Chapter 9

Emily's POV
"Hey! Emily. Do you have time this weekend? We're having a party at the Gaze Hotel and I'd like to invite you to come."
I had just gotten out of class when Tom, who was in the same course as my elective, stopped me, and I was pretty close to him, as he was a friend I could drink with and talk to.
"Excuse me, I have to take a call first."
I thought about my schedule, there was nothing special going on over the weekend. Andre not only took care of my mother's entire medical bills, he even took care of my college tuition and living expenses.
Andre was so overbearing. He paid all the money into my account without my consent and threatened to take back Hellen's medical bills if I returned the money.
At Andre's overbearing and forceful request, I quit my job at the hotel. My free time started to become a lot.
I was very uncomfortable. And I would often forget that I had quit my job, always rushing to the hotel after class, and then suddenly remembering upon arrival that I no longer needed to work here.
On weekends, I was absolutely free except for the daytime when I had to take care of Hellen's three meals a day. Parties are usually in the evening, and Andre didn't have any special requests today. So I wanted to say yes to Tom, when my phone rang.
"Emily, did you miss me today?"
It was Andre, and he seemed to be driving, as the wind was howling when he spoke through the phone.
"I remember we just met yesterday."
Andre greeted me like this almost every day, and I wondered if he's the same way when it came to his other lovers, and I wondered how his other lovers answered him.
I couldn't quite get used to this intimate behavior from Andre, when it was clear that we were just in a contractual partnership and didn't need to be so close.
"Oh, Emily, that hurts my feelings. You don't know that a day I don't see you is like three years. I've been thinking about you for so long it's driving me crazy."
I didn't know where Andre learned it from, every sentence in his mouth became a beautiful love story, making people's heart beat faster unconsciously.
"Do you have a problem or not? If you're just calling to say these misleading sentences, I'm going to hang up the phone."
I couldn't handle the passion from Andre, who was different from Dylan.
Dylan always flirted with me by saying "I like you", "You are beautiful" and these straightforward and little emotional sentences.
But Andre seemed like a playboy who only knew how to have fun. But he had studied a lot of foreign cultures, especially those countries with a strong cultural base.
He got a book of world poetry from somewhere, and while flipping through the dictionary, he struggled to learn the verses in which he did not know the pronunciation of the language.
I Googled their original meanings, and those lines are not really love words between lovers, but they always had been changed their original meaning when coming out from Andre's mouth. The man always seemed to be flirting with the opposite sex, no matter what he said.
"Okay, just kidding. Where are you now? I'm on my way to pick you up for a drinks party tonight."
Finally, Andre said something serious. I breathed a sigh of relief. Those lovey-dovey words of his sometimes really made you blush and not know what to do.
"I'm in front of the school now, come over, I'll wait for you."
Now for Andre's request, as long as it did not go against my bottom line I would say yes. I tried very hard to play the role of Andre's secret lover a lot of the time. I did whatever he said, without any complaints.
Andre also knew how to get along with the distance, and he would not make any request that made me difficult. He always kept his demands just within the limits of what I could accept, except of course for the erotic actions in bed and the daily sweet talk.
"One more thing, Emily, remember to leave me time on the weekends, Kate wants to invite you to dinner."
Andre would always use Kate to create various excuses to travel with me. But when I would meet Kate and ask her whose idea it was, Kate would always tell me for sure that it was her idea, making me say yes to Andre's request every time.
"Okay, I get it, bye."
After ending the call. I looked at Tom who was still waiting off to the side, "Sorry Tom, I don't think I'll be able to join your party, have a good time."
"That's okay, Emily, can I ask if that was your boyfriend who called you earlier?" Tom probably thought it was a bit of gossipy, then he scratched his hair and added, "You don't have to answer if you don't want to, just pretend I asked a stupid question."
"I guess I can answer that question... I'm Emily's boyfriend."
I didn't expect Andre to come so quickly and answer Tom's question before I did. I scrambled back to see that Andre was wearing a handmade Italian bespoke suit, which showed off his perfect figure well.
He was casually twirling his car keys and walking towards me, the red Ferrari behind him was so noticeable that almost all the students and teachers in front of the school would look this way.
Many people heard Andre's words, and many eyes fell on me. I thought in less than 30 minutes the news that I had a rich boyfriend would be all over the school.
God, did he know what he's talking about? Since when did he become my boyfriend?
I looked at Andre incredulously and tried to refute his words, but he took me into his arms without any refusal, and then he put a finger on my lips.
I tried to struggle, but Andre's strength was so greater than me that I couldn't break free from his embrace.
I was dragged to the car by him as everyone watched.
"Why did you tell Tom that I was your girlfriend? Andre, I remember I only promised to be your secret lover!"
In the car, where no one could see, I frowned at Andre, who had no idea how much trouble his capricious words would get me into.
Even though his words would keep away many of my troublesome suitors, Tom being one of them. But more people would see me as an object to fawn over after seeing his Ferrari. This was the case when I was with Dylan, and many people came up to me inexplicably, some of whom I didn't even know.
I was sure someone would recognize Andre if he appeared unobtrusively in front of everyone in broad daylight like that.
The only person who will be harassed is me!
"What difference does it make, Emily? Anyway, you are all mine all this time, and it is impossible to have more than a friendly relationship with another man."
Even though he had a point, exposing myself so openly was tantamount to pushing me over the edge.
"Andre, I'm just your secret lover, and it's not appropriate to expose myself to outsiders. I think the reception you'd better invite someone else to go with you, I'm getting off."
Hearing my words, he pulled over with a sharp brake and then kissed me directly on the lips.
His deft tongue wandered around my mouth, wrapping itself around my tongue and kissing it hard. Finally when I was about to catch my breath Andre let me go.
"Emily, if you don't go to the reception, I'll f**k you right here and now. You haven't had car sex yet, have you? It's exciting."
Andre underestimated me, did he think I would agree to go to the reception with him because I felt shy to have sex in a car?
I kissed him back at Andre's surprised look, "I really haven't tried car sex, you can let me experience it."
Andre had a strong interest in my various first experiences. He was not a virgin lover, but had been frustrated by not being my first man.
Andre heard me say that and instantly put aside the drinking party as he pounced on me and I obediently moaned in time with his movements.
The temperature in the car was getting warmer and Andre's hands were already unzipping my pants and my top was already off and I was sitting in front of him in just my underwear. However, just as Andre was about to take the next step, the phone rang, interrupting his movements.
"Andre, my bro, when are you coming over? Everyone is waiting for you."
