Damini's POV



" That's why I wanted to eat Indian food, I have not had it for too long. " I said eating my food happily.

" So you missed India and Indian food a lot. What other Indian... things you missed? " he asked with a strange expression.

" Music... Culture....dresses... " I said with a smile.

" Music... Yes. I remember all those beautiful songs. " He said with his cute smile.

Oh God, why was he talking about those days?? I can't get weak in front of him.

" People?? " He prompted.

" Yeah. " I just smiled.

" Yeah?? Did you ever miss me too??"

" Please, don't start again. "

" Well, I was wondering... Did you ever give me even a single thought ?" He said looking at me with his intense eyes.

" I think, it was not a good idea to have dinner together. " I got up and started to go out of his room when he caught my hand.

" Why are you running away from me?? You ran away ten years ago... You ran away in the morning, you are running away from me now. Can't you face me ?? " He was looking at me with love.

" I am not running away, I just don't want to talk about that time. "

" Why are you avoiding the topic? Please Damini, I am dying to know something about you. I am going crazy to see you after such a long time."

" Sagar, please leave my hand."

" No, I have spent several sleepless nights years thinking about us, give me the answer. " He said and pulled me in his arms.

" Sagar, leave me alone, I never gave a thought to you. Why do you think I would do that? You are no one to me, I don't even like you. " I tried to get out of his arms, but all in vain.

" Oh !! So, I was no one to you?? Then why were you avoiding me?? Why you don't, or shall I say, can't look into my eyes. You don't even like me?? Then, why your heart is beating like this?? Why are you trembling in my arms ?? Why are you being affected by this proximity between us?? "

" Shut up !! There is no such thing. I am not affected by you or by being near you. I am not trembling. My heart is not bea..."

He placed his lips on mine and tightened his arms around me. I was too shocked to even blink... My eyes were just wide open. My whole body stiffened.

Oh god !! Why was he doing it to me?? My body seemed to be in shock. He was already tormenting me with his words and eyes. Why did he have to kiss me??

He bent his head a bit and caught my lower lip in his lips and sucked it lightly. My whole body shook with his such a small action. He smiled while kissing me and threaded his hand in my hair.

Oh god !! I literally trembled when his fingers were stroking my hair so lightly. I did not even know what to do I was just enjoying the very slow and sensuous kiss he was giving me.

It was my first kiss. How would he react, if he gets to know that he stole my first kiss? He would laugh at me, I was 27 and was not kissed ever.

I had to stop this. But how?? He pulled back for a few seconds and looked into my eyes.

" You were wrong sweetheart. Your body reacts to mine. You trembled with pleasure with a mere touch of my lips on yours. You were melting in my arms. You may deny it, but your body accepted that I am someone to you. " He smiled and kissed me again.

Oh god, he was crazy.

I had come to my senses by now. Though I was enjoying my second kiss, which was extremely tender and romantic, I tried pushing him away. But he deepened his kiss. It was so good that I had to gather every ounce of determination in me to push him and very reluctantly he stopped kissing me. But I was still in his arms.

I was panting and so was he. I never knew it was so nice to be kissed.

" Don't ever say that there was nothing between us. You are mine." He said smirking at me.

" No, leave me or I will slap you. "

" What are you waiting for beautiful? I did not warn you before kissing you, why are you warning me before slapping me. I am all yours. " He said and winked at me.

" Leave me, Sagar. "

" Only if you tell me, why you left?"

" Why do you want to know?? How does that matter to you? " I glared at him and tried pushing him away.

" Do I need to tell you that? Don't you know? "

" No, I don't know. Just stop pretending that you cared... "

" Don't you dare say that? Now tell me or you will keep standing like this till you tell me. "

" Ughhh you are so irritating. "

" I can be much more irritating, Angel. Better come out with it."

" Fine, it was a family emergency. ok??"'

" What kind of family emergency? "

" I can't tell you. "

" You know what?? I am enjoying, standing here with you in my arms. I can keep you here, forever. I know you are loving it too, that is why you are not telling. I understand it's ok darling, I am ok with it. "

" You are extremely irritating. I hate you. "

" You don't, I proved it a few minutes back... Now tell me or enjoy my arms around you. " I stomped on his foot, but he just grinned.

" Ok !! My family was getting threatening calls, so my parents sent me away from here. Is that fine?? Now leave me. "

" Tell me the truth, Damini. I am not taking this stupid story."

" Leave me, you moron. This is the reality, take it or leave it. "

" It seems you want to stand here in my arms forever. Come out with the truth, Damini. Or I swear I can hold you like forever. "

" Oh, please yaar !! Your behaviour is so irritating. Who would say you are 27 years old. You are worse than a 7-year-old. Leave me or I will kill you. This is the truth. You don't believe me, so fine, ask Mathur, uncle. He knows everything. " I was literally frustrated by now.

" What kind of threatening calls? " He looked serious now.

" How does that matter to you?? Anyway, that was years ago. Leave me, Sagar, I am getting mad now. "

Just then, the door of his room opened and Sahil walked in. He must have been shocked to see me in his arms.

" What is going on??" Sahil asked.

" Sure sweetheart, but I will go with you only. I will take you anywhere you want. "

" Leave me or I am calling the police. Sahil tell him to let me go or I will file a complaint against him. "
