"What? Can you actually specify the details to me?" he asked and it is obvious that he is pretty curious about what I am talking about - well, of course, he would because I am really completely clueless about these things yet here I am saying that I could have used such power really without knowing it. Well, it is all thanks to him that I was able to have that assumption anyway.



Oh well, I just better tell him the whole story on why did I came to such assumption that I may actually have used the power of the green spirits without knowing - and if that is the case then there is a possibility that Aurelius Shen could have noticed as well, but fck I wish that really just thought that it was because of his own body and not because of something that I possess but the thing is from the expression he had on his face when I revealed it to him that his legs are getting better rapidly he seems to have instantly believed what I have said - he had this expression that somewhat tells me that he already expected that he will heal in such a short period of time but anyways I need to tell this archmage first the details so that I will also know if there is a possibility that Aurelius have realized that I have used a spirit's power and that is the reason why he is marrying me in the first place.



But whatever it is - I am perfectly ready on hearing whatever Raphael is about to say right in my face and that moment that I found out if it is really because of the green spirits then that is the time that I will think about what should I do next especially in making sure that Aurelius did not notice that I just did something extra-ordinary for a doctor and not to of course, for me to be able to plan my next movements ahead of time because I believe in the saying that it is better to be ready than sorry to whatever the future is about to bring.



But heck, I really can't help but hope that I did not use the power of the spirit or for Raphael to assure me that Aurelius cannot see spirits.

After telling to Raphael every single detail about what happened to Aurelius Shen, the emperor of this city, I could see that he is clearly surprised by what I just said and at the same time he has this proud expression plastered on his face and based on that expression he has plastered on his face - that can only mean one fcking thing and that is I did use the power of the green spirit unconsciously.



But then again, that is impossible because he said that green spirits cannot heal major injuries such as broken bones and such, and Aurelius' legs are broken.



"Okay, first of all, I am personally surprised because I really thought that green spirits cannot heal broken bones but with what you have said it seems that they actually can - maybe it depends on the level of power their contractor has. This also means that you are way powerful than the previously chosen ones of the gods to protect this world. That is actually something worth researching" Raphael said and he even put his hand below his chin it is as if he is actually thinking about what he should do next - to be exact that expression he has on his face is the same expression I always had on my face when I am curious about something or whenever I want to study about something that caught my interest.



"Wait, do you think that the Emperor knew about that?" I directly asked because that is what I am most concerned about - I really cannot help but think that maybe one of the reasons why he wants to marry me as soon as possible is because he had already realized my ability that I haven't really realized until now and because he had known that I have such abilities then he is planning to monopolize me for his own interest.



I really cannot help but overthink things right now because I am really completely oblivious about a lot of things for long time. Raphael then looked at me directly in the eye, then he smiled, and the moment that he opened his mouth and said something - the answer to the question I just asked, I cannot help but heave a sigh because I can now rest assured that I am safe.



"No, he hasn't realized it because again spirits can just reveal themselves to those who they have deemed worthy, and also, Aurelius does not have the eye of the beholder despite how powerful and talented he is there are still a couple of things that he is not capable of that only you could do."



Damn, I guess my luck hasn't really run out.



"Anyways, let us continue. Next are the Yellow Spirits which are also known as Spirits of Illusion. When concentrated Yellow Spirits create a thin malleable material that can shift in color, making it perfect for illusions. Using Yellow Spirits can cause your opponents or anyone to see simple illusions like making a monster appear before them when it's really not. However, Illusion magic can easily be broken when touched due to its thin material, but if no contact is made, it can be active for one hour before fading. The size of the illusion is, at most, the same size as the magi and it cannot move nor speak.



