And so the bloodline is necessary to know since it sometimes affects the Element of the mage, in a way it causes their element to have their own characteristic different to another mage with the same element. Just for example, sometimes a water mage will find it easier to form and manipulate other things that have water in it such as the human body, the animals or plants, compared to controlling water as it is. This is called Elemental Trait, not to be mistaken for the Dual Element, Elemental Trait is a genetic trait a Magi inherited from their Family. While not necessarily preventing other Magi of the same element from doing the same task, elemental trait, simply makes the mage find it easier to do that certain task. But, not every Magi has Elemental Trait because again, everyone in this world are different - at some point, there are a lot of people who feel inferior to the dual elemental mages or to people who have been born with great talents and that inferiority complex is the reason why there are a lot of things that are happening in this world that shouldn't really be happening in the first place."



he continued and I cannot help but agree with the last sentence he said. Well, I actually think that no one is actually to blame in the first place. Insecurities are indeed natural for people to have, what is wrong is that people are not contented enough with what they have, and because of their greed they cannot be happy with other people's happiness and the fact that they are going to do anything just to destroy that happiness and that they could be able to attain what they can really never attain.



I am about to say something - or more of ask something regarding the three orbs still floating right before my eyes which he called the magic inside my body because I really want to know what they actually mean. Who wouldn't be curious right? And not to mention I really do not want to be left in the shadows again - I need to know a lot about myself especially the fact that I have that title of being a Divine Lady even if I really do not want it in the first place. I need to know how exactly I will be able to keep that fact a secret until I could because from what I have found out - being a Divine Lady also entails that I am going to have my own set of enemies and the worst-case scenario is that my enemies are not human beings, they are out of this world beings.



"And since you are a divine lady, you are not only able to use elemental magic but also the divine magic which is also called the spirit magic"



"What? I thought there is only element magic? Why is there spirit magic?" I exclaimed and he shrugged his shoulders



"There is really no such thing at the moment as spirit magic because such thing is already buried in the arcane history books but yeah since you came and you possess such magic then I am going to explain it to you - with the last one which is the Grey Magic"



What is the actual f-ck? So there are actually three kinds of magic in this world? Why did no one inform me about these kinds of things in the first place?! Damn I really look so stupid right now - it is as if I am a baby learning new things about life!

"Okay so just like what I have said ago you are the same as me and Aurelius who were able to have more than one element inside our bodies. Although I have said a while ago that Aurelius is powerful compared to me and no one could basically rival him with both his talent and power but you can - actually it is safe to say that you can be an equal to him because of your abilities" he suddenly said which made me raise an eyebrow at him.



"I do not plan on doing so Archmage Raphael - you are also well aware of the fact that I do not even want anyone to know that I am that Divine Lady from the oracle or prophecy or whatsoever," I said in a matter-of-fact tone because with all honestly I really do not want that title right from the start - I wasn't even asked by those gods if I actually wanted to become this world's Divine Lady which only means that the role that I got should be null and void because I haven't even agreed to the terms and conditions of it: there is no consent that is what I exactly meant by that!



"Oh well, whether you like it or not you are really destined to be one, and also if you want to keep that fact a secret a little longer then you have to make sure that you know what you are capable of because in having that knowledge you are able to

do something in order to hide your abilities" he said and that is when I realized that he really has a point because now that he mentioned it, technically I have already activated my magical abilities I am sure enough that someone will realize that fact and because I do not know how to exactly control it then there is a huge possibility that I may be able to use it unconsciously and I do not want that shit to happen - if the time comes that I am going to use my powers then I am going to make sure that it is really going to be a life and death situation



"Fine you have a point" I replied and the smile he has on his lips grew wider as if he is happy that I accepted his opinion. Oh well, why would not I accept his opinion when in fact he really has a point. After a few seconds, he started speaking once again as books around the library started to float around - well, it is actually like he is just arranging the books but no, he is choosing books from the shelves and the ones that he chose are immediately sent to my table "Anyways, just like what I have said your first element is fire and obviously it is a lot more advanced than the fire that normal mages use and it is a little bit powerful than the fire element that I have. With all honesty, this is really the first time that I have seen such a fire element but one thing is for sure - it really can burn anything and everything"



"Your second element is once a component of the water element but just like what I have said it is supposed to be long gone so I am quite surprised that you have acquired that element. So, this orb right here with a crystal clear color is the ice element. Ice element allows Mages to utilize ice as a form of offense and defense. Mages who possess the ability to utilize such Magic are able to generate these elements from their wands or vessels and manipulate them by gathering water from the air and ordering it to freeze into ice by slowing the movements of water molecules. Users of this Magic are capable of using ice to create large spikes, crystals, or missiles anything. Ice Magic can be used against fire Magic for protection by creating an ice wall. It is actually surprising that you have two polar opposite elements inside your body. An extreme flame and something to be able to distinguish that flame no matter how powerful it is."



And when he said that, I literally cannot help but be amazed by what I just found out but seriously? Is that even freaking possible? Like being able to have polar opposite elements inside my body? Isn't that against the rules of nature of this world? But anyway if I am going to ask that question out loud I am sure enough that his answer will be simply because I am the divine lady and that it is somewhat natural for me to be able to attain that kind of rare or rather extinct ability. And knowing that I have acquired such an ability then I am really forced to know things about it - such as how to use it properly so that there will never be a chance that I will use it unconsciously or accidentally that will make everyone think of me as something way out of this world.



"Last element that you have is the divine element which can also be called the spirit magic. Spirits are small particles of energy not visible to the human eye. It is said that these spirits are the soul of the earth. Magi has the ability to feel this form of energy. These form of energy is sorted into 6 different colors based on their properties. Unlike Elemental Magic, a Magi can use different types of Spirit Magic. A person who has been blessed with the power of the spirits is said to be powerful, however, the downside of it is that the person can only use one type of Spirits Magic at one time. But they can use Elemental Magic and Spirits Magic at the same time. Although it requires high concentration and is really advanced technique. For your case, I still do not know if you can summon more than one spirit at a time because just like now you are able to keep that little fox - which is obviously your familiar beside you without having any trouble and not to mention he does not seems like he too is having trouble staying outside for long"



he said and that made me look at Yuki who is now sitting on top of the books Raphael just stacked. He is sitting comfortably while licking his paws. This guy, I really never thought that he will be that special - but I guess him being a nine-tailed fox is also an indication that he is indeed special.



"But Daw Scarlett, have you actually realized that he is not a simple spirit or familiar?" Raphael suddenly asked which made me turn my head immediately in his direction and I nod my head as an answer.



"Yes, I kind of have a knowledge that he is a powerful being but still I am not that sure" I honestly said and he then nods his head but in just a second a book came flying towards my direction and it immediately stopped right in front of me. And when I looked at the title of the book I cannot help but be interested.



"Divine beings" is the title of the book that has stopped right before my eyes.



"The thing is he is not only powerful but he is the second-ranking divine being recorded in the books of this world," he said and that made me instantly look at Yuki and my eyes have grown wide although I already expected that he is a divine being, I still cannot believe that he is the second-ranking one - like how the heck was I able to summon such powerful being in the first place?
