Chapter 38. Wounds.

She threw the ligher on me, suddenly my whole body lighting up in heat, the burning sensation hitting me on my skin, as if it was consuming my skins. The pain being unbearable, as all did was scream. I yelled loud, asking to save me, but all I see was that she walked away, I ass dying my body was up on fire and the burning was too much to intake, my eyes shutting on. But suddenly something splashed on me, in big amount. Resting the burn on me, giving me little relief from all the pain. It was water, even though stil my skin was in the burn zone, the fire up on me was gone was lighten.
My eyes closing down itself.

The soreness in my whole body, as the my skin was torturing me. I forced myself for opening my eyes but it was sticked together, the darkness filling the empty space before my eyes. "Shhh, don't make noise," I heard someone speak when I struggled a little, "Who? Who are you?" I asked, confused, i felt his hands on my arms, "I am applying the ointments to relieve the sting." it was a very familiar voice. I have heard him somewhere. He was not doing some ugly touch but was just applying the cream. That was kind of like an ice on my pain.
"You were burned badly, but thanks to the clothes, they protected you for quite a while. Or your skin would have burned down in Ash," He told me. And took my legs applying the cream, "Who are you?" I asked him really confused, he silent, and just applied the cream, "I had no ideas these people were planning this, or I would have warned you." He showed his pity, and then just took his hand away from me. "Rest now, don't think or worry, you are safe and away from those people," He said, and I felt his body dissapearing from the air.
I was left alone here, things that happened with me, in front of my dark sight. All the people I trusted, who acted as if them know me! And cared about me, ended up cheating on me! Doing things! And betraying me! Being a damn fucking traitor with me! Destroyed the near life of me.
How can they do this? Do they have no heart or no humanity? Do they not care! Then why were they acting all like that? Just playing me-? Just using me? For why? I always told myself not to trust and I didn't, but this organisation really is a backstabber. They even fitted the bomb behind me. On my back!

Gem is with them, I have to get my way on bringing him out. I can't let him be with people like that, but how will I do that? How can I save him? How can I prepare for my revenge all again? With more then just one reason?
"You are awake?" I heard a very familiar voice, very. "Lex?" I asked when I felt his presence around me, right ahead of me, I can sense his hands touch my head, and then my back, "Sit!" He forcefully made me go up and sit. As he started to undo the bandages around me, making the little light in the dark room visible for me. It was Lex. And the other guy, behind him was Aro? The soldier! The one i use to talk sometimes?
"How's the pain?" The Lex guy asked, "Didn't you hate me?" I asked him. When he clutched my lower chin and mouth, "I did hate you! For more then just one reason. But I also need you to be alive!" He muttered on face and left me. "I taught you to stay on alert! Always! Where was your brain when you were being killed you bitch!" He loudly yelled at me, but Aro caught him. "Stop it! Don't you see she is in pain? Let her at least rest," The Aro guy tried to calm him down. But he was too furious? Why? Even I don't understand!
"Why is he so angry?" I asked Aro about Lex but he just shoved it away! "Let it be for now. Rest," He said, and turning to walk out.
"Aro!" I called him, he turning to look at ME, "What is this place?" I asked him. Looking around the dark room with nothing but just the thing I was sleeping in, and some bear bottle, clothes scattered. "It's Lex's house, you were saved by him." He told me, I acknowledging it. I was saved by him?
"Why did he save me?" I asked him, "It was asked by the Capo."
The capo?
"The Second Capo?" I asked him, he nodding, "Yeah, he did this to save you, and ask me and Lex to mark your safety, after his wife, the Capa does something." He told me, making my mind blank. The capo? Why would he save me? "Everyone is looking for you, in the outside hemisphere for you. Because your body was taken away. And no one was at scene. And apart from here, the circle outside, is looking for you too, because you are Delvin's fiance. It's such a trouble and hassle out there." He explained me about the situations I wasn't aware, when I just nodded repeatedly and thanked him.
Why did the Capo saved me? I am sure it's not about the USB. Because if it was then the whole family wouldn't have tried to kill me. And I the way they were smart enough to kill me. I am sure that they already have the hand on it. Then why? Why is the Capo helping me? Why is the capo trying to save me from dying?
"Also, the Capo got the tickets, go back to your home with a different identity." He said to me throwing an envelope, "I can't go now!" I yelled when he eyes me, "The capo saved you! Are you still trying to kill him?" He asked me, Lex coming back inside, "I'm not think about killing in a state I can't stand. I want to know, why he save me?" I asked him.
He and Lex passing each other a wierd look.
"Must you know everything?" He asked me, I nodding "Well, ask that to Capo, when he comes to see you. " He told me, and both of them turned starting to leave. My mind blank and with so many questions in them, I was confused and had many things to know about. Find out about. And get the hint about. Yet, here I am sitting on a bed.
I took the pillow. And lied down on the ground. Pillow? I am touching a pillow and a sheet on me after so many days, the softness, even though it was stiff and dirty, it was alot better then the iron den walls, the wooden table. It was soft and firm, and feels my head in a deep slumber of sleep. I touched it again and again. My eyes close. Every minute it was getting softer and softer. I really missed it!
Gem! If I leave, what about Gem? He didn't talk or say any order for Jermey'? Where is he? How is he? After I have been burn down like this? Who is planing for the responsibility? I wonder thinking, hitting the darkness back in my eyes, when the nice bed with sheets on me was asking me to take the moment and sleep. And i so did it.

