Chapter 58

Damini's POV



Shut up... Stuff your mouth with food and keep quiet. " I said and tried to control but I couldn't help smiling again.

Sahil saw that and burst out laughing and I shook my head smiling.

Sagar was coming towards us. He looked very handsome in his crisp white button-down shirt with grey trousers.

He joined us and we all had our breakfast. We went to the office and Samar and Sahil kept teasing us for the whole day. I saw that Sagar, Sahil and Samar were discussing something very seriously. Was is about the work?? Then why did they not include me??

In the evening we went to meet Maurvi. She was so happy to see us. She hugged me and smiled. I apologised for my not so friendly behaviour earlier. But she smiled and hugged me again. I liked her, she invited me to their wedding. We exchanged our numbers and then we came back.

Sahil said that he had some work with Samar, Sagar asked him what it was but he didn't answer properly.. that was a bit odd. Maybe he wanted to give us some time alone.. sweet brother.

We had our dinner together in his room so that I can come back to my room easily. But he pulled me in his arms again.

Oh please yaar... This is too much. but he was in his romantic mood and sang another beautiful song for me.

Oh my god ... I might die due to his love... But I knew... I could not give in to the temptation of staying with him.

I love him and his attention towards me was making me feel so special.

I came to my room reluctantly and tried to sleep but I could not... He looked so disappointed that I didn't stay with him.

Just then, I heard a knock on the door which opened in the balcony. I knew that it must be him. I opened the door a bit and he made a puppy face.

" Please let me stay for today... I can't sleep. I swear... I will not say the same tomorrow... As it is, maybe I would have to go and stay with Gautam and my other friends.. please just today... "

" No. Sagar. I am not convinced. I don't think it is ethical. Please try and understand... "

" Just for tonight... Please. I will not ask for this favour tomorrow... I need to tell my parents and I will talk to yours too so that we can get married as soon as possible. Please.... "

" Ok... fine... But... Last time till we get married. "

" Ok.. promise. " He said and I opened the door. He came in with a grin. He pulled me in his arms and kissed me most sensuously

We again had a good time watching a romantic movie and listening to beautiful songs. Those beautiful songs created a peaceful surrounding that made us slip into slumber.

It was morning and I stirred and opened my eyes. We slept on the couch itself, listening to the music. He was still in half-sitting half-sleeping position with his legs stretched on the table in front of the couch and I was curled up against him. My head was on his shoulder and his head was resting on mine. His one arm was around my back and another was holding me in front.

He was still holding me in his sleep as if his life depended on it...

There was a knock on the door. I got tensed again... Though I was almost sure that it would be Sahil...

I tried to shook Sagar but he didn't get up... He was hell-bent to give me a heart attack very soon like this. Today, I am going to let Sahil in and tell him to wake his brother and take him back to his room. It was very awkward for me.

I wore a long robe over my short nightdress. I opened the door to see if it was Sahil or someone else. I couldn't let everyone know that Sagar was in my room.

The moment my eyes fell on the person, who knocked on the door, I froze.

No,... No... No... This is not possible ... Oh god.. how can you do that to me??

My heart skipped a few beats and then it started beating frantically. What do I do now?? Oh god!!! Do something. Shit!! I am dead.

My mom and dad were standing there outside my room. What??? When did they come??? Why didn't they tell me that they were coming?? Sagar was in my room ... Oh god I could not even wake him. What would I say to them?? How would I explain to him being in my room?

" Awww my baby... You are not dreaming beta.. we are actually here. Right in front of you... Oh, my good see darling she is so surprised to see us, that she is not even blinking. " Mom said and started coming towards me and all of a sudden, I came to my senses and I went out of my room and closed the door.

I hugged her hard.

" Oh, mom... Dad.. so good to see you after so long... Why didn't you tell me? I would have come to receive you. You must be tired you should have gone to meet uncle. I would have come, dad. "

" I told her that we should go there first... But your mom could not wait to see you.. so we came here directly. We missed you beta. " Dad said and hugged me.

" I missed you too dad. " I was genuinely happy to see them but just was too apprehensive as Sagar was still sleeping on my couch.

" Mom, dad I am really hungry... Let's have breakfast... The cook is really good.. makes awesome food. " I started going towards the dining room.. but my mom caught my hand.

" No beta.. we are here to see you not to have food. Your uncle is waiting for us. He said that Samar would get you from here but I couldn't wait to see you. Will you keep us standing here in the corridor? Let's go to your room. " Mom said and smiled.

" But mom ... I am very hungry... Let's sit there, I want my breakfast. "

" Call the room service, they will send you the breakfast in your room. " dad said.

" But mom my room is very untidy. I am a bit embarrassed to let you go in. " I said.

" What nonsense.. it is such a stupid thing. I am not a stranger ... We are your parents beta... We will not judge you... But you always keep your things neatly so why is your room untidy? Well doesn't matter. Let's go in.. " mom said.

Mom was just in front of the door and was about to open it and I was going to die when all of a sudden, Samar called my name and we all turned towards him. He was coming towards us.

I took a deep breath. He smiled at me and then he touched the feet of my mom and my dad... They were extremely pleased to see him. I just wanted to go to my room and wake Sagar up but was not getting a chance.

" Uncle, aunty ... Dad is waiting for you to come. He is over-excited. Please come.. he has not even had his morning tea... I was here to take Damini in our place. " Samar said.

" Yeah sure beta... We were coming there but your aunty wanted to see Damini first. Come honey Mathur is waiting for us. I am very excited to meet him as well. Damini has to get ready..she will come later on... " Dad said.

Yes ... Right.. please go, I will come later on. I was feeling guilty for thinking like that...but I was tensed like hell.

" Yes mom...you go with Samar.. uncle is waiting... I will come after I get ready. Will come within half an hour. "

" Just a minute beta, I need to use the washroom... Get aside mini... Let me go to your room. I will not scold you for keeping your room messy. " She smiled at me and pushed open the door.

I was going to die soon...
