Fated Mates or Mistake

"The ceremonial ground has been arranged, dear Luna" Wade said and genuflected.
"Okay, can someone get the Seer?" Asher asked and turned to look at his Beta who was already on that.
In no time at all the Seer was present.
"My leaders called for my presence?" The Seer greeted as he stood on the favourite which he always loved to address the Packhouse hold.
"Sound the bell of the beginning ceremony would you?" Asher asked Mathias who gave the go-ahead to the pack timekeeper as he rang the bell everyone knew there was no time for jokes and they all just had to go rush and come for the ceremony else they wanted something else for themselves.
After everyone had come and they had somehow given a genuflect for respect to their Pack leaders and they were asked to rise.
"Can all the mates who recently found that they might have a link to each other come close to the front?" Lidien asked as she had changed from the sweet loving looking Luna to a more mature female with white streaks in her hair her eyes were now a shade of gold and she had some sort of gold cape around her neck which was flying even without the wind that was supposed to be in action for that night.
The seer was just happy seeing big and mature she had become and how her decisions were about to be played out for the betterment of their lack but he would not have told her that he already knew what she was doing.
There was an initial thing to be used and that was the Crystal she had taken from the forbidden forest she had to use it to manifest this special evening since it was her first time for her to begin her duty of merging people as the last Moon Goddess.
Every other fated mate came out except for those whom the arrangement had been made for.
Wade was trying to avoid eye contact with Julia who had suddenly been receiving a pull to go out and join the others who had been called to be shown to the entire pack as fated mates before their marking ceremony in two months to come when the full moon was estimated to come out.
"All but two of you are yet to be out?" the Luna said to the crowd as everyone turned to look for those who had not done out of the crowd.
Everyone muttered, "Who are those who haven't come out yet?" as they looked from side to side.
"Wade and Julia come forward!" Lidien said and Wade took two steps backwards before he came to the front with a pull from the eyes of Asher who used his powers to pull him to the front.
And Julia had already loved the front of where the ceremony was taking place like at the pulpit.
"Now that we have the people who have brought about the reason for this ceremony we would have to deal with the ceremony accordingly.
" I as the Last Moon Goddess and my mate here have decided to make you both fated mates as per the demands of the shrine Wade and Julia I hereby pronounce you mates," Luna said to him.
"Wait Fated what? I don't want to be mated with her, it's just too fast, please you can't just do this to me, I respect your decision as the Luna and Alpha but don't you think you should have asked me first?" Wade resounded as he got up from the spot where he had been kneeling face-to-face with Julia whose smiling face had now become grim she was confused because some minutes or hours ago she and he were almost about to do the deed and here he was rejecting her after they had stated something about asking the Luna to see if they were fated, mates.
"What are you doing?" Julia asked already shivering from the rejection she was receiving in front of a lot of people.
Even Asher and Lidien including the seer and Mathias had become confused with the way he was behaving.
"I don't want to be tied down to anybody at this point I want to live my life and I want to..!" Before he could finish his sentence he felt some sort of force binding him together as he fell to his knees.
"Agh, what is happening?" Wade asked.
The red eyes which accompanied a gold cape had now changed into a dark shade as she dug her fingernails into her plans the blood began to drip and all present could feel the anger emanating from the Luna.
"Calm her down Asher, our mate is super mad and you are the only one to help call her down, Lily, Lily stop her from doing what she wants to do please" Ash called on both the Alpha and Lily Lidien's she-wolf.
"I don't even know what to do," Asher said and he and Mathias walked cautiously close to Lidien but she didn't want them close to her as she was choking Wade who could barely say a word.
"How dare you disobey me and undermine my authority, you embarrassed not only me but Julia in front of everyone," She said as she remembered what had happened to her on the night of her birthday as she had waited for Asher to mark her but instead she was thrown out of the pack. She could only imagine how Julia felt.
"I just aired my thoughts out, agh" Wade managed to say but the invisible bond was tightened around his neck even more choking him hard.
"Go to her on the mark you had marked her and suck on it she would call down," the seer said to Asher who did just that within minutes she was calm but she had the last sentence to say." I would punish you for this I promise you" she announced and Wade stood in the middle watching them all leave him standing there as he heard the howling cries of a hurt mate in the forest.
"What have I done?" Wade asked.
At the corner of the pack, there was someone who had been sent by Estaban to watch and see what was happening in the Packhouse and he took back the happy news to his evil master who couldn't help but be happy by this development.
"My blood does run in his veins I tell you," he said to his minion.
"Now let the convincing begin," Estaban said.
