"Well I have been working with Estaban and the strange spirit for some time now and I haven't been having visions or being told anything by the last moon goddess because of my betrayal," he said lowering his head.
"What?" Julia said as she couldn't believe her ears but Lidien was not all that surprised because well he had sold himself up many times just that and had not thought about it deeply and Pamela who had just been seeing what was going on but being reprimanded by her husband not to talk about issues like that was happy to have been of great help.
"When we're you doing to stop?" Lidien asked.
"I honestly don't know," he said in a stutter.
"You've let the taste of power overwhelm you, destroy the good person you were, why?" Luna asked.
No response.
"Would you answer me?"
"I am sorry Luna, I was power drunk and somehow hypnotised I apologize for all of that," the seer said.
The situation was more difficult than she had imagined, she was conflicted because they always made sure that the evil perpetrators were deeply punished and would not be spared they always had a gruesome way to be killed and that was just one of the many things that scared Lidien.
"Asher please I need you down here" she mind-linked her mate.
"What seems to be the problem?" he asked leaving the spot where he was seated with Wade and Mathias as they had decided to have a good day out.
"I have confronted The Seer and I am under pressure I don't know if I should. have him pay for what he has done or not" she explained and the men were there before they could say something else.
"Well babe, what should we do?" she asked.
"Let him be locked up we would find a solution soon" Asher suggested because he had become used to the seer and he was whom they respected and the seer was like the father he never had had since his father was killed unexpectedly.
"Okay take him away?" Lidien ordered and when she sent gum away she dispersed all those who were standing there watching what she was going to do.
"I would come to a verdict as soon as the Alpha and myself with the entire pack counsel have agreed, for now, let's all hold our piece," she said and they slowly walked into the house.
"We need to make sure we make the right decision and we should let out emotions get the better of us," Asher said to her as he hugged her.
"I was so scared when he admitted to doing all the bad deeds, I feel like he was coarse but he was supposed to be our main protector, he was supposed to be the one to advise us on things and here he was betraying us with our enemies?" Lidien aired out her thoughts.
"Well my love, let's be honest and we should be happy that everything is falling into place as of now because we found out Hennessey lied and now the seer confessed so I would advise we work through this cautiously plus maybe we can be able to ask the Last Moon Goddess to help us with our decisions as the former holder of that power she should be able to give us the response we all have been expecting," Asher said as Lidien peeks into his eyes passionately, she was blessed to have received him as her mate.
"So when is the last court hearing, I can't wait to have to hear how the verdict turns out?"
"The final Verdict should be this Friday honey and then we would be free from having to sit with humans and not be able to exercise the powers we have been given" Asher smiled as he kissed her.
"The issue with The seer makes me scared, this is when I think my judgement as a Luna is being tested and if I make a biased decision that would make me a wicked person or a biased and indecisive Luna" Lidien complained.
"Nevermind we would overcome this in a great and grand style, and now for Estaban, Killing him would not be an option," Asher said.
"Okay, what do you mean by that?" she asked.
"There is this way to erase the minds of anyone who is seemingly a sociopath so I would like to say we are his memory and make him a good man, he changed so much because he felt his mother and father deserved to be the Alpha and Luna and since they didn't get that he somehow thought he should have been given that leverage, let's give him the final chance of making him a good person " Asher suggested.
"Well that sounds good and who do you think can help us with this?" Luna inquired.
"Well we would have to use the one person he seems to trust at this point, we would use Wade, he is his son and even if Wade doesn't say it I know he longs to have his fatherly love over his body so that means he would want to have his father look him in the eyes and genuinely tell him he loves him and wants them to be good" Lidien reasoned.
"Yes so we make sure we go with Wade and he prepares the antidote for that all the evil would be gone and she would be left with nothing but the good memories of his existence and if possible maybe we could have him change his environment and take him to the company he can work there without knowing he was once evil," Asher said.
"Okay, tomorrow we do this and we make sure the rest of the council and our friends are in on it also we have to tell Wade now so he is ready, he needs a father figure and also his Pups need to have a grandfather figure" Ash chimed in.
"Wade we need you to come in," she said in their mind link and he was there before long and they started the discussion.