I heard the hassle in the room, the boots, the closing of door. The people's aura everything as I opened my eyes looking at them. It was the Capo, the second one, I started to sit, up. When he sat in front of me."Alive?" He asked me, my mind trying to grasp the situation. He gestured his man to leave when they once again opened the door and walke doit closing it from front. He and I alone in the room. When he just swayed the sheet of me. While I didn't even realise that I was just wearing a bra and men shots, underneath the covers. His eyes trailing back and forth on my burned skin slowly and carefully evaluating them.
"What are you looking at? Shouldn't you be watching my back because that's what you all do! Backstabbing bastards!" I said getting angry and frustrated at him. And raised my fists to hit him, when he got both my wrists and stared at me. "Calm down! I am not the enemy!" He said softly and stared at me. "I always had doubts something was going inside with everyone but I never new they had planted bomb." He thought and left my hand.
"You are not on my side! Don't pretend you care! I am sure you guys must have got the USB! Then why do you care?" I asked him, doubting on him, his eyes looking the other way and then back at me, "We did get the person who was going to share. It, and yes I am not on your side, neither do I care. But I didn't wanted you to be dead yet." He muttered to me and looked the other way.
I sat back and stared at him. "Go back!" I asked him when he came closer to my face, turning back towards my neck and my ear, "Listen girl, I saved you. Be glad. And my ally." He mumbled to me. My mind on halt for a second to consume his words.
What does he means by ally? I stared blankly at me. His face close to me, only if the great Mileva hadn't betrayed me, i would be so angry at him."Do you know why Mileva did this to you?" He queried me, making me frown at him. "Why?" I asked him back. His hands down at my chin, pulling up.
"Because you were behind me. That woman pretends that she hates me, but apart from you, the world knew that I how much she is obsessed with me. You were targeting me? So she targeted you!" His words really get through inside of me. He was right, from the first day I have been telling about my plans to kill him. So she must!-

"You cheat on her in front of her eyes. Even her germs must hate you!" I mumbled when he frowned. "She have never seen me with other woman, you were the first one she caught." He frowned back at me. He doesn't know about the wall does he?

"I believe that Mileva did this to me, I believe it that Ava and Delvin did this to me. But the associates had no clue. I am sure of it! Well come to think of it why would Delvin hurt me either? He spat me as his fiance in front of everyone?!" I thought sincerely confused.
" That's true. He did it. Mileva did it because she is obsessed with me. Delvin did it because he likes to have fun. And he was bored with sex and of course you must have heard it, he likes to mess up with interests of soldiers. That is you. And associates did it, because they despised Jade, and their loyalty with association. And Ava did it because, you know that the actual culprit of microphones around the house isn't your brother. "
