Damini's POV



" You both looked quite comfortable and cosy together, talking about the need to fight all the demons, standing for yourselves and that you would have to do it for your love???"

" Sahil it's not what you think it is. "

" Samar, I need to talk to Damini. Alone. Can you please excuse us for some time? I need to talk to you too. It is Important. "

" Ya sure, I will be in my cabin. " Samar said and then looked at me. I nodded and he went away.

" Listen Damini, I need to tell you something. I came to know, what happened years ago, I am really feeling very bad that it happened because of me. But you saw me at that place. It was me, who was there with that girl... Nidhi. It was me whose girlfriend, sorry to say this but one of the girlfriends, Preeti came and slapped me because she caught me kissing another girl. "

Sagar's POV



I called Gautam to ask for Maurvi's phone number. He told me that she was in Chandigarh only, as her father was posted there. I was really happy to know that. Now I could talk to her easily as I was going to Chandigarh the very next day.

I called her up and took the address I wanted to meet her and tell her everything. She said that she would help me. I wanted her help now. I was waiting for the morning so that I could go to Chandigarh.

The moment, I reached Chandigarh and wanted to see Damini but I had to meet Maurvi first.

I was going to meet Maurvi when I decided to tell Sahil that I had reached Chandigarh. I called his number.

" Hi Sahil, I have reached here.. "

" Ok Sagar. We all are at the site. Come here. "

" No, I called to tell you that I am going to meet Maurvi. So, will come after that. "

" You are going to meet Maurvi? Who is Maurvi? "

" She is getting married to Gautam. Very sweet girl. "

" You are calling a girl sweet?? Wow!! " He started laughing aloud. Idiot.

" She is extremely sweet. Don't laugh idiot. "

" Oh!!! She is extremely sweet?? Are you ok?? You are saying that?? When and where did you meet her?"

" At Vikram's wedding. Gautam had come with her. "

" She is in Chandigarh ? "

" Hmm... She is here in Chandigarh for their wedding."

" Oh !! But you should have come here first. You could go and meet her later on... "

She was very happy to see me. She introduced me to her family. Everyone was really very sweet.

She took me to her beautiful garden and asked me if I know the reason why Damini is angry with me.

" Maurvi that day you told me to find the reason why she doesn't talk to me. I know the reason and knew it that day too. But I couldn't say it in front of Gautam. I explained her everything from the first day I saw her to the last day which was Holi. Why she was angry as why I didn't want to tell in front of Gautam or my other friends.

She assured me that she would not discuss it with Gautam and will help me...

" As far as I can understand, I am sure, she loves you a lot. Something is just stopping her in accepting it. "

" Do you think so?? " I asked and she nodded with a smile. I was so happy that I wanted to hug her but I remembered well in time that Gautam was a boxing champion.

" Can I meet or at least see her someday? It will be easier to know her feelings after looking at her. " She asked me.

" Sure..." I said smiling like a fool.

" Great !!! Now let's have lunch. It is ready. "

" No. thanks a lot, Maurvi, I have already taken so much of your time. "

" Oh no, don't be formal. You are my friend as well. As it is I don't have any friends here. Please stay or are you dying to meet your Damini so much that you can't even have lunch with me? " She teased me.

" Well yes, I want to see her, but it is just that... my twin, Sahil called me to come and have lunch with him. But, it is ok. I can have dinner with him. " I said with a smile. Just then my phone started ringing. It was Sahil.

" I was about to call you only... " I said.

" Where are you?? We all are waiting for you to join us for lunch. "

" I am sorry, I am still with Maurvi. She is insisting a lot that I have lunch with her and I couldn't refuse, Maurvi." I said I wanted to meet Sahil and Damini, but that could wait.

" But, we were waiting.. "

" I will have dinner with you. I promise. "

" Ok! Even I can't refuse the invitation from an extremely beautiful girl. Enjoy your lunch. " Sahil said but I knew he was grinning.

" Shut up !! " I said to Sahil.

" Come to the office after lunch. " Sahil said.

I had lunch with her and shared a few more things. I told her a few funny things about Gautam. He is going to kill me for that. But, I would enjoy pulling his legs, later on.

The lunch was awesome. I complimented the cook and I came to know that Maurvi was an excellent cook. I told her that both Sahil and I were foodies. She said that she was planning to cook something at night, so she will get for food for us.

She had to go for her appointment with her dress designer for the fittings, so I took my leave. She was a very sweet girl. Gautam was really lucky to have her as a life partner.

She said that she was sure that Damini loved me. I was really at the top of the world. I went towards my office, excited to see my Damini.
