about the decision we are going to make, then when we come back from the break, we will all drop our votes." One of the DIN said.

"No! No! No! I don't agree with that at all, I am not in support of that." One of the DIN shouted out loud.

"I don't get your Point, what are you not in support of? I don't understand what you are trying to say." Another DIN said.

"What I mean is that we don't need any break, we already have our votes ready, I don't need any time to think about it." The DIN responded.

"You speak for yourself and not others, the fact that you do not need any time to think about it doesn't mean that every other person here doesn't need any time to think about it ok!" That DIN said.

"Hahaha! You sound very funny." The DIN that said he needed no time to think and the vote said.

"What is funny? Last time I checked, nobody seemed to be laughing, so I don't know why you are laughing like someone that has been inflated with some kind of laughing gas." That DIN said to the other one that insisted he needed no time to think about the decision on the vote to make.


"Ok yes, I know nothing seems to be funny you can go on with what you're talking." The DIN responded.

"Wait what are you trying to say? Are you saying that we should go for a break we are not interested in." One other DIN came in from nowhere, this DIN happens t o be a friend to that DIN who said he needed no time to think about it.

"You are his friends so I would not waste my time on you, I know you are only trying your best to support your friend." The DIN said to the other DIN'S friend.

"I never had your time either, so just get your f****** a** out of here." The other DIN said.

"Shut it you are talking trash, please if you need a break to think about it, please raise your hands up in the sky, and if it is the other way around then drop your hands down." The organized DIN said.
The majority were the ones that raise their hands up, while the minority hands with down.
The DIN wasn't the one to remind them all that they should all go for a break anymore.
They all went out for break as they began to discuss in different Conners.

"What do you think, do you think we vote her to stay or go?" One of the DIN said to his friend,his name is jasmine, he happens to be on of the most popular DIN in the hospital.

"Yes of course, we should vote for her to stay, she Is a young and gentle girl, I don't think it is right to just send her of, and one more thing she is a very beautiful lady." His friend responded.

"Hmmmm! Don't tell me that you are beginning to set you eyes on her? And why must you state the fact that she is really beautiful? I hope it isn't what I am thinking?" Jasmine said to his friend.

"No! it is not at all, I am only feeling pity for the poor girl, one of the doctors told me her sad stories, so I started to feel pity for he since that day." His friend said.

"Really how sad is her story? I would love to hear it?" Jasmine said.

"It a really Sad indeed!" His friend replied.

She is from a very poor background but was not born to be so poor she only became poor due to some very sad and unfortunate happenings,
My parents died when she was still a very young girl so because of that you had to suffer on the street I make a living all by herself without the help of anyone,
Rather than her begging on the streets she started up a business by the help of her uncle, the business seemed move very well for her but, wasn't enough for her to live a better and comfortable life, she still had to struggle enough in order to pay her house rent, buy her school books, and also to pay for her school fees, she was a very serious and hard-working girl so therefore; she could manage herself so well that has sufferings never short on her face, there was a part of the story is that you was still too young for what you was facing, and what she had on her head was just too much for a very young girl of her age, but even though the circumstances was just so much she never stopped struggling.

She kept on working hard in order to make a living, she even had to raise some money that she will use in giving her mother and her father a proper burial, they were not buried properly at the initial stage, due to the fact that there was no money to give them a proper burial. Even though she knew she had a business to focus on, she never failed school for one day, she always focus on your studies and read a book so well, she was supposed to be a doctor but the school fees for doctors was so expensive and she could not afford them before she has to go nursing,
She studied nursing and went to the higher institution to further her education, during her university days, she was known as one of the best in terms of nursing.

None of her schoolmates could compete with her in terms of anything that had to do with nursing,
She was classified as a genius among all the students in the university, all the lecturers liked her, aside from that she was very friendly and everyone used to like her, although some of them tried to take advantage of her but, she made them know that she is not that kind of girl they would take advantage of. A lot of distractions came away in terms of relationship wise, but she make sure she never fell into any trouble like that, she was so focused than anyone could ever imagine
She collected a lot of awards and was given the result of one of the best student in the university,
But, what we studied all what's after her graduation from the University, she couldn't find a better job because, University was not a popular one, they were not known for good teachings therefore; a lot of hospitals didn't employ her regardless of her grade and results.

And that was how she found herself here, this was the only hospital that agreed to employ her.
Even though the salary they paid her wasn't much, she just had to stick to the job, she always have the fear of not getting a better job if she lost this one, that was why she put so much best to what you was doing in this hospital.

I pity her so much because she has no way to run to, no friend so help her, no family to shelter her, all she have is her self and her job.
The worst part of this whole story is that she had to abandon her business because of this job, and now she's about to lose the job she has sacrificed a lot for.

"Ohhh! What a very sad story, she can't lost this job, I would not let her lost this job." Jasmine said.

"Hahaha! That sounds funny, how are you going to succeed in doing that? When all the DINS inthis hospital have already turned their back against her,
I'm very sorry my friend,it is certain that she's going to lost this job."

"Don't be so sure, there is a way out of everything." Jasmine said with so much seriousness.
