Not long after Acma Corporation's statement had been released, Devon called an acquaintance of his to release Hardy and his men.
Hardy sighed pitifully after leaving the police station, "I swear that I will get my revenge on Devon and his family one day!"
After he said that, he was frightened by his reflection on the car window, "This... I..."
His face, which he had always been proud of, was smeared with paint like a clown's. This was how he looked like the whole time in the police station! No wonder his interrogators gave him weird looks.
When he thought of the video on Paisley's phone of him being humiliated by those old women, he fainted due to his intense anger.
Hearing that Hardy had passed out, William burst into laughter. "He couldn't stand this little bit of humiliation? Speaking of which, I even held back this time! If I were to spread those videos online, he would probably die from embarrassment!"

She understood what he was trying to do and sighed, "Hubby, if Hardy knew that provoking you would result in this, he would definitely regret his irrational behavior in the beginning."

His phone rang as he spoke, and he frowned when he glanced at the number.
Valeria looked at him curiously, "Who is it? Why aren't you answering?"
"It's Angel, but I don't feel like answering it. If I do, she won't stop talking, and I'll have a headache."
Seeing him frown with an unbearable look on his face, she smiled and said, "So you're afraid of her?"
"It's not that I'm afraid of her, she's just annoying! Speaking of which, she's my cousin, so I should be kind to her. But you don't know..." William told her what Angel had done to Natasya.
Valeria stuck out her tongue and said, "How could she do that? Hmm, but hearing this makes me quite happy though..."
"We have the right to be happy about it, but don't you think that she is too vicious? We know that Natasya has done many evil things to us, but she hasn't done anything to Angel. She was so vicious towards Natasya for no reason even though she's not a threat. If Angel treats people she dislikes like that, what will she do to people she hates?"
When he said that, Valeria nodded, "She really is quite vicious. If I provoke her, she would definitely skin me alive, I'm getting goosebumps now! I'm scared."
"You don't have to be scared of her since you have me! No one can bully you except me!"
"So you're going to bully me?" She looked at him with a smile.
"Of course not, I don't dare to. It was a slip of the tongue, I meant to say that no one is allowed to bully you, including me!"
Seeing that he was determined to not anger her, she reached out and pinched his face, "Although I know you're lying, I'm still happy to hear it."

"I'm pinching your face because I like you, I wouldn't pinch anyone else's face!" She replied in a self-righteous manner.
"If you like me, you don't have to show it through pinching me! You can kiss me with your cute lips, I like it more that way."
"Humph! Not a chance! I'm just gonna pinch you however I like, you can't do anything about it!"
When they were laughing and joking, Sammuel's call came in, "William, I need to talk to you about something, are you free right now?"
He did not refuse, "Yes, I am. Let's meet at the usual place!"
William went to a private room in the coffee shop, and Sammuel had already arrive in advance. When he saw William, he wanted to stand up to greet him, but William stopped him, "There's no need to be so polite in front of me, just say what you wanted to say."
"Okay!" He did not insist, "I'm here to tell you that I asked the two bodyguards who went with you the last time you visited Natasya to mess with her, but none of them leaked anything to the outsiders. Only one bodyguard sent a message to Angel to inform her that you went to the hospital to see Natasya."

William nodded, "Do you have any suspects?"
"Other than Mr. and Mrs. Floyd, and his son's family, the rest of the people who live there are servants. Mr. Floyd has checked before, his son and his wife were both out that day, so the mole must be a servant. But they have too many servants, so they have to interrogate them slowly.
"Is that so?" He picked up his coffee and took a sip, "So there's a lot to do, right? Will there be any news soon?"
"Yes! Mr. Floyd will tell you once he finds something. The main reason why I came to see you is to apologize. What happened that day was my negligence, so I promise that it won't happen again!"