Fourth are the Red Spirits which are also known as Spirits of Materia. When Red Spirits are concentrated they form a very strong material. The material can take the shape of whatever the magi want, but it is popular to use Red Spirit magic for making temporary weapons to use in combat. Despite this usefulness, these manifested objects will break or be dissolved if you lose focus/concentration. Red Spirit magic-based from pieces of literature is said to dissolve by itself after 10 minutes. The Red Materia are generally heavy, and will always shine bright red. But since it is obvious that it is different for your case, Dawn Scarlett there is a possibility that it will not dissolve by itself or something like that. Just like in the case of the Green Spirits that you have unconsciously used that they are said to not heal major injuries but you were able to level up that ability, so without a doubt, the same goes as for these spirits. " he said and I actually completely agree to what he said because really, he has a strong point. I also think that it is possible to happen not only for the Red Spirits but also for the others - there is a possibility that I have exceeded what is actually expected and are written in history books of this world and because of that I really need to be ready and make sure that no one is going to find out about my identity - the identity that the gods had given me without really even consulting me in the first place like what the fck?!



"Next is the Pink Spirits which are also known as Spirits of Protection. Pink Spirits have the same shape as Yellow Spirits, which is more of thin material and the strength of Red Spirits. Pink Spirits are often used for protection and can manifest as different kinds of barriers that are often no bigger than a five-meter radius, whether it be a wall, cube, pyramid, or even a sphere. Even though it's mostly used for defensive purposes, it can be used on offense as well since the magi can move around the walls and barriers once they are cast. Squeezing opponents between walls is popular. The magi are also able to cast Pink Spirit magic at a distance of 10-20 meters from themselves. However, it can be broken if you lose focus while casting it.



And lastly are the Purple Spirits, which are also known as Spirits of Life. The Purple Spirit is the spirit of Life and Death itself. As the chosen one, you can use these spirits to empower yourself by making your body and your abilities temporarily two-three times stronger and faster than your normal self. They do so by hosting Purple Spirits in their body. Using Purple Spirits works like an "adrenaline kick", and is extraordinarily tiring for the user. It is said in books that when the chosen one uses the power of the Purple Spirits, the chosen one cannot use it for more than 5-7 seconds before collapsing. It is also said that the chosen one needs a high level of skill so that he or she can use Purple Spirit magic for up to 10 seconds, but rarely longer than that. Using Purple Spirit magic is very draining and can lead to fatigue, fainting, sickness, and even death if it is used too much. Purple Spirit magic can only be used by the user and can't be transferred to someone else. And so these spirits are said to be not advisable to use - but in your case, I believe that you are really going to surpass what is written in the books and also the previously chosen ones but you still need to be careful - death is something that you should avoid at all cost" He seriously said and that made me nod my head in agreement.



By hearing that thing about purple spirits, I too cannot help but have doubts about my abilities - okay he said that there is a huge possibility that I am really going to be able to surpass what is already written in the history books of this world and even the previous people who are chosen by the gods but then again, of course, that is still not proven. The only thing that is proven is the fact that I could already heal major injuries - or more likely I could aid the treatment by making the days shorter by using or rather borrowing the powers of the green spirits which I still haven't seen personally.



"Now that we are finished with the spirits let us move on to another kind of magic that hasn't been seen for centuries now because again, the users of this magic are said to have died during the last war against monsters for using up all their magic powers and they are also unable to have someone inherit their abilities" Raphael instantly spoke once again and then he snaps his fingers and in just a blink of an eye we are in a completely different place - but I can feel that we are still inside the library, he just transferred me to another room or something.



I roamed my eyes around and I cannot help but be amazed at the interior design but what also caught my attention are the portraits on the wall - portraits of different people - some are smiling and some are serious and I do not know but I think the portraits are actually pulling me towards them - it is as if they want me to position myself close to them and examine them one by one.



"Those portraits are the portraits of the heroes that fought against monsters the infested the whole world centuries ago and some of them are the chosen ones by the gods and since you are the new chosen one - the divine lady, your portrait will also hang here in this room. But that is not really the reason why I brought you here, the reason why is that I am going to explain the third and last kind of magic that has been long gone, which is none other than the Grey Magic"
