Chapter 72- Getting the truth

**Callums pov**

“ Ghaaaa!!! Fuuuck!!!” I grabbed the first thing I got my hands on and trow it in the closest wall. Cecilia comes running from the kitchen, baffled about the mess I’ve made.
“ Callum?..Callum, please calm down sweetie, you are waking the hole house. She slowly approach me, putting her hands on my shoulders. I start hyperventilate..I will have to tell her I heard from Hope and that she is being held captive and they are draining her for her blood.
“ Oh, my..what happened ?” I hear Gretas voice behind me.
“ Greta, can you please get Beta Reece?” Cecilia asked her, not taking her eyes of me.
“ Sweetie, we are going to go over to the couch and sit down, ok?” She is slowly pulling me with her by my shoulders, and I let her. We are in the livingroom on the first floor. I have no idea what time it is but its late..I don’t want to go upstairs, being in our room without her..I can’t do it, so I stay down here if I’m not in my office.
“ Hey buddy..what’s going on?” Reece and Maya hurries up to me, I see Greta behind them, looking at the mess I made, scratching her head. The flowerpot I had thrown in the wall is in pieces on the floor along with wet soil and broken plant parts, the white wall was wet and stained around the pot-sized hole.
“ Callum, what happened?” Reece ask. I close my eyes, trying to calm down.
“ She linked..Hope linked.”
“ What? Thats great, where is she?” Maya ask
“ I don’t know..she don’t know..they have her in a room, tied..and they..” I look at Cecilia and I see the pain in her eyes before her face hardens.
“ They what?” Her voice has a tremble she can’t hide.
“ They want her blood..as a weapon against the vampires..they where draining her while she linked..until she passed out.” It hurts just to say it out loud and my voice is hardly a whisper.
“ I’m waiting for Mike to get back to me, he couldn’t speak when I called.” Reece says.
“ I want you to set a meeting with him and Chad as soon as possible, then you bring them here, blindfolded of course. I want to hear what they have to say face to face, they won’t be able to lie, Beacon will smell it if they try.” Mike and Chad are good guys, kind of. They are still hunters but they leave most wolves alone and concentrate on the vampires. They have been on our payroll for years, since my fathers time. I have never brought them here, If necessary, our meetings was always on neutral grounds..but this time is different.
“ Sure, absolutely!” Reece answers, and let his eyes linger on me for a few seconds before he take Majas hand and leave the room.

“I’m so sorry Cecilia..I dragged her in to this mess..” I look at the woman before me and I feel so damn guilty.
“ You didn’t..you are the best thing that could have happened..Imagine having Luna awake but bound..I don’t know how it works but that would probably have been worse right?..And the hunters would have found her anyway and you wouldn’t be there to protect her.” She takes my hands in hers and give me an honest but weak smile.
“ I wasn’t there to protect her..they took her from right under my nose
“ Try to get some rest Callum, you won’t do her any good if you are completely exhausted due to sleep deprivation..I will go up stairs and rest, but I need you to promise me, if you hear anything..you send someone to get me..this is my baby girl and I will not be excluded.”
“ I promise..of course I promise.” I give her a kiss on the cheek before she leaves.
I wait until I hear her bedroom door close upstairs before I grab my jacket and leave the house.

