Sagar's POV



" Vikram was very handsome and so was every other friend of yours. They all are married? Bad luck..." She said with a smirk.

" Damini... Shut up.. ok don't say that again... Don't tease me.. and for your kind information, I was and am the most handsome man of my friends. So concentrate on me. "

" Oh please... Give me a break. I still think Vikram was more handsome. "

" Damini... I am warning you... as it is he is off-limits to you, he is happily married... " I said.

" Shit !!! " She said and made a disappointed face.

She removed my hand from her face and then pushed me on my chest to get out of my arms. I didn't want to leave her but had to go to the wedding.

We reached my car and when I opened the car's door for her. She looked at me with surprise.

" You are driving?? " she asked.

" Yes ... So ?? "

" How can you do that Sagar??" she got angry.

" What happened ?? "

" You were driving ... How can you do that?? Just because Sahil is not there to check on you... You do whatever you think is fine?? What if something happens to you? " She was fuming now.

" Where is the venue? " She asked, I told her it was the best hotel in Chandigarh. She started driving and I was enjoying looking at her. She was getting more annoyed. "

" Ha ha ha verrry funny. I swear I don't want to talk to you.." she stopped the car as we had reached there. We got out of the car.

She said and started walking toward the wedding party.

Oh shit!! Her eyes were moist. I tried to hold her hand but she snatched it.

She walked into a lift and I managed to get in just in time. There was another older couple in the lift.. so I couldn't talk to her but I held her hand and pleaded with eyes. She ignored me. Oh god !!

The lift stopped and the older couple got out. I closed the doors of the lift before she could go out too.

" Sorry sweetheart... Please don't be sad... Don't cry... Nothing will happen to me. No one can hurt me. I assure you. "

" You don't need others to hurt you.. you will do it to yourself.. quite self-sufficient... I don't want to talk to you. "

" Ok baba... I am sorry. I swear we will have a detailed talk after this wedding. Now please be normal and let's go inside.. we are getting very late... Otherwise, I won't need others to hurt me my friends will kill me. " She nodded and gave me a faint smile.

We both went inside the party hall.

Maurvi was walking towards Gautam looking very pretty. He even forgot to blink. He came back to earth when all our friends started clapping and whistling.

They exchanged garlands everyone applauded and showered flower petals on them.

My other friends hugged and teased him as his face was getting red. I am sure they were teasing him.

I went towards them and hugged him and then Maurvi and whispered thanks to her. She smiled and said welcome.

Gautam saw Damini and realised that Maurvi had invited Damini too. He was very happy to see her. He smiled at her and she smiled back.

All my friends were so happy to see her but didn't ask or say much as they didn't want to make her uncomfortable. She smiled at Rahul, Mehul and Vikram. Vikram hugged her too. She looked at me and raised one of her eyebrows.

She would be causing me death someday...
