Chapter 46

Emily's POV
　　"I cleaned your room every day, just like before. I'm sorry you had to come over so late, but you don't have to rush, Emily. it's the same tomorrow."
　　I argued with Andre before I went to bed at night. I can't say I argued, it was just a one-sided questioning from me.
　　"Andre, can you tell me what you've been up to these days? I can smell the woman's perfume on your clothes."
　　Just a few hours ago, Andre finally arrived back at the villa before dinner. After dinner, Kate watched TV in the living room while I pulled Andre into the bedroom pulled out his piece of clothing, and threw it at him.

　　When I heard Susan's invitation to come back to the apartment for a few days, I said yes to her with little hesitation. I didn't even ask Andre's opinion, I just wanted to be alone for a while, in Andre's environment.

　　I covered my face, my heart was full of unspeakable sadness. But I couldn't cry. I couldn't imagine what I would do if Andre wanted to marry Kelly again.
　　"Emily, I think this whole thing might just be you thinking too much. That perfume, which is used by many celebrities I've met, is not just exclusive to Kelly. But I felt guilty thinking about all the days I had been suspicious of him for no reason, so I didn't say a word just nodded my head to say yes to Andre's proposal.
　　At that moment, the sound of people cheering came from the center of the ballroom, I curiously looked up to see Kevin kneeling on one leg holding a diamond ring in his hand to propose to Susan.
　　Susan said yes to Kevin without any hesitation; they had already met each other's parents and family and were very close, and now they were finally going to hold hands and walk into the marriage hall.
　　"Congratulations, Susan, I'm happy for you, you must be happy."
　　Andre and I walked up, I hugged Susan and gave her my best wishes. I didn't expect Susan to look at Andre and me jokingly and say happily.

　　"Thank you, I'm already ordering the engagement ring, and soon you can join Emily and me for our engagement dinner."
