Caring Alpha

"Hello, Mr. and Mrs. Winter!" An old man greeted them excitedly as soon as they stepped into the Packhouse of Bluemoon Pack.

The alpha and omega both turned to the middle-aged man who was smiling widely at them. "Hello, Mr. Walker," Keiran greeted him back with a small smile.

"It's been so long since I last saw you," He came forward and shook Keiran's hand. "Congrats on finding your other half," He said to the alpha while patting his back.

"Thanks, Mr. Walker. This is my mate," Keiran turned to Evelyn and brought her a little closer to him.

"H-Hello, I'm Evelyn," The omega stuttered out. She was slightly surprised when the alpha suddenly pulled her towards him.

"Hello, Evelyn. It's nice to meet you, dear. My wife, Maria, would have loved to chat with you because she's always excited to make new friends, " The man said with a small smile. "But unfortunately she's a little busy with the guests so I'm not going to bore you guys so much," He chuckled as he led the pair inside. "Let's have a drink before I show you to your room, "

Evelyn examined the man in front of her. It amused her that Mr. Walker wasn't anywhere near the picture she painted in her mind of the big bad alpha that abused animals.

The alpha of the Bluemoon Pack is actually a cheerful person. He was fit and didn't look like a middle-aged person at all.

"David also wanted to take over the Pack when you did it but I didn't let him then because I wanted him to find his mate first, " Mr. Walker said as he guided Keiran and Evelyn towards their room. "I didn't think he was ready to take the responsibility,"

"Did he find his mate yet?" Keiran asked, causing the old man to shake his head no.

"He's been searching but no luck, " Mr. Walker sighed and stopped in front of a room. "Go in, this is your room," He smiled, giving the keys to the alpha.

"Thank you, Mr.Walker," The young alpha said and shook his hands.

"No need to thank me. You guys are my guests and it's my responsibility to take care of you," The man chuckled. "You can take a rest tonight. You both must be tired from the ride. Dinner will be served in your room. I'll show you around the Pack tomorrow, "

Keiran nodded. "Sounds good," He grinned.

Mr. Walker smiled and said goodnight to the pair.

"Goodnight," Keiran said back while Evelyn gave him a small smile and a tiny wave.

"He seems like a good person," The omega said as they both entered the bedroom.

"He is… He's known for being a kind-hearted alpha, " Keiran chuckled and stretched his hands.

A few minutes later, there was a knock on the door. The alpha opened it to see some workers holding their bags and a tray of food. Keiran opened the door for the workers to come.


"You should eat. You haven't eaten anything for hours, " The alpha said to his mate as soon as the workers were out of the room.

Evelyn blushed. "You haven't eaten too,"

"Well, I'm not the one who faints, am I? " He asked, making the omega blush again.

"B-But you need to—"

"Relax, I'm going to have dinner with you, " Keiran rolled his eyes, making a small smile form on his mate's lips.

"I'll serve, " Evelyn chirped and went to serve but her smile soon faded as she opened the tray.

Keiran raised a brow at the pouting omega. "What is it? " He frowned.

"I don't eat meat," She sulked.

"Take my veggies," The alpha rolled his eyes again.

"Huh? N-No it's oka—"

"What are you going to do then? Starve yourself? " Keiran questioned, making the omega pause.

"Well, I have some veggies—"

"Just eat it," He cut off the alpha before taking his vegetables and putting them on his mate's plate.

Evelyn blushed and complied with the alpha's order without any more protests.

"Finish your dinner. I'm going to take a shower, " Keiran said as he got up after having dinner.

Evelyn nodded and watched the alpha walk towards their bag. He took his clothes and strode towards the bathroom.


Just when the alpha closed the bathroom door, Evelyn touched her cheeks with a small squeal. She was still cherry red from what just happened.

The omega couldn't believe that all of this isn't a dream.

When did her mate become so caring?


What happened to him?


Well, whatever it is, it really made her day…

"Oh no!" Evelyn whined as she took out her night clothes from the bag. "Scarlett, why would you do this to me?" The omega said to herself as she sat down on the bed with a set of silk pajamas in her hand.


There was a pink white silk top and shorts. It was beautiful but a bit revealing...

Evelyn never wore anything like this and it made her nervous and flustered by just looking at it.


The girl fiddled with her fingers as the alpha got out of the bathroom. Keiran was shirtless as usual. "Go shower, " He said, snapping the omega out of her trance.

Evelyn looked at her mate and hesitated for a moment which made the alpha frown. "What?" Keiran asked, raising an eyebrow at her.

The omega shook her head immediately before hurriedly walking towards the bathroom.

The alpha looked at his mate wide-eyed, making the omega blush red like a cherry.

Evelyn wore a halter-neck silk pajama shirt and shorts that ended just above her mid-thigh.

Keiran gulped. There was no doubt that his mate looks seductive in it. He raked his eyes all over her, taking in all of her curves and all the edges.

Evelyn couldn't help but nervously fiddle with her fingers. "S-Scarlett is the w-who packed my clothes… I-I didn't know umm… she packed this… " The omega wasn't sure why she was explaining but she felt the need to do it.

Keiran just hummed in reply. It was a low and deep hum that made the girl bite her lips. The alpha walked slowly towards his mate, his eyes raking over her like a predator.

Evelyn gulped and looked up when he stopped in front of her. Keiran's musky scent filled the room and the omega saw his eyes flash a faint red as he leaned towards her.

The girl felt her breathing turn heavy when the alpha slowly caressed her cheeks with his fingers. He then tucked a few strands of hair that fell on her face behind her ear.

"It suits you, " He leaned down and whispered in her ear. Evelyn shuddered at the alpha's deep voice.

She bit her lips and looked at her mate who had a smirk plastered on his lips. Keiran winked at the dumbfounded omega before turning away and walking towards the bed.


Evelyn couldn't comprehend anything.
