Sagar's POV



We reached home at night and mom and dad were waiting for us. We all had dinner together and then went to sleep.

Next day I got up at my usual time, went to our home gym and did my exercise. I was missing my love already. I remember how cute and how she looked in her cute little nightwear.

I took my bath and went downstairs to have my breakfast. My parents were there at the dining table. They were waiting for us. I greeted both of them, hugged my mom and sat down next to her.

She served me breakfast.

" Where is Sahil?? " Dad asked.

" I am here, dad. " He was coming towards us and greeted all of us and sat next to dad.

" So how was your trip? " Dad asked.

" Great dad. " We both said in unison and then I winked at him.

" Is there anything special ?? " mom asked looking at me.

" No, I just enjoyed the trip. Going back as soon as I do my work here. I have a lot of work there. " I said and Sahil winked at me.

" You can stay here Sagar, I will take care of the work at Chandigarh." Sahil was smirking at me.

" No, you stay here. I will go and work there. " I said too quickly and Sahil was trying to hold his laughter.

" But Samar is my friend. Don't tell me that suddenly you started liking him so much that you want to be with him all the time. "

" Shut up !! I am going there, you do whatever you want. "

" What is going on between you two?" Dad asked us looking very confused.

" Nothing, Sagar loved Chandigarh a lot. " He said and I kicked him under the table but my foot hit dad's leg.

" Oh God !! What's wrong with you Sagar? " dad asked me.

" Nothing... "

" Grow up both of you. You are 27 now, all your friends are getting married one by one. Now it is high time for you to get married. We had both of you when I was your age. So settle down fast. "

" Dad!! Please don't start again."

" You should think about your mom. She is so worried about you. Even Swati is getting 23. We have to find a nice guy for her too. "

" What is the hurry mom?? Let's find a nice guy for our Swati. " Sahil said.

" What about you two? I want a daughter-in-law too. Enough is enough. I don't want to die without seeing at least one of them. " Mom said.

" Don't try this emotional drama, mom. You are fit and fine, nothing is going to happen to you."

" My genuine feelings look like emotional drama to you. You don't care about me. Can't even fulfil my one wish? "

" Mother India, please stop this. I am not interested in getting married to any girl." Sahil said.

" WHAT ???? Oh my god!!! What did you just say?? Are you... By any chance, interested in... ? Oh god !!"

" What?? No !! Mom you are getting it wrong, there is nothing like that. " Sahil was as shocked as mom and dad now. I was laughing like anything.

" Then, what is it like?? " dad asked him.

" I am just not interested in getting settled down. But Sagar may get ready in near future. Right Sagar. ?? " He said smirking at me.

Idiot!! Now, mom would be after my life. I was about to say something, when my mom got up and hugged me too tight.

" Seriously??? I am so happy. You are my best child. This Sahil is an idiot, I will find a nice girl for you. Tell me what kind of a girl you want to get married to? "

" Relax mom !! Don't get so worked up, I will tell you, when I am ready to get married. Please don't bother to find a girl for me. I will find her. "

" Oh !! Ok Fine, but hurry up. I don't want to die before having grandchildren. " mom said and we all looked at her with amusement.

" Shweta just 5 minutes back, you were saying that you don't want to die before looking at at least one daughter in law and now you want grandchildren too. " dad was laughing.

" Ya, You all are alike. You are also taking their side. Making fun of me.How would you know what I feel?? I am their mother, you don't care about me as well. Ok fine, make fun of me. Take their side. Encourage them not to get married. You all don't want me to be happy. "

" Sweta, Stop. I didn't mean to say that I love you. You know that I want you to be happy. I want you to see the marriages of their kids too. I will make sure that you see all your three kids and then their kids getting married. Now please don't take the stress."

Dad said wrapping his arms around her and she buried her face in his chest. We should take classes from our dad. Only he can control mom's emotional outburst.

Our mom was a bit sentimental about it. So we decided to leave the topic here. I didn't our parents about Damini as things were still not right between us. I didn't want to give any hopes to mom till I sort out this matter and persuade Damini to be in my life forever.

I just kissed my mom on the cheek and told her that I was going to meet Mehul. I asked Sahil to come with me but he said he had some work. I know about his work. Must be having some plan with some girl.

I reached the new mall where his showroom was.

I saw Mehul and Megha standing there. I went towards them. Mehul looked at me and smiled.

I congratulated them and he hugged me.

" What is the matter, Sagar? Is there anything you want to share? " He asked and I smiled.

I didn't know that happiness was so obvious on my face. He was so happy to see me like this.

" I found her... " I smiled and told him his face lit up.

" What?? How ?? Wow!! I am so happy for you. You have been looking for her for so long. So did you ask her why she left? "

" Not yet, but very soon, I will." Sagar smiled.

" I wish you all the best. May you win her heart. "

" I will, I will not let her go this time. I can't afford to lose her and a few more years of my life. "

I hugged him and Megha. Mehul glared at me but she smiled and wished me.

" Thanks, Megha I think you are god's favourite child. Everyone has been praying for my happiness but God did not pay any heed. But he granted your wish. "

Megha just shook her head.

" I will contact you soon, we are making a township and once it is constructed, I want you to be the interior designer of it. So just keep some time free for that. I will send you the specifications later on. "

" Sure... " She said with a smile. I knew she was busy so I went to see their showrooms.

Rahul and Priya were still on their honeymoon, we were missing them.

Vikram did not come and I came to know later on that Gautam came with a girl... But I could not meet them.

Then after some time, I saw Mehul beating some man. Megha was also crying. I rushed there and pulled Mehul away from the man. I came to know that he was misbehaving with Megha... I don't blame Mehul for beating the man.

Mudit Bhai asked Mehul to take Megha home. He left with her and I also left and went to the office for the meeting.

I attended the meetings with dad and we had some problems in Gurugram and Greater Noida sites.

Sahil and managed all the problems.

We came back home and had dinner together. Then we had a video chat with Swati... She is the apple of our eyes.

We all were missing her so much. So we asked her to come back and she said she will be home in the coming vacation. We were happy to hear that.

Mom asked dad to find a suitable guy for her as well. I didn't want mom to start her emotional drama again so I slipped to my room to pack as I was going to see my Damini the very next day.
