Damini's POV



" You have a nice place here... " That girl said to Sagar.

" Thanks, It is just temporary. Our office is being constructed so we are renting this one. When the construction is complete, we will contact Megha. She is good at her work. " Sagar smiled at her.

Now, who is this Megha???

" Absolutely!! I am sorry, but I will have to leave as I have the appointment. " the girl said.

" Oh, sure. Thanks for bringing my phone. " Sagar smiled and said.

" Oh please, that was nothing." She said shaking her head.

" If only you had time, I would have introduced you to my brother and friends. "

" I would have loved to meet them but I am already late. I will come later on."

" Yeah..." Sagar smiled at her.

Wasn't he smiling more today?? But why? Does he like her?

Sagar went out to see her off. I went to the outer office to see them. She whispered something going closer to him and Sagar opened his phone and showed her something. She smiled and said something and Sagar blushed a bit.

I didn't want to acknowledge but she had the most beautiful smile. She must not smile at Sagar like that. But what did she say? Why did he blush?? Ugghhh...

Sagar opened the door of her car and she slid into it and flashed her beautiful smile again.

Both were smiling... What was wrong with Sagar?? Idiot !!!

I was still looking at them when Sahil came back to the outer office.

" Hey, where is Sagar?? "

" I don't know... " I said and got away from the window as if I was caught red-handed.

I went back to my cabin, picked up my bag and went out. I was feeling very low. I didn't want to talk to him. I just could not bear to see him with anyone.

" Are you going somewhere Damini? " Sahil asked me.

" I am not feeling well, I am going to the guest house. Bye. " I said and left from there avoiding coming face to face with Sagar.

As it is he was busy with that extremely beautiful and sweet young girl.



Sagar's POV



I reached the office and was happy to see Sahil. I hugged him hard. He asked me about lunch mischievously. Now, what was going on in his mind??

" Very good... I enjoyed a lot... She is really good... She is a very good cook and she said that she would cook something for us too as we are staying away from home and we must be missing a home cooked meal."

" Wow yaar... This one is great... Looks good, cooks good, sweet and friendly. Interesting qualities... I wish I had met her earlier... " he said.

" Shut up ok?? Or you will get lots of punches... " I still remember the way Gautam kicked me.

" Seriously??? "

" Yes... " I burst out laughing. Just then someone called and he went away. That was weird as he never did that before this. I need to know, what is going on.

I wanted to see my Damini, so I went towards her cabin and I was just about to open the door. When the main door opened and Maurvi walked in. I had forgotten my phone at her place so she came to return it to me.

It was so sweet of her. I talked to her for a few more minutes and then I went out to see her off.

" Was she there? " Maurvi asked me.

" Hmm... I was about to enter her cabin when you came. " I replied.

" I wanted to meet her, but it must have looked awkward if I had specifically met her. "

" I guess you are right. " I nodded.

" Do you have her picture?" She asked all of a sudden.

" I do." I opened my phone and showed her the pictures I took on Bhoomi poojan.

" Wow!!! She is so pretty. " She smiled.

" Hmmm, I know." I blushed a bit.

" Oh... My...God, you are blushing." She said.

I shook my head and blushed even more. She threw her head back and laughed.

" I will definitely tell this to Gautam. "

" I will "

" No, he will tease me and will tell everyone. "

" You were blushing so much. "

" Please, don't tell him. He is a moron. I will not hear the end of it. "

" I can't hide things from him, he has his ways to get things out of me. "

" What does that mean? "

" Let it be... I have to go now. Bye. "

She went away. I came back to my office.

Sahil was there standing near the window and he looked amused.

" What happened to you? What does that weird expression on your face imply? "

" Who was that beautiful girl? "

" Oh, she was Maurvi. I forgot my phone, so she came to give it back. "

" Oh, ok. " he was smirking now.

" Sahil, what does that mean now? "

" Nothing bro... Just chill. You don't know, but you are on a right track. "

" What track?? I don't like riddles yaar. Say what you want to say."

I was annoyed now.

" Have you met Damini, after coming back? "

" No, I was about to, but just then Maurvi came. "

" Good, avoid her today. " Sahil said.

" Are you out of your mind? I haven't seen her for the last 10 days. I am dying to meet her. "

" Trust me, I know more about girls. " he was grinning.

" I don't care, I want to see her."

" Don't be stupid. Trust me Bhai. "

" But why??? "

" Because I talked to her that day, I told her everything. Now she knows that it was me not you. "

" What?? Wow!! What did you talk about? What did she say? " I was getting restless to know everything.

" I asked if she ever had any feelings for you and very hesitantly she accepted that she did. " Sahil said.

" Oh My God!!!! Really??" I asked and he smiled faintly and I was grinning now. I was so happy.

But then why was she with Samar?

" Then, did she all of a sudden fell in love with Samar as she is hell-bent to get married to Samar?? " I asked bitterly.

" She is not in love with Samar and doesn't want to get married to him, I got it out of her. " Sahil said with a smile and wiggled his eyebrows. I was at the top of the world.

" Thanks, Bhai, I will talk to you later, I must go and meet her. " I started going towards her cabin.

" She is not here... " Sahil called after me.

" What do you mean she is not here? She was here, I was entering her cabin when Maurvi came. " I turned to look at him with confusion on my face.

" She left minutes ago," he said.

" When?? "

" Just when you were blushing standing there with Maurvi," he said with a smile and shook his head.

" Why?? Why are you smiling like this?" I was confused as hell.

" She was getting restless that you were not bothering about her, that you are not dying to meet her, that you looked happy with another girl. " Sahil told me.

" What nonsense??? You know all that is wrong. "

" I know, but she doesn't... " Sahil said.

" So why didn't you tell her, if you knew, she was feeling like that? Are you nuts?? What if she thinks that I am interested in Maurvi?? " I asked Sahil.

" I want her to feel insecure bro... " He nodded and said.

" But why?? She had feelings for me, she doesn't have feelings for Samar. So good... All I have to do is to make her fall for me. How will I do that if she thinks, I am interested in someone else?? "

" She is already in love with you..." Sahil said.

This was the best thing I had ever heard.

" What?? How do you know? You haven't ever fallen in love. What do you know about it? "

" I know... You don't know, she is behaving differently. "

" What do you mean by differently? " I was so curious to know and meet her.

" She is getting possessive about you, she was excited in the morning to see you, but you went to meet Maurvi."