I stand outside the prison for a few minutes, trying to calm down, ripping Tina a part wouldn’t do us any good at the moment.
The repair of the blasted wall was complete and you could barely tell that anything had happened there just a few days ago..I take a deep breath and walk inside. Two guards sit at the table, playing a game of poker by the looks of it. They immediately stand up with a surprised expression when they see me.
“ Alpha!” They both says.
“ Keys!..” I nod and hold out my hand. One, Jim, fishes the keys out of his pocket and hands them to me.
“Do you want us to come with you?”
“ No, and I don’t want to be interrupted” I answer and leave the room. Walking down the corridor I realize even this place has memories of Hope.
Tina is sitting on the floor, leaning against the wall when I open the door, she has a stubborn look on her face until she sees that is me, then it change to a big smile.
“ Callum! You came! I know you would!” She rises to her feet and comes up to me, trying to put her arms around my neck. I gave her a hard push so she flew back into the wall she was just leaning against. That wiped the smile of her face and she looked hurt.
“ Callum, baby, please..don’t be like that..you know I love you right?.”
“ Tina..I will give you one chance..if you tell me what you did, who you contacted to get them to come here and take Hope, I will go easy on your punishment..If you keep on denying that you had anything to do with this..then you will die in this very cell.” I let Beacon surface and I see Tina turn pale.
“ Please..I didn’t..I mean..She wasn’t suppose to be here, its suppose to be you and me..that bitch ruined everything.. I promise, I help you get past this, I will be a perfect Luna Callum..just let me heal you..please baby..”
It only took one big step and I was next to her. I grabbed her hair tightly and twisted her head back while pulling her to me. Our faces were only a few centimeters apart. A smile of morbid satisfaction spread across her face, making me feel sick.
“ Now, you listen to me you crazy bitch. You will never, and I mean never, be a part of this pack. I wouldn’t even have you as an omega cleaning the common toilets.. I hate you Tina, with every fiber in my body..you disgust me and my wolf. Do you hear me? I gladly kill you right here and now, I just have to twist my hand a little and your neck will snap” I moved my hand a little, and caused her neck to twist at an unnatural angle to prove my point.
“ Last chance Tina..SPEAK!!!” I growled in her face.
“ Ouch..ok, ok..can you please just let go of my hair?” she whined..I let her hair go and moved my hand to her throat, holding her against the wall.
“SPEAK!” This time, Beacon growled.
“ I was at Fusion..hoping to run in to you, but you havent been there for quiet a while..” she pouted before she continued.
“Anyway..I met this shewolf and she told me about a mixed club..wolves, vampires,humans..they all go there..Its called Diverse..a real cool club..so, we went there and I she introduced me to this hot guy, a vampire..I’m sorry Callum, I would never have cheated on you but I was heartbroken when I found out you brought a girl to the pack..”
“ Focus Tina!..”
“ Yeah..so, we hit it off..I thought I could get him to help me if I told him about..Hope..so I did..but nothing ever came of it..and I let him fuck and drink from me for hours.” She actually looked betrayed as she said that..I gritted my teeth, waiting for her to keep going.
“ A few nights ago I went back.. I wanted to tell him that she ran of and it would be the perfect opportunity to chase her down. But he wasen’t there. So I’m sitting and having a cocktail, minding my own business when these two guys asking if they can buy me a drink..I could sense they were human so I thought why not, they cant do anything to me..so I accepted. Obviously they put something in my drink because I blacked out and woke up tied in a bed. They told me they were hunters and they were going to kill me, but first they wanted to experiment on me..while taping it..can you belive those sick fuckers!?” Her eyes filled up with tears and somewhere deep deep inside I felt some kind of sympathy for her..but it was weak.
“ I had to get away..so I told them about her, about her wolf..the Alpha Luna..they got all exited and called this other guy, he was their boss or something..I got them to let me go if I led them to her..so I did..I thought it was no big deal..everything was perfect before she arrived, it could be again..it can..Callum, just give it a chance..”
“ Shut the fuck up!..Do you know what you have done?..Do you understand who she is? I mean really understand?”
“ I don’t care who she is!!! She took you from me!!!” Now her tears are flowing for real.
“Let me talk to Rina!” I say..I cant stand her anymore..I need to speak to her wolf..but Tina and her wolf are not always on good terms.
“ Why? What do you want her for? She can’t do anything for you..she hid most of the time”
“ RINA!!! NOW!!!” Beacon again showed his lack of patience.
Tina closed her eyes and when she opened them she was gone, replaced by Rina.
“ Alpha Callum..what can I do for you?”
“ Rina..can you lock her away for a minute?”
“ Already did..what do you want?”
In contrast to Tina, Rina was not that fond of me. She wanted her true mate..someone Tina apparently rejected in hopes of becoming Luna in my pack.
“ Do you know who Hope is, my mate?..I mean, who she truly is?”
“ I do..she is The true Luna..our mother.”
“Do you know what your human has done?” I know Tina locks her wolf away, making her not interfere or have knowledge about her business.
“Give me a minute..” she says and I know she is searching Tinas memories. Her eyes darkens the longer time goes by..
“ What do you want to know?” She ask when she is done
“ Can you tell me where they met before they came here? Something they said that might be of importance? Anything..
“Lloyd and Lincon..that was the names of the two guys she met…Mr Porsche was the third man..their boss of sorts..” That actually helped, more car names ment the same group of hunters.
“ There is more..she didn’t only promise them Luna..she promised them the vampires to..she told them she had a way in to the top.” Rina says, she has a strained expression on her face and I understand that Tina is trying to take back control.
“ Alpha Callum..”
“ Yes Rina?”
“ Bring her home..she is needed..not only in the wars but our mother is needed to set her children and their humans straight..” She looked at me with pleading eyes before Tina took back the reins.
“ Satisfied?..” Tina asked with a with a disapproving tone.
“ Fuck you Tina..” I released her and turned to leave the room.
“ Well fuck you to Callum!!! I gave you everything..I let you treat me like shit!!! And for what?..Huh? FOR WHAT???!!! She screams at my back as I leave the room. She continues to scream and hit the door as I walk down the corridor against the stairs.
