Tired Omega And The Alpha's Kiss
"Give this to every patient. Make them drink this three times an hour," Evelyn said, handing the medicine they made to the doctors and nurses.
"Luna, what do we do with this paste? " An omega nurse came with a bowl of green paste in her hands.
"That's a medicine," Evelyn said as soon as she saw her. "Apply it on the patient's forehead, neck, or chest," She stood up. "Ask them where they feel comfortable putting it and do as they say,"
The nurse nodded before hurriedly walking away. Evelyn heaved a sigh of relief while she looked around the room. Everyone was busy taking the medicines to the patients.
"Luna, you look tired," The omega turned around when she heard a familiar voice.
"I'm okay," She mustered up a weak smile as she ruffled Rain's soft blonde hair.
"We did it, right?" The boy looked up. "They'll survive, right? "
"Of course, they will, " Evelyn couldn't help but smile at the boy.
"Luna,"
Both of the omegas turned around when they heard a weak voice from the door.
An elderly woman and a man smiled at them from the doorway.
"I'm Theressa, " She introduced. "This is my husband—Paul," Her voice was scratchy and shaky.
Evelyn smiled. "Hello, do you need any help?" She walked towards the elderly couple.
The older woman smiled. "No dear, we actually came here to thank you for your help," She said, making the omega confused.
"I don't understand…." Evelyn trailed off.
"The disease," The woman inhaled a deep breath as she uttered the words. "It took our son and his mate away from us…. We thought we would....w-we would lose our grandson too…" She wiped her tears.
"At first, they said it's difficult for him to survive but now… now they're saying you-you made a medicine that could save our child," The woman took Evelyn's hand in hers. "We don't know how to thank you for this—" She broke down, gripping the omega's hand. Her mate wiped his tears and hugged her close.
Evelyn was frozen on her spot. "Y-You don't have t-to," She shook her head. "I was just doing my duty as a luna," She smiled at the couple.
The older man—Paul—smiled at the omega. "We're really lucky to have someone like you as our luna, " He patted the girl's head.
Evelyn blushed, looking down in embarrassment. She wasn't used to praises and compliments like these.
"We're going now. Theressa has to take her medicines," The man smiled before turning to his mate.
The older woman lovingly caressed Evelyn's cheeks. "You have a strong heart…. You're truly blessed by the goddess, " She smiled before turning to walk away with her mate.
The omega stared at the retreating t
elderly couple. It made her realize how things you do could change people's lives. Their words helped to form a warm smile on her lips.

"Any change in the patients?"
Evelyn asked, fiddling with her shaking fingers.
"They're getting better," Amelia smiled. "It took some time for some of them to open their eyes but they all said they're feeling better now,"
Evelyn sighed. "That's great," She smiled. "There isn't any shortage in medicine, right? Do you need more?"
"No, it's all enough," The doctor said with a small smile.
"Luna, can you tell if this medicine is enough for one time? "
Evelyn turned around as soon as she heard the voice. The quick turn made her head spin for a moment.
The omega stopped for a minute, holding her head. She hissed when her head started aching suddenly.
"Evelyn, are you okay? " Amelia hurriedly ran to the girl.
Evelyn tried to nod but she couldn't because of the pain. "I-I'm okay," The girl stuttered out.
"I think you should take some rest," The doctor said as she worriedly looked at Evelyn. "You're pale as a ghost,"
Evelyn couldn't hear half of the things Amelia said. She was slipping in and out of consciousness. "I-It's okay…. "
"Did you eat something today? " Amelia was worried, watching the girl trying so hard to stay on her feet.
"Huh? Eat? I…. don't re-remember," Evelyn gripped her head. "I feel tired…." The girl mumbled as she couldn't keep her eyes open.
Evelyn felt her knees go weak as she fell back. She didn't have an ounce of energy in her to react to the fall.
Suddenly, her body was yanked somewhere.
The omega felt like she was a kite weightlessly floating in the sky.
She whined when her cheeks collided with something hard and warm.
"Evelyn?"
The girl didn't hear a familiar deep voice. It calmed her heart.
Unfortunately, the girl didn't have the time to reply before she lost consciousness.
"Amelia, what happened to her!? " Keiran shouted, taking his mate's face into his hands.
"Let me check," The doctor replied frantically. "Come with me," She told him before walking to a room.
Keiran picked up the omega, hurriedly following the doctor. He put the girl on a bed inside the room. "What's happening? Why did she suddenly faint? "
"She's pale…. Her hands are shivering…. And she doesn't have any energy…." Amelia mumbled as she checked the girl.
"What is it? Is it the disease? " The alpha looked at the doctor with a frown. Even though Keiran tried so hard to hide his worry, it was still clearly visible on his face.
"No, it's not the disease," Amelia said. "Did you see her eat or drink something today? " She turned to the alpha.
"Huh... No," Keiran shook his head.
"I think she fainted because of that," Amelia said, making the alpha's eyes widen.
"What? Do you mean she didn't eat or drink anything today? "
"Yes, that must be the reason. Her hands are shivering and her skin is dry and pale," Amelia pointed out. "These are symptoms of lack of energy and dehydration,"
Alexander gripped his hair mumbling some curse words under his breath.
"I think she was so focused on making the medicine that she ignored everything else," Amelia sighed, causing the alpha to look at her.
"What are we gonna do now? " Keiran questioned, frustrated.
"We have to give her some water first. She is extremely dehydrated," Amelia took a bottle of water from the table and gave it to the alpha. "Do it. I'll come back with an IV drip," She said before turning to walk away.
"Also, don't pour it into her mouth. She might choke on it. Slowly make her drink it," The doctor warned before walking out of the room.
The alpha stood there dumbfounded, not knowing what to do. He opened the water bottle and slowly poured it into the omega's mouth but the water only trickled down the side of her lips more than going down her throat.
Keiran raked a hand through his hair in frustration. "F*ck it," The alpha cursed before taking a mouthful of water from the bottle.
He sat on the bed and gently took the omega's head in his hands before joining their lips together. He opened the girl's mouth, letting the water slowly flow into there.
Evelyn whimpered as her throat got wet again. She leaned into the kiss wanting more of it.
The omega wrapped her hands around Keiran's neck, pulling him closer to her as much as possible.
"Mhm~~" She whined when the alpha pulled away suddenly.
Keiran knew it was because the girl was thirsty but he couldn't stop himself from thinking some sinful things.
It felt so good when his lips touched hers.
Damn it!
The alpha thought before taking another sip from the bottle and crashing his lips on his mate's plump ones.
He couldn't resist the bliss.
